Enchanting hotel in a cave. Nice unique original decoration of the room. Location is a bit uphill, but the view over the city and balloons from our Deluxe King Suite terrace on the top floor was unforgettable. Courteous host. Charming lady in the kitchen serving superb generous outstanding breakfast.

On the Booking they write that our Deluxe King Suite has a balcony - nope :) (even though they had confirmed me this before in a personal message). Also no promised coffee maker - just kettle. That's not fair!!! There was a problem - the piping of our bath became leaky (OK, it happens, no problem), but they could not fix it in a day (wow, absolutely strange). Said that they will move us to another cheaper room for a night or two. For such short stay we did not want to. So, they kindly provided us a lot of towels to drain the floor. The room was cleaned just so so. Couple of days we found the room lady sitting on the sofa in our room and chatting over the phone :)

The hotel had a great location. Room looked nice with few cool details. The property has two very nice terraces - with a pretty view. The breakfast was typical Turkish breakfast and was amazing.

The cabin in the bad was broken and because of that there was water on the floor after every shower. The staff asked us if and when we want to get our room cleaned everyday - but on the days we said yes I would have wished a bit more cleaning done in the room. And the cave room definitely needs air condition because of the bad air quality and humidity.

Location is ideal - right in the centre of town and a stones throw from the hill where you can go up to the sunrise / sunset viewing point. The Turkish breakfast was homemade every day and the lady who served it was so friendly. Exactly what you need after getting up early to do the hot air balloon ride. All of the staff were lovely and helpful - anything we needed they could do for us. We asked about some local tours and airport transfers and the hotel reception were able to sort them no problem. We also loved their little dog, Toffee. Put a smile on our face every day. Can’t recommend this place enough if you want to stay in Göreme. We even decided to stay an extra night - the room swap was also effortless!

Rox Hotel in Goreme has beautiful rooms, a small but lovely terrace and an excellent location. Turkish breakfast served there is delicious.

Room #4, where we stayed, was located close to the reception area. A small window opened to reception (not outside). If you open the window, there is no privacy in the room. The room was very hot and airless, so it was tough to sleep at night. We had to ask staff to switch off the heating every night. It took ages for the room to cool down. It turned out that the heating was central for the whole hotel, and there was no way to control it for each room. It was very inconvenient. Unfortunately, we didn't have much sleep during our stay.

Beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of Göreme, Kapadokya. Thank you to the staff who were generous with their time and offered exceptional hospitality. A beautiful Turkish breakfast served daily, with so much variety as well as being in prime location to many restaurants and activities. The most majestic setting, this is a wonderful place to stay.

It can get a bit warm at night but I was able to open a window to let some air in. Im sure the staff would also help if you let them know. The bed was on the firmer side for me but I still enjoyed my sleep.

The location of the property is amazing. 10 minutes climb to sunset view point. You can watch balloons flying over your head in the morning around 5:30 AM. 2 seating areas on 1st and 2nd floor for all guest where you can relax and enjoy the breathtaking views of Göreme Cappadocia. Cave rooms are amazing experience but usually do not have provision for Air-condition and sometime dark, but it’s gets cold in the night in cappadocia so a fan was sufficient for us. The host put a brand new fridge in our room which we appreciated. The goreme town is 7 minutes walk down hill. I saw some reviews about the property is uphill, but if you want views you need to go up😜. If you don’t want to climb a taxi is just a shout away. So many food options around the property and small grocery shop. 8 minutes walk from Goreme bus stop. The best part of this property is the way you are served breakfast. The lady in the kitchen is so nice and will cook delicious breakfast for all guest. 24 hours check in desk always has someone to help you. All staff members were great and tried their best to make our stay memorable. We left our baggage’s for a day at the hotel.

Genuinely loved the experience in Goreme, we stayed in the most ideal hotel location we could wish for, the The Owl Hotel is located perfectly to be able to enjoy the views and highlights Goreme has to offer, the cave room experience was amazing and the breakfast at the hotel OMG 10/10 really was so filling, unique and rich ! the staff at the hotel were amazing, friendly and helpful - but if I was to single the 1 most best thing about the hotel is the location. Looking forward to visiting Goreme again and staying this same hotel - Thanks Guys for making my first ever trip to Goreme a great memory.

This is a beautiful boutique cave hotel with a wonderful atmosphere. The rooms are unique and full of character, immaculately clean. The bed was so comfortable . Breakfast was abundant and delicious with so much choice of freshly made dishes. The staff are so helpful and hospitable. Murat and Uğur gave us the best recommendations for the tours. The hot air balloon ride was more personalised and special compared to the ones offered in the town. We had such a fantastic time in Cappadocia, the staff felt like old friends.

The staff were amazing during our entire stay. Their helpfulness and kindness was a big reason why our trip was so great. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. It is very close to shopping and eateries and the staff were more than happy to assist with questions on where to go around town.

The only complaint I have is the room was too hot. There wasn't a heater or A/C so the temperature couldn't be adjusted, but they did have a fan which help a lot.

The room, atmosphere, breakfast, everything was so amazing!!! What is the best was hotel stuffs. They helped us every time and everything. So kind and gentle. They offered great hot ballon tour and quad safari tour in a very reasonable prices. Everyone should make a reservation by then. Of course, the tour were really exciting!! The hotel places the top of the hill, so the we could enjoy the great land scape and night atmosphere. The cave room was also very authentic. So romantic and comfortable!! The breakfast was really gorgeous. It was the best served one I’ve ever had. The one thing I regret is that we missed the one breakfast because of our early flight to Japan… This time I came with my friends, but I want to invite my family in the future. Thanks for all things!!!!
