Spotlessly clean boutique hotel in the heart of Göreme, strategically located within 5 min walk up the hill to the sunset point and 5 min walk down the hill to the city center. Traditionally decorated rooms yet with all the modern conveniences. Spacious rooftop terrace where you can watch the balloons, sunset or enjoy the panorama. Hearty breakfast including seasonal fruit and veg. We had the balloon trip, excursions and transfers all arranged by the hotel hosts and all the arrangements were seamless. The continental breakfast at Cappadocia Cave Land Hotel is a delightful start to the day, offering a variety of fresh bread, pastries, fruits, cheeses, and traditional Turkish breakfast items. The spread is simple yet satisfying, catering to a range of tastes. As for the location, the hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of Goreme, providing easy access to the stunning cave dwellings and hot air balloon experiences that make Cappadocia famous. The charming atmosphere and convenient location make it an ideal spot for exploring the region.

While the hotel room at Cappadocia Cave Land Hotel offers a decent amount of space, it falls short in a few areas. The room size is adequate but not as roomy as expected for a more comfortable stay. Additionally, there is no full-size mirror, which would be helpful for getting ready or checking your outfit. The lighting also needs improvement – the current setup is a bit dim, and the room could benefit from brighter, more consistent white lighting to create a more vibrant and functional atmosphere. These small improvements could enhance the overall experience significantly.

The staff were incredibly friendly and proactive in helping us arrange activities, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast spread was amazing, offering a wide variety of delicious options to start the day. The terrace provided stunning views of the landscape, making it a perfect spot to relax. While we didn’t get to see the balloons during our visit, we were told their flight path goes right over the hotel, so many guests get to enjoy that spectacle. The location is great for taking in the city, though be prepared for a bit of a walk up the hill. Our room was spacious and comfortable, ensuring a restful stay. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Our stay was amazing - the rooms were clean, spacious and we loved the style and the decor! The location was great, it was very close to the centre area (with restaurants, shops etc.) and the Viewpoint for hot-air balloons (and sunset/sunrise) . We went there by car from the airport - and it was quite easy to get to the hotel, even with the narrow streets (there's also parking space available). We were unlucky with the weather, so we couldn't go on the hot-air balloon rides - but thankfully on the day of departure the balloons flew - so we got the chance to see them from the hotel's terrace! There were very few people there, so we had plenty of space for photos as well & some of the balloons flew very close to us - it was an amazing view! The included breakfast was very good, there were plenty of choices (cold and warm dishes) - we never managed to finish everything; the opening hours also allowed us to have breakfast before being picked up for our morning tours. The staff was very friendly and they can also help with joining different activities (eg. horse-riding, balloon-rides, shows etc.). We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Göreme!

We were on ground floor room 102, very handy with suitcases. The room itself met our expectations and sleeping in the 'cave room' was a good experience. We arrived few hours early and Mehmet greeted us and took us up to the terrace to relax whilst the room was being readied. Mehmet was very helpful in organising tours for us at very reasonable prices, though for the hot air balloon ride we arranged this before we got to the property with Ibrahim - we were lucky to experience the hot air balloon ride on the day we booked it as the weather was not so good before and after. Hotel is 10 minutes away from the balloon view point which was an amazing experience as this view point early in the morning you got to see virtually a 360 degree view of the hot air balloons - saw this on the day we were leaving the hotel. From the terrace top of the hotel you can see the hot air balloons too. The breakfast provided was lovely, just what we needed to start our day. The location of the hotel is at the top of a steep hill, but we managed this.

Mehmet is the sweetest receptionist/host I have ever met. He lifted me when I was in the need and gave us really nice recommendations regarding the places to have a drink or to eat. The room is very clean and there is a lot of space. The bed is really comfortable. The hotel is located in the heart of Gorëme and the city center can easily be visited by walk. I highly recommend you to stay at Cave Land Hotel 🌼

Honestly nothing has to be mentioned in this section. It was one of the best stays of my life and I have travelled to more than 50 countries. Thanks again Mehmet for your kindness and hospitality ☺️

I stayed in the hotel with my friend, everything was great . The location was so picturesque, breakfast fantastic and the staff was friendly and they were always trying to assist with everything. Mehmet was very friendly and he organised all the trips and events for us . We were super lucky to have experienced the hot air balon flight which was the highlight of the trip . I would highly recommend the hotel to everyone who wants to visit Cappadocia and stay in Goreme .

The hotel is situated in the city center, 3 min walk to the main street and 5 min walk to the panorama view of the city. The room was big, clean, equipped with everything necessary. The breakfast was good, although the same every day. It has a terrace on the rooftop, you can admire the city and the balloons. They have a small parking, I have parked my car every day in the same place, but the hotel was not fully booked.

Our time at the hotel was truly wonderful. The hotel is very clean and well-maintained. The location is very convenient as its minutes away from Goreme’s center where all the restaurants and stores are. And also, walking distance to the hill (Asiklar Tepesi) where everyone comes to watch the hot air balloons in the morning. The terrace is open all day and overlooks Goreme from all directions. You can watch the balloons right from there too. All staff is friendly and helpful. Mehmet makes sure that your questions are answered and does his best to accommodate the guests’ needs and requests. He booked our transfer from the hotel and daily tours. We would highly recommend this hotel to travelers that are hoping to visit Cappadocia.

I can't say enough about the amazing staff at this hotel; they truly made our stay incredible. Mehmet, our host, deserves a special mention for going above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had a great time. Not only did he help us organize an unforgettable hot air balloon ride, but he also had a great sense of humor and made us feel welcome. The room we stayed in was beautifully decorated and clean. The hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk away from all the cafes and restaurants, and conveniently located near the bus station. To top it all off, we were treated to a traditional Turkish-style breakfast that was absolutely amazing. If you're looking for a hotel that genuinely cares about their guests, I highly recommend this place for a memorable stay.
