We absolutely loved everything about our stay at Cayatas Cave Suites! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and at home. The location is perfect—peaceful and scenic, yet close enough to everything we wanted to explore. The cave rooms are stunning, blending authentic charm with modern comfort. The view from the property is breathtaking, especially at sunrise. Breakfast was delicious every morning, with plenty of variety and fresh options. Every detail was thoughtfully done. This was one of the most memorable stays we’ve ever had—highly, highly recommended!

the way up from city center to the hotel is a 5min steep uphill walk, can be a bit straining for pregnant women

Perfect location in Goreme! The social media views from the terrace are beautiful, you can see the whole city from multiple directions and the balloons for the perfect Instagram picture. The rooms are super cool and the breakfast is full of healthy and delicious options. And the staff, they are amazing people who go above and beyond to make sure you have the perfect experience.

The location was amazing, we stayed in a cave room, which really gives the feeling of living in a cave, but still with good facilities. I know the staff is planning a big renovation for the rooms so looking forward to see in a few years how it will be. The garden and rooftop were beautifully amazing and you can see the balloons very clearly in the morning. Close to many restaurants and the city centre. Staff is great, Sam was a great host and gave us a lot of tips and arranged tours and taxis for us. If you in Goreme, definetly stay here...the location is top!

The property is nestled in a beautiful setting, surrounded by breathtaking views, amazing restaurants, and a spacious upstairs terrace. We visited Cappadocia all the way from New York and chose the King bed with the hot tub option—an incredible experience. The bed was comfortable, room service was provided daily, and even in June, the space remained perfectly cool. What truly made our stay unforgettable were the incredible people who worked there. Every staff member was so warm and hospitable, it was impossible not to form a genuine connection with them. We arrived past midnight and were greeted by a kind and professional gentleman named Arshia. He was courteous, welcoming, and made us feel right at home. We also met another amazing individual named Ramadan—equally attentive and helpful. Both of them assisted us with our check-in and even carried our luggage to our room. The next day, we met the daytime manager, Samir, and another staff member, Ramo. Both were equally charming and friendly. In fact, we bonded so quickly with all four of them—Arshia, Ramadan, Samir, and Ramo—that they began to feel like family. Our four-night stay was so enjoyable that leaving for Istanbul felt like saying goodbye to loved ones. We’re already looking forward to coming back, just to reunite with them. A side note: Ramadan and Ramo also work as servers in the evenings at the terrace restaurant. Ramadan is a hookah master—his custom blends were incredible. Both of them are talented musicians as well. Ramo, though shy, played beautiful music for us on his dambura and sang with a voice full of soul and talent. Words alone can’t fully capture our experience—it would take a whole journal to do it justice. We even had the chance to meet the owner, who was kind and respectful, not only to us but also to his staff. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An experience we’ll never forget.

We loved everything

Absolutely stunning! From the moment i checked in until the check out, my experience was unforgettable. My cave room looked so unique and comfortable, with beautiful and authentic decor. From the terrace, you can see the hot air balloons in the morning, which gives a breathtaking sight. The entire staff was amazing! Many thanks to Samir and the rest of the team who made me feel very special on my birthday ! They are extremely polite, professional and helpful. They will try their best to accommodate your needs and assist you for the duration of your journey. Everything about Kayatas Cave Suites makes you just extend your stay.

I rarely write reviews, but my stay at Kayatas Cave Suites was so exceptional that I felt it truly deserved one. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Sam and the team, who consistently went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. Their hospitality was genuine and heartfelt—they were always available to help with any enquiries or requests, no matter how big or small. Whether it was organising tours, transport, or simply offering local recommendations, nothing ever felt like too much trouble. The location of the property is fantastic—right in the heart of Göreme, just a short walk from all the local shops, restaurants, and attractions. Despite being so central, the area around the suites was peaceful and relaxing, offering the best of both convenience and tranquility. The rooms themselves were spotlessly clean, cozy, and full of charm and character, offering authentic cave-style experience while still providing all the modern comforts. The property as a whole was beautifully maintained, with a lovely attention to detail in both design and cleanliness. One of the absolute highlights of our stay was the rooftop terrace—the views were simply breathtaking, especially at sunrise when the sky fills with hot air balloons, and sunset, which painted the landscape in the most stunning golden hues. It’s the perfect place to sit back with a coffee and take in the magic of Cappadocia. This was genuinely one of the most memorable and enjoyable stays I’ve had. If you’re planning a trip to Cappadocia, I couldn’t recommend Kayatas Cave Suites more highly. We had the best stay in our lives because of the ff reasons: 1. Free breakfast, even when we checked in because we made it on time 2. The best bath tub I ever experienced. Dont know if that is the standard bath in Goreme 3. Accomodating and friendly staff. They help with everything. I borrowed lighter and they gave me one. I asked for booking and cancellations of activities, they do it without judging you. 4. The room is as advertised, with dragon inside the room which made our stay very special. All our friends were asking about it. 5. The balcony is as seen in pictures. When hot air balloons fly in the morning, it exactly looks magical like in the pictures. At night, it is also a very lovel hang out spot that you could talk to fellow travellers. 6. One of the staff also offered to take pictures of us in the blacony and he is very skilled in taking Instagrammable pictures. He didnt ask for tip, he might just be doing it for fun. 7. Breakfast werent repetitive and has let us enjoy traditional Turkish breakfasts and more. We practically couldnt eat lunch after breakfast. 8. Location is very good. Although it is on top of a hill, it is not exhausting to go up for some reason. Plus, it is the views we are paying for. It is also near top-rated restaurants so we have a lot of options where to eat. It has been a while now between my stay and the time I am making this review so cant remember everything but it was the little details that made it a perfect stay.

Location-wise, it’s perfect. You can walk to everything in town, but still feel away from the crowds. The terrace views alone are reason enough to stay here — they are breathtaking. Great location! A little bit of an uphill when returning from downtown but that can be expected here. The staff were phenomenal, very attentive and friendly. A special mention of Sam, the manager. He was incredibly aware and attentive to everyone's needs, super friendly and on top of everything! He also helped us sign up for numerous tours and experiences as well organize the airport shuttle. It was great having a restaurant available, the food and drinks were good although a little expensive. Overall a fantastic stay!

It would have been nice to have a fan in the room as it get's very warm and takes time to cool at night even with the windows open. The free breakfast was greatly appreciated but could have had more variety of warm options other than just hard boiled eggs and fries.

This stunning cave hotel exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a smile, a refreshing cold water, and genuine warmth. The views are absolutely breathtaking, and the sky bar is the best place in town to watch the sunset. Additionally, the terrace is a beautiful and easy spot to admire the balloons taking off at sunrise and it’s just a few stairs away from your room! The staff went above and beyond, trying to get to know individuals that were staying in the hotel, helping book attractions and making every part of the stay effortless. They even allowed me to store my luggage safely while I waited for my flight. Lastly, the location couldn’t be better, just a quick 2-minute walk to downtown. This was the perfect stay, with the most welcoming team, and I will absolutely be returning! I highly recommend!
