Fantastic location…5 mins downhill is the main shopping and dining road. What is best is that it is only 10 mins walk uphill from the hotel to a viewing point for morning sunrise and viewing the launch of hot air balloons..what a view..even if you don’t want to walk uphill, you can still views the hot air balloons from the terraces of the hotel every morning…no need to pay $$. The staffs are all very friendly especially Mustafa who manned the front desk..Highly recommended..

We had a wonderful stay at Guzide Cave Hotel. The room was spotlessly clean, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. Breakfast was absolutely delightful—don’t miss their hot chocolate, it’s a must-try! The hotel is also home to some adorable pet cats, which added a charming touch to our experience. The owner, a kind and warm-hearted elderly lady, made us feel truly welcome. She even arranged an early morning airport shuttle for us and personally came to see us off, which was such a thoughtful gesture. One small suggestion for improvement: while the overall experience was great, we found that hot air balloon and ATV tour prices in Cappadocia can be quite steep. It would be helpful if the hotel could ensure that any quoted prices for tours remain consistent. Other than that, we had no complaints at all and thoroughly enjoyed our time here!

This incredible hotel offers a breathtaking view of Göreme and is just a short walk from the city's panoramic viewpoint, as well as conveniently close to the center. From the terrace, you can admire the magical sight of hot air balloons. Each morning, you can indulge in a generous and delicious breakfast featuring a variety of traditional local delicacies, making for the perfect start to your day. The rooms are a perfect blend of elegance and comfort, spacious, beautifully decorated. The staff is exceptionally kind, always welcoming guests with warm hospitality and ensuring every need is met. I highly recommend this hotel.

We woke on our first morning to the sight of 100 balloons, some in the distance, some much closer to our terrace. We woke the next day to less balloons, but one only about 8 metres above our terrace. By day three we were convinced that we had to do a flight ourselves, which Yasemin at the hotel organised. It was brilliant. Yasemin and her family made us feel like we were a part of the family. It is a beautiful hotel in a fantastic location, just a short walk from Sunset Hill.

Good times are defined by good experiences, and I have to extend a big thank you to Mr. Şuayip Yıldırım and the lovely lady owner, for my lovely stay at Gozide. They are absolutely fantastic hosts and specially Mr Şuayip Yıldırım was very helpful and attended to all our requirements and offered great suggestions. The Hotel is nicely located with stores, restaurants, market and even the sunset point on a hill nearby, all walkable. It's converted from a previous family home and has an open courtyard and about 8 rooms. It has a very good view of Goreme and has 3 separate terraces with ample of open and shaded seating areas. ( jfyi, the whole Goreme area gets that morning view of Balloons flying overhead, its not a hotel or view specific thing ) There is an open Parking lot right in front of the hotel. Goreme streets are narrow and it's hard to find a parking spot, so that's a big plus. But, it's basically a free open space for around a 12-15 cars and it get's full in evenings because of tourist visiting the nearby sunset point and restaurants in this area. So if you decide to move your vehicle out in busy evening hours, you might lose your spot till late night. They offer a mix of simple Turkish and English breakfast spread and a lot of fresh fruits. All the amenities expected from a hotel are offered and are fine and acceptable. The place is clean and has flower plants and fruit vines all over. Honestly, please don't expect a 4 or 5 star hotel level amenities. They are doing their best with their quite service and attentiveness, and you will feel very good staying here. Definitely recommended. Look for Şuayip Yıldırım if you have anything needed to get done. He didn't even expect or took tips for his help and his handy suggestions about the place, which made things wonderful for us. People like Şuayip make your stay Great and are an asset to any Hotel. Others can learn from him.

Guzide, Ali and the entire staff team are super friendly and helpful, provided us with a lot of travel tips and welcomed us like a family. The breakfast is superb and we were really amazed by the variety and abundance of Turkish breakfast!! The view from the balcony is amazing! Although we came in March, I'd imagine how beautiful the garden would look like in spring and summer. A big thank you to madam Guzide, Mr. Ali and the entire staff team for hosting our family. The trip to Turkey and specifically Cappadocia means so much for us, and I'm grateful that Guzide Hotel made part of this wonderful memory. We'd very much like to revisit when opportunity comes!!

Nothing - everything was perfect!!

We were a family of 6 adults and 2 kids. We loved our stay. The owner, Guzide, was super helpful throughout. She went out of the way to ensure we were comfortable. We loved the fact that this place was not crammed with rooms and there was ample open space in the form of the courtyard. It is also located in a very nice part of town with a lot of restaurants in walking distance. The beautiful sunrise/ sunset point was also just a 5 min walk from here.

This place is beyond amazing! The staff gave us a wonderful welcome after a long night bus, letting us check-in early and even having breakfast prepared for us upon arrival. From then we were looked after exceptionally well. The room was incredible, large, beautiful, clean. Dilek's breakfast is unbelievable, so delicious and so much food. The location is perfect, right in amongst the fairy chimneys with lovely views from the terrace. Wifi is excellent too. Really for the price you cannot go wrong. Tesekkür ederim for everything Güzide and team!

The hotel is very cozy looking. The location is amazing but you will have to walk up a steep slope to reach the hotel unless you have a transport. The view in the morning at around 6-8am you will be able to see many hot air balloons in the sky. There is a spot where you can sit & enjoy the nature as well. Hotel room is clean, well prepared with working appliances. Breakfast is also delicious, a variety of choices.

I looooooove everything. Guzide (sister of the owner and current manager of the hotel) was the best host ever. She went out of her was to help me. She managed to book a shuttle for me from and to the airport. She also booked the hot air balloon for me at a price below what agents were charging. The food was amaaaaaaazing. It was freshly made every morning and enough for everyone, we could go back for more. The lady making food was also very friendly and always made sure everyone enjoyed their food.
