Osmanbey Cave House 1000/10 ⭐️ 5 star is not enough, because in Osmanbey Cave House you feel home. All the staff are always smiling, makes you feel happy everyday. And they give full service. ❤️😊 Receptionist : they are very attentive, friendly, kind and respectful person. Especially Rasheed , Serhat (whom we always talk to) and Shamil ( He’s the one always answering the questions before we came to Cappadocia). These 3 Gentlemen’s were superb and helpful. They are always offering coffee or Tea. ❤️ I was so overwhelmed because they even remembered my Birthday, after our Tour they surprised my with a cake and sing a birthday song for me. I wasn’t even expecting this. Hotel : Clean, they provide essential kit. Bottled water everyday. Even the cleaner was so nice and always smiling. There is hot and cold water dispenser near the reception area. 🏠 they also have 2 terrace, which you can watched the sunrise , hot air balloon and sunset. The carpet area is one of a k Food : Breakfast was super! You can asked to cook 🍳 eggs (scrambled or fried eggs, they are very attentive to their Guests). Location : perfect! Perfect for hot air balloon watching and it’s in the Center of Göreme, there’s a Restaurant , coffee shop and Souvenir shops nearby, across the street there is convenient store. I can tell, it’s walking distance from everything. Service: they offered hot air balloon rides, ATV, airport service and tour activities. I had an absolutely incredible experience at the hotel! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The atmosphere was welcoming, the rooms were spotless and beautifully designed, and every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. But what truly made the stay unforgettable was the staff. They were beyond amazing—warm, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure I felt comfortable and cared for. Whether it was a simple request or a special accommodation, they handled everything with a smile and genuine kindness. It wasn’t just a stay; it felt like being welcomed into a home away from home. I can’t recommend this hotel—and especially the wonderful team behind it—highly enough!

OsmanBey Cave Hotel was centrally located in the middle of Gorome and accessible to most restaurant, shops and even the bus service stations (airport shuttles) with great views of the hot air ballons from the terrace in the morning. But the best part of the stay was the staff, Mr Osman himself and Mr Serhat. They made us feel welcomed, and we even had a chat with them at the foyer. We came as guests and left as friends.

Nothing at all. It's a boutique family hotel with homely breakfast spread. Pleases and don't expect any gym or swimming pool facilities.

The rooms are beautifully decorated with traditional Turkish furnishings, and the natural coolness of the cave provided a perfect escape from the cold outside. The staff at Osman Bey Cave Hotel were exceptionally welcoming and helpful, always ready to offer recommendations or assistance with a warm smile. Breakfast was nice spread of fresh local produce, cheeses, and delicious pastries, all served in a cozy, picturesque dining area. The location is ideal for exploring the wonders of Cappadocia. It's tucked away in a quiet spot, yet still close enough to all the key attractions. The hotel’s peaceful atmosphere allowed us to truly relax after a day of sightseeing, and the panoramic views of the surrounding landscape from the terrace were absolutely breathtaking. Overall, I would highly recommend Osman Bey Cave Hotel to anyone visiting Cappadocia. The combination of authentic cave experience, excellent service, and great location makes it a top choice for a memorable stay in this magical region. I can’t wait to return!

It is a beautifully decorated cave hotel with helpful staff. They were very good at communicating on WhatsApp and booked my tours and airport transportation. Room was spacious with 2 sleeping areas. Good bathroom amenities. Breakfast was a huge spread with a view of Cappadocia. Stores and restaurants are all around the hotel. You could probably see the hot air balloons from their huge roof top but unfortunately it was cancelled when we were there.

Central location at the base of the city center so convenient to explore. Newer hotel and facilities were clean. Good breakfast and amazing staff. Mohamed was exceptionally kind offering his help and checking in to offer coffee, tea or anything to help make the stay enjoyable. Good wifi for me to work with no issue on zoom calls.

Soundproofing is not the best as the entry doors have a small gap at the bottom which leads to more noise. Depending on the room location this may bother some but didn’t affect my stay much.

The breakfast was amazing! So much delicious food and each day our eggs were cooked to order. Such a sweet cook who treated us like royalty! Whenever we saw any staff, they would all ask us how everything was and what else we needed - so helpful in arranging activities too.

Our twin beds were not very comfortable but the room itself was very pleasant. The room was kept too warm but we were able to regulate it the second night by turning on the A/C.

This accomodation was everything and more! The staff were so so lovely, attentive and accommodating - organising top quality excursions at the last minute for us, recommending great food locations and to top it off, they made us a birthday cake!! The accommodation itself had an amazing breakfast spread and the rooms were very spacious with everything we needed. A bonus was having a terrace to view the hot air balloons in the early morning. Would 100% recommend to everyone.

The hotel has a really nice and authentic architecture. It has a very nice terrace where you can just chill and enjoy the surroundings. You can also see the balloons from there during sunrise. The rooms are quite spacious and has everything you might need including a fridge. They also had water bottles free of charge inside the rooms which we especially liked. Staff are really friendly and helpful.

Parking was a bit of an issue. We were told we could leave at least one car in front of the hotel but when we got there we were told we can’t park there. Although it wasn’t hard to find parking spaces around the area, it looked like it might be a little problematic sometimes. The terrace and the little seating area right outside the room could’ve been cleaner. The seats and the tables were dusty.

The hotel is a very nice place and located in a very convenient part of the little town. Everyone at the hotel is very helpful and the breakfast up on the terrace is a wonderful experience. We felt we were living with a family in a place that was very clean, cosy and well maintained and managed. Unlike all the hotels built into caves on the hill side, this hotel is at ground level and very convenient when you have bags and you don't need to climb up the hill side several times a day! Its very convenient to the very quaint town, central square, restaurants and the hotel goes out of their way to ensure you find economical options for everything you do, be it airport shuttles or tours or even visits to the nearby places of interest
