I would usually not rate hotels. However, this time I wanted to. Before booking hotel in goreme, I went through a lot of hotels review section to make sure I find a hotel which is friendly (since travelling with a kid 3 year old), neat, comfortable, convenient and has good breakfast and terrace view. I finally booked Goreme Mansion and I am glad that I did. Rooms are exactly as photo. And the property is super clean. 24 hours access to kitchen and coffee and light snacks. Rooms are on the ground floor and 1st floor but stairs are very few and easily climbable. Terrace is amazing too. And so is the dining area. Everything is great here especially the staff attitude and friendliness that makes the stay super comfortable. If you get a good price just go for it. There is nothing negative about this place.

The excellent service and great view by the hotel. The hotel staff and Cem the owner have helped to carry luggages up the stairs for 8 big luggages, arrange all the activities such as hotair balloon as Cem is pilot himself and extend his service to look for other areas when gerome's balloon tours were all cancelled due to bad weather. And their breakfast is really good. We had a turkish/ American breakfast where my girl loves omelette the most! And the turkish jams were great with apricot and fruits in the jam. Cem also helped us to arrange for our missed luggage to airport as soon as they found a left over luggage. Cem the owner and his team Erdem, Melih and Cihan have the best hospitality. He took great care of us throughout our stay and made sure we had a great stay and feel like home. Really appreciate Cem and his team who helped us greatly. Excellent service and highly recommend for everyone to stay at Goreme Mansion when u visit Cappadocia to experience true Turkish hospitality from Cem and team.

The owner of the hotel, Cem, was very welcoming and nice with us. He gave us his availability and phone number for anything we might need, including advice or a ride to nearby towns. Even though we checked in late morning and missed the breakfasts time, they offered us a very rich breakfast with freshly cooked omelette, considering that it was a snow holiday and many cafes were closed that day. We stayed in the suit room. It was fabulous. Cem kept the authentic carved cave style with floor lighting that gave a very chic and cozy feeling in the room. A huge plus were the heated floor and bathroom design with traditional Turkish bath style. We enjoyed our cozy, pleasant and comfy stay in snowy Cappadocia weekend.

During my recent stay at Goreme Mansion, I was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional level of service provided by the staff. The rooms were not only immaculately clean but also felt like a home away from home. The hotel's convenient location made it easy to explore the nearby city, and the diverse breakfast options offered something for everyone. Additionally, the availability of tea at all times and the delightful bakery service added an extra touch of comfort to my stay. I would like to extend a special thank you to Cem and Erdem for their impressive service, which truly enhanced my overall experience at Goreme Mansion.

A charming boutique hotel nestled on a hill. Their central location made sightseeing easy and restaurant options are just a stone’s throw away. Breakfast was incredibly generous with lots to choose from. Dining room is open all day, and you could help yourselves to the complimentary coffee, tea and cookies. View from the rooftop was fantastic. Rooms were cozy, comfortable, clean, and bathroom was spacious. Big thanks to Cem and Cihan for being attentive and going out of their way to make my stay a comfortable one. Their customer service is second to none and a true sample of excellent hospitality!

The property was a quick five minute walk from downtown & also from the viewpoint that overlooked the city. The facilities were great and staff was extremely welcoming and helpful when trying to book various activities. For instance, due to weather, my hot air balloon ride was canceled two days in a row, but the hotel was able to book me on a hot air balloon ride my last morning, right before my flight without an increase in cost. I was very appreciative of this as I otherwise would not have been able to afford a hot air balloon flight. Overall, it was a great day and I would highly recommend for other travelers!

I stayed at the Goreme Mansion with my wife and son during our visit to Cappadocia in July 2024. The location was fantastic, 3 minutes walk to the main town center. We stayed in a 3-bed room. Clean facility. But the main thing that made our stay exceptional was warmth. The owner, Cem, arranged our travel bookings - balloon tour, one-day private tour, and our transfer back from Cappadocia to Ankara. He offered a fantastic package and ensured the maximum comfort and enjoyment. He was kind enough to even personally drive us to Avanos for an afternoon. The warmth and hospitality we received surpassed all expectations. The hotel offered a lovely breakfast spread. There is a nice terrace where you can witness balloons passing in the morning. Price to value ratio is excellent. All in all, I highly recommend the hotel.

We are a family of 5 and had an amazing time in Goreme and in no part thanks to our stay at the Goreme Cave Mansion. We booked 2 rooms and stayed 3 nights. We would like to thank Cem and Erdem Dasdeler and their staff for their very warm welcome and friendly efficient service that made us feel like home. As we got in, the warm greetings from Cem and Erdem set the tone for our stay. Cem took his time to show us around, got us refreshments and made us feel very welcomed. Erdem took the time to explain all the activities and things to do in Cappadocia and organized everything for us at very fair prices. The location is great, within walking distance to everything: city center, restaurants, hiking trails, supermarkets, viewpoints etc. The breakfast, which is included, is delicious and served at the table and there is a lot of food. The kitchen is also opened all day if you want to grab a bottle of water, tea, coffee, biscuits, juice etc. And if like us, you have young kids and want to enjoy a cold beer or cappadocia wine on the terrace, you can buy at the local supermarket and keep it cold in the fridge in the kitchen. As a family with kids, we spent a lot of time on the terrasse which offers an incredible scenic view of Goreme and also in the morning you can see the hot air balloons passing over your head. Thank you Cem and Erdem for welcoming our family and making our stay so memorable. We look forward to hopefully come back someday!

Everything was perfect

The property was very beautiful. Located at the heart of Goreme, on days where hot air balloon could fly im sure u can see the beautiful scenery just from the property rooftop or even from your own balcony. Walking distance ~10mins to the town of Goreme but bear in mind walking up to hill on the way back can be tiring especially if you are not fit. Excellent and exceptional service by the staff. We arrived earlier than check in time at around 10am, we were served free breakfast upon arrival and they rushed to get our room ready as soon as it was vacant so we checked in early at around 11.30am. I’m staying at another property just in front of this property with my mom and her group but my boyfriend was the one staying here, every morning during our stay they served breakfast for me free of charge because i didnt want my boyfriend to eat alone. Very friendly owner and staff we were very pleasant throughout our stay. The standard room was a good size and beautiful, a steal for the price we paid. All in all, a very enjoyable experience.

Efren and his staff were amazing hosts. The breakfast was delicious every morning. The rooms were beautiful and super clean and very comfortable. The location was perfect as it was within walking distance to the downtown shops and restaurants. The amazing lookouts were also within walking distance from Goreme Mansion. Efren also arranged for a shuttle to pick us up from the airport in Kayseri. Definitely would visit Goreme Mansion and also recommend it to our friends and family.
