The hotel served good delicious cooked breakfast! However, their serving time starts from 8.30am which would be a bit late for most travellers with long journey to complete on checking out day. The junior suites were quite nice and comfortable. Location was very good since it is walkable to many restaurants and shopping places within a short time. Service was good as they reached out to you to offer booking of tours, hot air ballons, turkish nights etc. However, you should check their prices against the 3rd party internet prices and take up only if it is reasonable/good value. Interacted with Tarik at the Hotel who is a very nice and pleasant guy who offered good information/advice to my travel queries. Overall, we enjoyed the value for money stay!

The light bulb in a few rooms we booked were out of order but they did respond promptly and tried to fix it. I think they should improve their process and checked the room and ensured everything was in order and fixed it before the next guest check in.

Very good location, facing north east so we didn't get the sun directly at us all day in 36 degrees with UV index of 11. Very central close enough walk to restaurants and gift shops yet 5 minutes hike to top of the mountain for an amazing view of the whole area/ sunrise/sunset. Very kind staff, check out was at 11:00 AM but our flight was for later in PM, we asked and got additional 45 minutes.

Unfortunately the air conditioning wasn't sufficient for 36+ degrees heat it seemed like it need a service or something because it was on but the air flow was very weak, even though we spoke with the front dest right after we arrived but there was nothing done about it, also shower had a double sliding corner doors and one was missing so every time we showered for some reason the entire bathroom floor gor wet and for a cave room with no bathroom fan that moisture and humidity will stays there for while.

I had a wonderful stay at Risus Cave Suites! The atmosphere was incredibly cozy, and the unique experience of sleeping in a cave was both comfortable and fascinating. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, always ready with recommendations and assistance. The location is lovely—quiet yet close enough to everything, with beautiful natural surroundings that made the whole experience even more special. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy the charm of Cappadocia in a warm, welcoming setting.

Breakfast was fine, though it would have been nice to see more traditional Turkish options.

Great location, very close to the main town and restaurants as well as the main viewpoint which was great at sunset. It was a great experience staying in a cave hotel. You could see the hot air balloon from the terrace in the morning.

The staff were very helpful but unfortunately we had to be moved to a different room after our first night and there was no hot water for over 24 hours. The room was very loud at night which wasn’t ideal when we needed to be up at 4am for activities. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.

Had a wonderful experience with family including kids !! Property was comfortable and breakfast was very good. It was a memorable trip for us and the hotel staffs were excellent and very kind they arranged a baby sitter for our infant who was a professional and took good care of our baby during our hot air balloon timings. We interacted with baby sitter on Whatspp video call all the time and she was sending us videos of the baby so we felt safe. Shuttle service to airport was provided at a descent price. Overall an excellent stay. A huge Thanks to the hotel staffs for making this trip memorable.

Can’t complain much. You will have to walk uphill but that’s the same case with most hotels in cappudoccia so if u r taking strollers it would be difficult. We used baby carriers.

This hotel is truly an experience. The design with the courtyard and the rooms carved in and the little bridge is amazing. Even though it is located amongst other hotels, restaurants and just a short walk from the town centre, once you are through the front doors it feels like a separate little world! The room was massive, tastefully decorated and just left us in awe. The room was toasty even though we stayed in mid-November and the little kettle with tea and coffee, and the wee fridge was brilliant. The breakfast selection was fairly decent but when it is colder and no one is enjoying the terrace, it can get pretty cramped in the room pretty quickly.

Feels like a massive shame, but there was mold in the shower! I understand the geology of being in a cave does not help the dampness, but it would be so sad to see it get any worse.

It's a quick 5 minute walk up the hill from town centre to Risus Caves. Security is good, you walk thru reception into the courtyard and then up stairs into our room, select between a cave room or a terrace room (lots of outdoor sitting areas). Rooftop breakfast / sitting room offers great views. Walk 15 min further up the hill to the best viewing spot in Goreme.

Oct 24: bed was a bit firm. Room fridge was a bit noisy. A room safe would have been nice. Personal preference is for brighter lighting. Outdoor furniture is in need of a refresh or a re-paint. All small issues, no majors.

Spacious room centrally located to the town, no need for a taxi if you stay here and want to enjoy the night life in Goreme. They help organize your tours at a good price which removes the hassle from a holiday. We booked the red tour, green tour and balloon flight with them at a good price and enjoyed all. The roo. Was clean, they allowed us to stay in the reception area after checkout until our transport arrived. Wifi was good. The hotel looks beautiful.

The room had a damp smell but this is to be expected at almost all the cave hotels, it's just the architecture.

We like the cave hotel,The location. This hotel is just 4to 5 minutes walk from Goreme Bus terminal where u can catch the buses to different cities.All the shops includeing Restaurants on feet from the hotel.I just want to add the Hospitality from Haroon and Tariq.Always assist you whenever you need them with a welcoming smile.We also book the Hot air baloon with them .Thanks to harooon who bookedthe hot air baloon for quite reasonable price.Hotel located on the hill from the shops Mosque 🕌 is just 2 minutes walk from hotel. Hopefully we can book this hotel in thw future aswell.The hotel rooms were big and clean.

I just want to suggest hotel Management to improve breakfast according to international standards .Breakfast was very basic.Its not the complain but my fair suggestion. Thank you

1) The hotel was nearby at the restaurants, shops and the main road of Göreme 2) The rooms were very big and comfortable 3) The temperature in the room was perfect (outside temperature 0 degrees and the room was very warm) 4) Haroon was one of the best receptionists we have ever met. He provided us with all the necessary information and he was well organized with all the activities we ordered (Green tour, Turkish night, Balloons)
