A Magical Stay at Elegance Cave Suite Hotel! My stay at Elegance Cave Suite Hotel in Cappadocia was absolutely incredible! From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the wonderful reception team—Seyda, Kemal, Halil, and Muhammed—who made sure I felt right at home. Their hospitality was top-notch, always ready to assist with anything I needed, from booking tours to giving great local recommendations. The hotel itself is stunning, blending the charm of a traditional cave-style stay with modern comfort. The rooms were beautifully designed, cozy, and exceptionally clean, making for a truly unique and relaxing experience. Waking up to breathtaking views of Cappadocia and enjoying the peaceful atmosphere was a dream come true. A special mention to the amazing kitchen team—Fereshte, Feride, and Mahmud—who prepared the most delicious breakfasts every morning! The variety of fresh and flavorful dishes was impressive, and their warm smiles made each meal even more enjoyable. Everything about Elegance Cave Suite Hotel exceeded my expectations—the friendly staff, the stunning rooms, and the unbeatable location. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cappadocia. Authentic cave hotel experience in a very convenient location close to the heart of town in Goreme, making it very easy to walk to and from the hotel. The room was very spacious with a large bathroom as well. There were plenty of outlets, hair dryer, lights, etc. The hotel also had 3 restaurants available which was convenient. Overall, very comfortable place to stay. The staff were very helpful in booking shuttles to/from the airport and experiences (horseback riding, spas, etc.) that would conveniently pick up from the hotel lobby. The staff were always available 24/7 and would respond promptly on WhatsApp.

Since the hotel is built into a cave, it should be noted that it can be a bit damp in the room, meaning that wet clothes, towels, and surfaces don't dry as well and there can be a bit of a damp scent. That said, I believe this is to be expected of any cave hotel and is not any fault of the establishment. As such, I would still highly recommend this place.

We had a wonderful stay at Elegance Cave Hotel! From the warm reception to the excellent food and impeccable service, everything exceeded our expectations. Our room was spacious, offered a beautiful view, and had a jacuzzi in the bathroom – a perfect touch of luxury. The breakfast was fresh, delicious, and of excellent quality. The hotel staff arranged all our activities, including the mixed tour, ATV ride, hot air balloon experience, and airport transfers, seamlessly. The location is fantastic – just a short walk to Goreme center, where you'll find plenty of great cafés, food options, and even Indian restaurants. A special mention to Seydaa, who welcomed us warmly and ensured we felt well cared for throughout our stay. Elegance Cave Hotel truly enhanced our Cappadocia experience, and we can’t recommend it enough!

I recently stayed with my family and friends at this place and had an excellent experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the stay. We were 3 families in 3 different rooms and we were placed on the ground floor. Our rooms had a big open space like a veranda with a garden swing, each room had its own sitting area. The rooms were very spacious with jacuzzi in all the rooms. We can see hot air balloons from outside the rooms and even from the roof top. The city view is also amazing at night. Excellent location as it's walkable to the main road and restaurants. To reach the hotel by foot, there's a little walk uphill. We booked the balloon ride and the day tour from them. They were really helpful in all ways. We were upset about our balloon ride, as the driver from the balloon company was late for pick up and we had to miss the inflating of the balloons. Also we were rushed in the balloon like flocks of sheep coz it was very close to sunrise. However after all the chaos, luckily we didn't miss the sunrise and had the best experience of the lifetime. We informed the front desk about our experience with the balloon ride and at first they said they can't do anything with it as it's the balloon company who handles this situation. However they understood our situation and it was so nice of them to offer us a free taxi ride for the next day's morning balloon viewing. We didn't take it though as we weren't expecting anything from them. The mix tour that we booked was also amazing with a very sweet and professional tour guide Sevda. I would definitely recommend this hotel for the exceptional services we received. Keep up the excellent and friendly services.

It would be really great to have some shelves in the bathroom near the washbasin to keep the toiletries. The same goes for the shower area. Also the picture shared on booking.com showed a photo area at the rooftop with the Turkish carpet, but during our stay, that place was shifted to the opposite side of the rooftop and it was as good as not available.

The rooms are excellent, and the hotel's location is ideal, providing easy access to the city center. The staff exceeded my expectations, always available and ready to address any request. I highly recommend relying on them for organizing excursions, such as balloon flights, quad rides, or dinner arrangements. Everything was amazing and expertly managed by the reception team—highly recommended.

The room I was assigned wasn't exactly the one I saw on the website, but it was still very good (and the staff did offer to change it, though I chose not to). However, it's important to note that this hotel might not be ideal for those suffering from claustrophobia, as the rooms are designed to resemble caves, with some areas lacking windows.

A family with 3 big kids. We stayed 3 nights at this hotel. - The room look like the pictures shared at Booking.com. It was clean and the room size is just nice for us - Top class customer service. Sefa and his colleagues were very helpful and accommodative. He attended to our questions and request almost immediately. Sefa recommended us the best tour guide we ever had during this holiday (Mr Ibrahim) and we got a good price for our hot air balloon ride as well. - We were allowed late check out because our bus departed from Göreme at 7 PM (of course subject to room availability). They even offered to send us to bus terminal. We are very thankful for this.

Staff were excellent and Sefa who worked there was amazing. Activities are important here and he Booked all tours, Taxis balloons and arranging a lovely baby sitter who looked after our 2 kids and allowed us to do activities that young kids can’t. Location great. Just away from the town but higher up so you have nicer views. Cappadocia is stunning and many hotels are very similar. However the number of restaurants and roof terraces this place head was excellent (4 I think if not more)

Could do we updating. But they are built in 10000+ year old rock caves and I’m sure most hotels are similar. So not a major complaint. Not coming here for luxury.

Very accommodating, helpful, humorous and friendly staff. Lovely location and tasteful decor. Good amenities and a great range of choice for restaurants at a high standard. The steak restaurant, for example, served wonderful meat. Breakfast was very nice, also with a fine choice of different foods.

It is always the case that the tea cups in the room are too small for one tea bag and I would prefer a larger mug. But that is just personal preference.

The hotel’s location is great. The breakfast is fantastic. Staff is friendly and the cleanliness is impeccable. The sort out and clean the rooms every day to the highest standard. Even though it is a cave hotel, the smell is ok and it is not stuffy at all. The bathroom is spacious and comfortable. There is a convenient parking. It is walking distance from the main shopping street and the sunrise view. We really enjoyed our stay.

The only thing I did not like about the hotel is that there were no soap plate and toothbrush cup in the bathroom. There was no space where to leave the soap and shower gel in the shower cabin.

Good Staffs, the location is perfect. Room is spacious. Unique room (caves room). The internet is fast.

- Family room is in the ground floor (bottom), therefore the view is not so good. - Bed frame (for the single beds) should be renewed to give more comfortable. - I have asked about the hot air balloon since the first time I came, but the reception forgot about it.
