Beautiful Cave hotel in central location with fabulous views over the rock formations. Our cave room was cute with wifi . No aircon . Our room was on the top terrace/bar with a private balcony above which was great to have our own drinks and snacks with views of the town lit up. Close to Sunset viewing area above to see the balloons every morning. Depending on wind direction these will pass by the hotel which is a spectacle not to be missed. Very good breakfast. Close to bars, restaurants, mini mart and the many tourist agents. Friendly, helpful staff

Multiple stairs up to rooms and terrace otherwise everything was perfect. We were assisted with luggage

Room: We spent 3 amazing days in a cave room which was def a tick on our wish list. The breakfast was one of the best we had in our 3 week spent around Turkey. We were very lucky to get room no 110 as a free upgrade (basically the price was about double and is the best situated on the second floor). Lots of stairs but totally worth it. The private balcony is not really private, but you we enjoyed it for ourselves as no one was using it anyway. I have asthma and didn’t have a problem staying in the room as that one had a window as well. The humidity stays about 60% and we were provided a machine which take the humidity out from the air. If you are a party person, you will enjoy the live music from the next rooftop hotel. Hot air ballons: You have a splendid view to the hot air balloons if you are lucky to catch them. We couldn’t take one as the wind was cancelling those last minute 3 days in a row. You get your money back but next time you have to pay double price. Make sure you have cash to pay (at least €150/pp) - look for Cappadoccia Pheoenix Travel ATV tour: Take the afternoon one (€35 for 2 persons about 3hs) with the same company. You won’t regret the thrill & adrenaline rush. Others: Bring your own alcohol. Prices here are insane comparing to all Turkey even in the stores. Nothing to worry about parking, you will always find a slot. Try the burger at the restaurant in front of the hotel. For more travel tips, follow @costinbotez on Instagram.

The location is great. It does even have a parking area and the staff is very friendly and responsive to every request. It helps with moving the other cars if needed, it recommends places to eat and trips to take around Goreme. The parking is not that big and big SUVs could get stuck on the narrow streets. But the view from the terrace is great, over Goreme, it is very close to the sunset panorama spot (you can see balloons very well from there, if they fly) and in general it's easy to find a place to eat around. Plus, the experience of sleeping inside a cave is quite something!

The room has no ventilation and at times it could get too warm, even if it was just the beginning of May. Apart from the small fan in the bathroom that isn't that powerful, you have to open the door and leave it like that in order to get some fresh air in the room (there is no AC available, but you can request an electric fan to cool things a little bit)

High up on the hill. The view was very nice. The breakfast was nice and the breakfast staff were friendly too. Next to the mountain where you can go and view the balloons for 30 Turkish Lira.

The hot tub was not clean. I bad smell came as soon as I turned it on. One piece was broken. One guy who looked like Asian guy had attitude. He didn’t help with anything or smiled when we got there. The rooms were hot because there’s no air conditioning.

To all who is looking for a place to stay. If you are solo-traveler like me, a couple, group of friends or family, i will highly recommend Mia Cappadocia Hotel. You’ll never regret staying here. I cannot say anything negative on this hotel. For me, it is the best hotel i have stayed in from all of my travels. Location wise it is near the centre, mini-mart and restaurants are within the area. Cleanliness is Superb. Value for money - amount i paid is not enough to describe the service i received from them. Wifi is very good. Breakfast is awesome. The terrace and dining area is having one of the best view to the rock formation in Goreme. Also, i want to commend all the staff. From the reception, dining , room service, i mean ALL of them. I felt comfortable and at home in my whole stay in Cappadocia. From the moment i arrived up to the day i left, all of the staff has given me an outstanding, excellent and exceptional service. Before coming, i messaged them through Whatsapp and they arranged my transportation to and from the airport. They helped me in booking my tour. It’s all hassle-free and they made sure all my needs are met and i am being taken care of. I asked them a favor if i can extend 1 more hour prior checkout and they agreed. Since i’m sleepy that time, they even offered to extend more time before check-out so i can rest properly before heading to the airport for my flight. Kudos to the staff who’s been very accommodating. CEYLAN helped me a lot. Thank you Ceylan. GURKAN also assisted me at all times. He is very helpful. ESRA and MELTEM who is always smiling whenever i passed by. Thank you Meltem for the Turkish coffee. Esra, thank you for being so nice to me. They always ask me if i wanted to drink or if i need anything. The owner is very lucky for having these staff. Don’t lose them, they are your gem which gives the customers like me an unforgettable experience in Cappadocia.

Nothing to dislike.

We really enjoyed our stay here, especially the breathtaking view. It’s the perfect spot to watch the sunset with a cocktail in hand, and with the bar conveniently located right outside our room, it couldn’t have been better. The breakfast was also impressive, offering a wide variety of delicious options. The hotel staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. They arranged our airport transfer quickly and efficiently, ensuring everything went smoothly.

No AC :(

My stay at this hotel was remarkable, with the room matching the online photos perfectly and offering a beautiful city view from the terrace. Despite weather-related cancellations of planned balloon rides, the central location made city exploration easy and enjoyable. The hotel staff's helpfulness and kindness significantly exceeded my expectations, contributing to an unforgettable experience. As a remote worker, for me a reliable Wi-Fi is crucial, and this hotel delivered it excellently, providing strong internet both in my room and the common areas, I had video calls and internet was good. This hotel combines convenience, top-notch service, and excellent amenities, making it a fantastic choice for both business and leisure travelers. Highly recommended for its superior hospitality and great location.

The breakfast was definitely filling, but it missed the mark for those of us watching what we eat. It leaned heavily on cheese, bread, and fries, with hardly any veggies in sight. For someone who prefers lighter or plant-based options, it was a bit of a letdown. Tossing in some cereal, oats, and more fresh veggies and fruits could easily make breakfast more inclusive and welcoming for everyone. It's a small change, but it would go a long way in making all guests feel considered and cared for in their dietary preferences. Also, I want to mention lack of cleaning in the room. Despite staying for several nights in a row, my room wasn't cleaned even once.

The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Any special request we made was answered with a 'yes'. It was a breath of fresh air to stay in a property where the staff truly understands what hospitality is all about!

Our particular room was a bit warm because we didn't have any windows but the fan helped. If I were advising this property I would suggest they invest in a real coffee/espresso machine.

My stay was magical and refreshing, I enjoyed the cave room experience. The hotel terrace was exceptional ,I viewed the hot air balloons from there and took beautiful pictures.Furthermore, the staff ,especially the receptionists we're very kind and helpful(spoke good English ) Overall 10/10

I didn't like that there are no pool facilities, as Cappadocia can be quiet hot

First time staying in a cave and it was totally worth it! The place had a great vibe and an amazing view over Göreme. The hotel’s terrace was the perfect spot to relax in the evening and watch the balloons at sunrise. Breakfast was super tasty too. Loved it!

Some rooms don’t have windows, but that’s part of the cave experience – definitely a fair trade-off!
