When we arrived, the staff Aydin has waited for us and helped us with the luggage (we are both girls with heavy luggage btw 😅) Room is big, 2 pillows, heater are working fine. They also have terrace where u can view the hot air balloon (please please please wake up early, else u miss the view that u can never forget). Hotel location also just few steps from Goreme town, easy for u to find food and souvenirs. They have many choices of breakfast spread and the lady always smile. Aydin helped to book hot air balloon and green tour for us. All the staff also always fast respond when u text them. They guided us to use the public transport and also suggested places to go. We went to 3 cities in Turkiye and this hotel provides the best service.

Our bathroom flooded on the first day because the door (shower) cannot closed properly.

A very special thank you to Erdogan, Game, Efe, and Cuma – I am deeply grateful for your excellent customer service and the caring way you treated us. You truly made us feel at home. They also helped organize all of our tours at very good prices, which made our trip easy and enjoyable. The pool was a great bonus, and there are lots of lovely restaurants around the hotel. A real highlight was the red dress photos and tours arranged by reception – the results were amazing, and we’re so thankful for such a special experience. The room was beautifully decorated for our special occasion with my boyfriend, which made the stay unforgettable. We truly recommend this hotel 100% to friends and family – thank you once again for making our time here so memorable!

for a trip for 3 people I chose this hotel because it has a choice of 3 places, the room I chose was a family suite, the room was quite large, clean and the bathroom had a sauna room. the location is quite strategic, you only need to walk 250-300 meters to reach the city of Goreme. this hotel has its own travel a month before they had offered all kinds of tours in Goreme, the hotel staff named Gamze and Erdogan they were very helpful to me and very friendly, they also arranged my trip while in Goreme, from red tour, green tour to hot air balloon. during the red and green tour I also met a tour guide whose English I think is the best during my time in Turkey the last few years, his name is Emre, he is also very kind and polite. thank you for all the beautiful memories while in Cappadocia🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

I didn’t realise I booked the room with the jacuzzi and sauna and it was massive. It felt more like a pent house with a king bed. It was a short walk down to the main centre, probably 2-3 minutes. I didn’t visit in peak season, but it was warm during the day, however the pool was not in use and could tell it hadn’t be cleaned for a long time. Check in was easy and staff were good at communicating and helping organise transport or activities if needed. However, if you’re looking for a place with rooftop views of the balloons during sunrise, this is probably not the one, however it is still a great place to stay and it is great value.

I really liked the unique cave-style rooms, which provided an authentic and luxurious experience. The rooms were spacious, beautifully designed, and well-maintained. The hospitality of the staff was exceptional—they were welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help. The location was also good. The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of fresh.The overall atmosphere of the hotel was peaceful and relaxing, making it a perfect place to unwind after exploring Cappadocia.

While my overall experience at Grand Elite Cave Suites was wonderful, there were a couple of minor issues. The bathroom flush was not working properly, which was a bit inconvenient. Additionally, the bathtub was smaller than expected, making it less comfortable to use. That said, these were small inconveniences compared to the overall excellent stay, and I’m sure they can be easily addressed. The hospitality, ambiance, and service more than made up for these minor issues.

Location is great near to restaurants and Center of the city. Staff was cooperative and helped us to get settled as our flight was earlier than Time to check in. They allowed us to check in early and even offered for breakfast 😊 Their breakfast is awesome buffet style and included in the price for room. hotel and rooms over all are very nice. Would love to come and stay there again.

They charged us more for their green tours , while there were better options available at a much cheaper price. But we had already booked the tour before arrival.

Bed was huge and comfy, the bath had jacuzzi features and the bathroom was well kitted out. The Hotel was relaxed and unpretentious. Breakfast was varied and healthy, there was free drinkable water at any time, local kittens and puppies abounded. Overall a very pleasant stay with attentive staff, a chilled atmosphere, and conveniently close to the centre of Goreme while still having its own quiet spot by the side of the cliff. Particular praise to the receptionist Kubi who acted as a great travel agent, researching the best and cheapest balloon tours available at the time and helping us with arranging other tours and sessions. He was amazing and should be praised. He also had arranged shuttle buses to and from the airport and a free coffee on arrival to the hotel. Overall a very pleasant stay.

We really loved the accommodation. The rooms were beautiful and very clean. The staff at the breakfast buffet were very friendly, and I had the best spinach gözleme in Turkey there. The reception staff were also very kind. We booked a balloon tour, which was definitely a highlight. ❤️ When we checked out on the 16th, the receptionist even offered us tea and later carried out all our luggage. We wanted to help, but he insisted on taking everything himself. Everyone was so friendly – I would DEFINITELY recommend this hotel to everyone! 12 out of 10!

Location was perfect. The room was on the ground floor, so easily accessible and temperature was perfect. Hot water in the bathroom was a pleasure after walking around in the city centre all day.Very beautiful decoration and a cozy couch corner on the top floor to relax with a book. Breakfast was also amazing. Big variety to meet every taste. I wish I had a bite of the sweets. For the summer travellers there is also a swimming pool area! Also the personnel was always smily and helpful.

My partner and I had an unforgettable stay at the Grand Elite Cave Suites. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly. The front desk team made check-in smooth and easy, and they were always ready to assist with anything we needed. A special shoutout to the bartender, who was so personable and made our day by the pool even better with delicious drinks. Speaking of the pool, it was fantastic – perfect for a relaxing dip after a day of exploring. The breakfast was absolutely superb, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. We were always excited to start our day with such a great meal! Our room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated, creating a cozy and luxurious atmosphere. We loved every minute of our stay and can’t recommend this place enough. If you’re looking for a place with great service, comfort, and an all-around amazing experience, it is the place to be!
