Staff was amazing and very accommodating. Breakfast was great and varied a bit everyday. Very good view of the town.

The room was quiet enough, but the wooden door let in a lot of noise and there was random banging of things in the morning. The bathroom has no ventilation unless you open the window, and the shower drain smelled. The light switches were in strange locations.

We had a wonderful and amazing stay here. Thumbs up for Zaza and Maureen they have been very helpful and welcoming the moment we confirmed our booking. They were so efficient to Whats-app us on any information that we need like the activity’s details and airport shuttle arrangements. Upon arrival check in was smooth and Zaza had helped to arrange the activities we wanted during our stay. The room had floor heating. Goreme town was just a walking distance from the hotel. Even Dost (the dog) and few cats there were very welcoming =) We enjoyed our stay there and will come back to stay again! Thank you, Panoramic Cave Hotel, for making our stay a memorable ones.

The hotel is in the best location in Capadoccia. Staff are excellent and we were well looked after. Asiya at reception who happens to be the owner’s daughter is a wonderful person and has lovely people skills. The rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast was a sumptuous and you can watch the balloons whilst eating. They even arranged for an early breakfast on our last day as we had to get to the airport. The balcony offers unhindered views of the valley and balloons in flight. The Main Street is a very short walk away from the hotel and a longer walk to the open air museum. Sunset point is also close by. The hotel has a spa which I used and have no complaints. The hotel also arranged a taxi to the underground city which was handy. I will definitely come back to stay at the hotel and will also recommend the hotel to all.

Room, view, staff, spacious, has a shower caddy (such a simple thing that many hotels ignore), great Turkish breakfast. Room is well appointed. Location walking distance to central Goreme.

Bedspread and matching pillows stained and obviously dirty. One Nescafe satchel per person per day is disappointing, as is the general in-room coffee offering. For the price one would expect a better coffee (and milk) offering.

We had a wonderful stay at the Panoramic Cave Hotel in Cappadocia. The location is perfect — just a short walk from the town center. Our room was beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and felt truly special. One of the highlights was watching the hot air balloons drift by early in the morning, right from our bedroom window. The patio was lovely as well, with comfortable seating where we could relax and take in the stunning views. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide and varied selection each morning. On the day of our departure, since we had to leave early, the staff kindly opened the breakfast service ahead of time. The staff were fantastic — incredibly helpful both before our trip and during our stay, especially when assisting with tour bookings and other arrangements. Highly recommended!

We had a beautiful and truly relaxing stay at Panoramic View. The hotel is located on top of a hill, offering breathtaking views all day long. In the mornings, you can watch the hot air balloons rise — it’s a magical sight. The sunrise view from the top is simply unforgettable, and even in the evenings, the scenery is just as stunning. The rooms were cozy, and the service was top-notch. The staff were always available and went out of their way to help us. A special thanks to Emir and the reception team for being so helpful and supportive throughout our stay. This is truly a perfect place to unwind and take in the beauty of the surroundings. Highly recommended!

We had an incredible stay in this magnificent hotel. Ahmed was the most helpful and proactive in all aspects of our stay, starting with a smooth late night check, then providing us info on our self-driving tour of the area, arranging our hot air balloon visit and lighting the fire in our rooms on the coldest snow days. It was also very nice to chat with him and to learn more about Göreme. Great views of the balloons from our balcony and good location if you are driving. Heating was sufficient for our winter visit, toasty rooms especially when the fireplace is lit. Clean rooms and easy pre-check in communication. Breakfast was a very nice surprise too.

The rooms are spacious and very interesting, since they are built into the stone structures. The view over Göreme is breathtaking. Breakfast was varied and really well made. The best part were the staff who helped us with all of our requests. They even managed to find an alternative hot air balloon ride for us on the morning of January 1st, after our reservation had been cancelled 3 times. One man from the hotel literally did the reservation with me 7 minutes before midnight on New Year's Eve. That is absolute dedication. Thank you very much, we hope to visit your hotel again soon!

Bathrooms are a bit dank because the ventilation is lacking. But they are clean!

We had a beautiful room in a fairy chimney with incredible panoramic views over Goreme, perfect for viewing the balloon flights at sunrise and also excellent views of the sunset. Many terraces to sit at and an attentive bar service by the wonderful Ahmad. Delicious breakfast every morning. All staff couldn't be more helpful. Reception staff organised shuttle buses and excursions. Also easy walking access to central Goreme's restaurants and bars.

Our only comment might be that from an environmental point of view it is wasteful to provide paper cups in our room every day rather than reusable crockery.

This hotel is located within the Rock caves in the center of the town of Göreme. It is located on a hill and is an 8 minute walk downhill from the town center of Göreme. We booked the Stonehouse suite (room 400). The room is as pictured and is large and spaceous. We stayed in December and used the AC unit in the room for heating which worked well. The room was cleaned daily. The room does not have a direct view but it is connected to a large terrace from which you can see all of Göreme. There is parking available if you rent a car. The staff are phenomenal. Very friendly and helpful at reception and breakfast.

Some of the lights in our room were burnt out/not working. The door to the room is not noise proof. If you stay in summer, which I suppose is busier, this might be an issue. If you stay in winter it also let's in cold. We covered the bottom of the door with a blanket to block the cold from coming in and heat from leaving.
