Staff was amazing and very accommodating. Breakfast was great and varied a bit everyday. Very good view of the town.

The room was quiet enough, but the wooden door let in a lot of noise and there was random banging of things in the morning. The bathroom has no ventilation unless you open the window, and the shower drain smelled. The light switches were in strange locations.

Very comfortable room and a large bathroom with a hot, powerful shower. Delicious breakfast with many authentic Turkish dishes. Jawdropping views and views of sunrise balloon rides. We had a cosy little terrace outside our room, which we enjoyed chilling in at the start and end of the day. A special mention for Ahmet, he was on night duty in reception when we arrived- he was very helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend this place- really enjoyed our stay in this charming small hotel I would love to come back someday!

We had a wonderful and amazing stay here. Thumbs up for Zaza and Maureen they have been very helpful and welcoming the moment we confirmed our booking. They were so efficient to Whats-app us on any information that we need like the activity’s details and airport shuttle arrangements. Upon arrival check in was smooth and Zaza had helped to arrange the activities we wanted during our stay. The room had floor heating. Goreme town was just a walking distance from the hotel. Even Dost (the dog) and few cats there were very welcoming =) We enjoyed our stay there and will come back to stay again! Thank you, Panoramic Cave Hotel, for making our stay a memorable ones.

The hotel is in the best location in Capadoccia. Staff are excellent and we were well looked after. Asiya at reception who happens to be the owner’s daughter is a wonderful person and has lovely people skills. The rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast was a sumptuous and you can watch the balloons whilst eating. They even arranged for an early breakfast on our last day as we had to get to the airport. The balcony offers unhindered views of the valley and balloons in flight. The Main Street is a very short walk away from the hotel and a longer walk to the open air museum. Sunset point is also close by. The hotel has a spa which I used and have no complaints. The hotel also arranged a taxi to the underground city which was handy. I will definitely come back to stay at the hotel and will also recommend the hotel to all.

I had a truly magical stay at the Panoramic Cave Hotel. The location is simply unbeatable — perched on the hill with a breathtaking view over Göreme and the surrounding valleys. Watching the hot air balloons rise at sunrise right from the terrace was unforgettable. The cave room was cozy, authentic, and beautifully decorated, giving you the full Cappadocia experience without compromising on comfort. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully arranged. The staff were incredibly warm and helpful — they went out of their way to help me with tours, photographer, restaurant recommendations, airport transfers and even transfer to Antalya for very reasonable price. Breakfast was rich and varied, served on the terrace with stunning views. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy the unique charm of Cappadocia in a peaceful, welcoming, and picturesque setting.

Room, view, staff, spacious, has a shower caddy (such a simple thing that many hotels ignore), great Turkish breakfast. Room is well appointed. Location walking distance to central Goreme.

Bedspread and matching pillows stained and obviously dirty. One Nescafe satchel per person per day is disappointing, as is the general in-room coffee offering. For the price one would expect a better coffee (and milk) offering.

This is an amazing hotel! The location and views are incredible. Watching the hot air balloons at sunrise from the many communal outdoor spaces is fabulous. Would highly recommend staying in one of the fairy chimney suites - ours 302 Gul Evi is such a unique and cool space. The room was quite spacious and the shower had excellent water pressure. Breakfast was a great spread each morning with lots of options. Staff at the property was always friendly and helpful. Upon our arrival we were several hours early for check-in due to the timing of our flight from Istanbul, but staff let us have breakfast and let us check in early once our room had been cleaned - very gracious and nice of them! Everything is walkable from this hotel. With many options to choose from in Goreme, we would recommend this hotel for the views and the unique rooms (plus friendly staff and great breakfast). The value was good, considering how special the room was. We were very happy with our stay and sad to leave.

The wifi was sometimes frustrating, as it would sometimes disconnect or be slow.

Our room was beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and felt truly special. One of the highlights was watching the hot air balloons drift by early in the morning, right from our bedroom window. The patio was lovely as well, with comfortable seating where we could relax and take in the stunning views. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide and varied selection each morning. On the day of our departure, since we had to leave early, the staff kindly opened the breakfast service ahead of time. The staff were fantastic — incredibly helpful both before our trip and during our stay, especially when assisting with tour bookings and other arrangements. Highly recommended!

The property was beautiful, in a great location, had great views of the town and balloons and the staff went above and beyond! Couldn’t recommend this place enough, we arrived very early in the morning the day prior to our booking and Ahmad set up a little room for us to sleep in, let us have showers in the office facilities and kept our bags safe. He then went out of his way to make sure our room was available as early as possible for us. (We arrived at 1am and the room was cleaned and ready following an 8am check out by 9am) incredible service!

We had a beautiful and truly relaxing stay at Panoramic View. The hotel is located on top of a hill, offering breathtaking views all day long. In the mornings, you can watch the hot air balloons rise — it’s a magical sight. The sunrise view from the top is simply unforgettable, and even in the evenings, the scenery is just as stunning. The rooms were cozy, and the service was top-notch. The staff were always available and went out of their way to help us. A special thanks to Emir and the reception team for being so helpful and supportive throughout our stay. This is truly a perfect place to unwind and take in the beauty of the surroundings.
