When we arrived, the staff Aydin has waited for us and helped us with the luggage (we are both girls with heavy luggage btw 😅) Room is big, 2 pillows, heater are working fine. They also have terrace where u can view the hot air balloon (please please please wake up early, else u miss the view that u can never forget). Hotel location also just few steps from Goreme town, easy for u to find food and souvenirs. They have many choices of breakfast spread and the lady always smile. Aydin helped to book hot air balloon and green tour for us. All the staff also always fast respond when u text them. They guided us to use the public transport and also suggested places to go. We went to 3 cities in Turkiye and this hotel provides the best service.

Our bathroom flooded on the first day because the door (shower) cannot closed properly.

I didn’t realise I booked the room with the jacuzzi and sauna and it was massive. It felt more like a pent house with a king bed. It was a short walk down to the main centre, probably 2-3 minutes. I didn’t visit in peak season, but it was warm during the day, however the pool was not in use and could tell it hadn’t be cleaned for a long time. Check in was easy and staff were good at communicating and helping organise transport or activities if needed. However, if you’re looking for a place with rooftop views of the balloons during sunrise, this is probably not the one, however it is still a great place to stay and it is great value.

I really liked the unique cave-style rooms, which provided an authentic and luxurious experience. The rooms were spacious, beautifully designed, and well-maintained. The hospitality of the staff was exceptional—they were welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help. The location was also good. The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of fresh.The overall atmosphere of the hotel was peaceful and relaxing, making it a perfect place to unwind after exploring Cappadocia.

While my overall experience at Grand Elite Cave Suites was wonderful, there were a couple of minor issues. The bathroom flush was not working properly, which was a bit inconvenient. Additionally, the bathtub was smaller than expected, making it less comfortable to use. That said, these were small inconveniences compared to the overall excellent stay, and I’m sure they can be easily addressed. The hospitality, ambiance, and service more than made up for these minor issues.

Bed was huge and comfy, the bath had jacuzzi features and the bathroom was well kitted out. The Hotel was relaxed and unpretentious. Breakfast was varied and healthy, there was free drinkable water at any time, local kittens and puppies abounded. Overall a very pleasant stay with attentive staff, a chilled atmosphere, and conveniently close to the centre of Goreme while still having its own quiet spot by the side of the cliff. Particular praise to the receptionist Kubi who acted as a great travel agent, researching the best and cheapest balloon tours available at the time and helping us with arranging other tours and sessions. He was amazing and should be praised. He also had arranged shuttle buses to and from the airport and a free coffee on arrival to the hotel. Overall a very pleasant stay.

We really loved the accommodation. The rooms were beautiful and very clean. The staff at the breakfast buffet were very friendly, and I had the best spinach gözleme in Turkey there. The reception staff were also very kind. We booked a balloon tour, which was definitely a highlight. ❤️ When we checked out on the 16th, the receptionist even offered us tea and later carried out all our luggage. We wanted to help, but he insisted on taking everything himself. Everyone was so friendly – I would DEFINITELY recommend this hotel to everyone! 12 out of 10!

My partner and I had an unforgettable stay at the Grand Elite Cave Suites. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly. The front desk team made check-in smooth and easy, and they were always ready to assist with anything we needed. A special shoutout to the bartender, who was so personable and made our day by the pool even better with delicious drinks. Speaking of the pool, it was fantastic – perfect for a relaxing dip after a day of exploring. The breakfast was absolutely superb, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. We were always excited to start our day with such a great meal! Our room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated, creating a cozy and luxurious atmosphere. We loved every minute of our stay and can’t recommend this place enough. If you’re looking for a place with great service, comfort, and an all-around amazing experience, it is the place to be!

Location was the best plus - away enough from the business of the high street yet only 10 minutes away from it. Brilliant breakfast spread. Swimming pool facility was unique to the area. Most enjoyable experience was the helpfulness of the staff - they are knowledgeable and do everything they can to make your stay comfortable. The hotel has their own travel agency so they have plenty of tour options at good prices and they coordinate everything which takes away the hassle of doing it yourself away. We celebrated a birthday during our stay and we received a cake on the day too which we really appreciated. Would definitely rebook this hotel if we were to return to Cappadocia.

Small things like a sink basin that didn’t drain well and shower cubicle definitely needed more cleaning. Our room door wasn’t working almost all of our stay however the staff did their best to help.

The location was good, and the breakfast staff were friendly and attentive. The breakfast was a great spread. The room was smaller than we expected but comfortable and cleaned daily. Overall, it was a good stay, but a little run down.

The toilet had problems flushing, and they didn't fix it after we made them aware of it. The shower could have used some new maintenance as there was mould around the bottom. The pool area is sad and neglected, with weeds growing all around it and chairs cushions are stained and tables dirty. It just needs more maintenance and some TLC.

- Poor sound proofing through door and windows / noisy guests who spoke loudly on phone calls in the hallway between rooms, shouted to other members of their family in early morning and in the evening - could the hotel put a sign up or send communications to all guests on check in to request to be quiet whilst in the hallways and immediately outside the hotel windows?

We loved this place. Our room was indeed an actual cave however I do note that other rooms may not have the same experience. Room was huuuge and the bathroom with jacuzzi and steam room was amazing. Super clean too. Staff were very helpful in arranging transfers and tour requests and we appreciated the poolside snacks and drinks. The breakfasts too were incredible. Just a short stroll down the hill to restaurants and mini mart. Try Top Deck and Dibek for delicious dinners. BTW Hotel laundry service was the cheapest we found. Make sure to give their little cat a cuddle from us!
