Wow, Wow, WOW. Truly a fantastic place to stay. First off the staff were exceptional. Nadin was very sweet and helpful during our entire stay. The rooftop patio was the best place to watch balloons fly in the morning and have a glass of wine watching magical sunsets. The location is close to good restaurants, bars, and shopping. The room we stayed in was nice, bed was very comfortable. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Goreme….. and we will definitely be back for a longer visit. Our stay in Goreme was a magical experience.

The sink area in the bathroom is not setup for a 6’2” person. It’s a cave and a very minor thing to deal with.

The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated with a mix of traditional Turkish and modern touches. One of the highlights of my stay was the stunning views from the hotel’s terrace. It's a perfect spot to relax with a cup of tea while enjoying the breathtaking scenery. Masoud went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. He was knowledgeable about the area and gave great recommendations for local attractions, dining, and tours. I highly recommend the Castle Cave Hotel to anyone looking for a unique and memorable stay in Cappadocia.I’ll definitely be back!

The location is perfect, nestled in the heart of Göreme, just a short walk from incredible viewpoints, restaurants, and key attractions. Waking up to the sight of hot air balloons floating over the fairy chimneys was nothing short of magical. One of the highlights was the breakfast—a delicious spread of fresh fruits, local cheeses, pastries, and traditional Turkish dishes, all served on a rooftop terrace with breathtaking panoramic views. Enjoying breakfast while watching the sunrise over Cappadocia was an unforgettable experience. What truly set Cast Cave Hotel apart was the exceptional hospitality. The staff were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and always eager to help with tour bookings, airport transfers, and local recommendations. They made sure every guest felt at home and provided insider tips that made exploring Cappadocia even more special.

This was one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. I loved the cave aesthetic and the decor of the rooms. It also had a really nice rooftop terrace where you could see the balloons in the morning and also have a good view of cappadocia. I was there in the winter and the room was kept at a very nice toasty temperature all the time so I was very quickly able to warm up after a day of activities. The location is also great, very close to the main area. I have to give a special shout out to the staff who were beyond amazing and so accommodating. I needed to change the dates of my stay and also the balloon booking I made with them. They were able to accommodate all my changes and even helped organize a last minute airport transfer. They also helped me with booking other activities and got my laundry done very quickly. Overall they were very friendly and helpful and gave me some great tips on what to do around Cappadocia. If you’re looking for somewhere to stay in Cappadocia I wholeheartedly recommend castle cave hotel.

TV didn’t work but not too much of an issue. I wasn’t there to watch TV.

upon our arrival to the hotel, we were greeted by front office personnel, bezza, she was very courteous and assisted us with the check-in process. then she showed our room. we had our breakfast upstairs and the food & beverage were enough and suffice for the day. we met the housekeeper, nur, then later the manage both furqan and mustafa. they were all excellent. we also met the 'big boss' simba, the dog. he was very cool looking after the hotel. overall it was enjoying stay and we thank you for the excellent services.

we only had few days stay and should have more days to enjoy Cappadocia and the hotel. we plan to come back in summer, insyaAllah, and stay at the same hotel. this time we will have the terrace room for an excellent view especially watching the hot air balloons during the early morning.

Staff are super helpful and friendly, the big family room is spacious and beautiful. All the high scores are for the staff.

Only one small trash can which is not enough. Breakfast is just ok not worth the price. The view is just so so.

The hotel has a very good location, its walkable from the Goreme Market & has a very good spread of breakfast every morning from 8 30 am to 10 30 am. They also have a very cute Pug at the Reception who loves a quick snack. Overall we had a pleasant 4 night stay at the hotel with good access to Balloon Watching from the roof. The staff managing the hotel front desk (Beyza, Furkan, Mustafa + 1 more person) are very helpful folks and gave me a solution for every single query of mine. The lady at the breakfast counter is also very warm and helpful.

The location is central but the last 50 Meter hike to the hotel is very steep and can become challenging to climb. I booked the wrong room category for my stay, it was too small for my liking I should have gone for the Double Room with Balcony or Deluxe Double... The standard double is too small for a 4 night stay.

Lovely hotel at a reasonable price. Staff are very informative, helpful and friendly Breakfast was a supreme kahvaltı - bread, cheese, tomato, olives, fresh fruit omelettes, cereal, meats, jams, sausage, cakes, biscuits. etc. The house keeping lady, Noord, and cook, Mariam, we're very friendly and chatty. And enjoyed a little sing along on a morning to their playlists Great location, superb terraces with great views We were room 104, which was small but had the added bonus of our own little private garden terrace, which was fabulous and welcomed after a long day sightseeing 5 minute walk to sunset panaromic view point 5 minute walk into the centre of goreme Plenty of bars behind the hotel.with great viewing points for sunset. We liked Panorama, which is part of a hotel. Drinks were very reasonably priced in comparison to some of the bars

We had a lovely stay! Each and every one of the staff is really kind and caring, not to mention cute Simba, the friendliest and most playful dog in Cappadocia! We will definitely come back to this hotel when we are back in this wonderful town. Thank you for everything. 😊🥰

We feel so welcome at Castle Cave Hotel.. even before arrival i hv been contacted via whatsapp by Melisa on the services that i may require i.e. shuttle and activities during my stay in cappadocia.  Melisa, Mustafa, Noor, and 2 other gentlemen at the reception have really taken care of our needs when we are in Cappadocia.. The hotel is a walking distance downhill to the town and lots of restaurants can be found in the town.. The room is so spacious and equipt with fire place that will be lighted up for free once every night but they hv lighted it up twice for free for us on our arrival.. the bathroom has towel heater that really help during the winter time.. Their roof terrace was beautifully decorated especially for taking pictures when watching the balloon.. Housekeeping is taken care by Noor who is a very nice lady.. she cleaned up our room and make sure all the necessities are filled up accordingly. Due to room not available at Castle for my 4th night in Cappadocia therefore i hv split my stay at two different hotels. However due to warm welcome that i have received from Castle during our stay there, therefore we kept going to Castle to book all of our activities in Cappadocia. Their services are really excellent when they even offer to help us to carry our luggage uphill to our new hotel which is not far from Castle Cave for our next check in. In conclusion.. I will not hesitate to stay in this warm and friendly place when i visit Cappadocia again.

Toilet smells.. maybe due to sewage system.. extra ventilation is needed since the room window faced directly to the hallway to reception office therefore not likely to open it.
