The location was very good. Our room on the terrace was spacious and warm in the winters. The bathroom was also big and comfortable. It’s a cave room, so no windows of course, but the door opened on the terrace. The staff was sweet, particularly the manager Okan was very helpful. We learned a lesson through hard way. We had booked Green Tour through an agency on our own, and we didn’t go through the tour recommended by this hotel. That tour didn’t take us to the main highlights but instead took us to some leather store, jewellery store, made us sit through ridiculous marketing fashion show, didn’t take us to river for lunch, missed the main valley, basically they duped us. So please make sure you book your tours wisely and take help from Okan.

From the moment I arrived, I was treated as a precious guest and felt like part of the family. The owner, Okan, went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and memorable. The family atmosphere at the hotel was truly delightful, and I thoroughly enjoyed engaging in conversations with Okan's interesting father. The food prepared by Okan's mother was absolutely delicious, and it added a special touch to my overall experience. The rooms were clean, cozy, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring. The shower room was bright and neat, which further added to the pleasant experience. Additionally, I am grateful to Okan for offering me affordable Cappadocia tours. The prices were much cheaper than what I had found online prior to my arrival, and the tours were exceptional, allowing me to fully immerse myself in the beauty of the region. I would also like to express my gratitude for the kindness and generosity shown by Okan. When I mistakenly paid the airport transfer guy less, Okan personally covered the remaining amount after I had left for Istanbul. This act of kindness truly touched my heart and showcases the amazing people at Göreme Hotel. I highly recommend Göreme Hotel to anyone visiting Cappadocia. The hotel itself is stunning, with a charming design that perfectly complements the magical surroundings of Cappadocia. The location was ideal, making it easy for us to explore the area. One of the highlights was the breakfast—delicious, fresh, and with great variety, ensuring a perfect start to each day. What truly made our stay unforgettable was the incredible staff. They were exceptionally kind and attentive, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Their hospitality made us appreciate the place even more. Without a doubt, this hotel is a solid 10, and we can't wait to return. Highly recommended!

This place felt like my home away from home. It was absolutely beautiful, I enjoyed the best breakfast everrrrr every morning on the beautiful terrace overlooking Göreme and Okan and his family were the most hospitable and warm-hearted people. During my stay I was upgraded to a fancier room with a king size bed and enjoyed my last days feeling like inside a fairytale. I love everything about this amazing place and will always come back here and recommend it to my friends!

The location is at the heart of Goreme making it very convenient for us to visit the tourist attractions and lovely restaurants. The structure of property is very good with an overlooking balcony best for appreciating the visible valleys. It was very amazing to start the day seeing the beautiful valleys while having a very generous breakfast from Goreme house. The receptionist was very helpful and kind, including the kitchen staff and all the people we saw from the hotel. Also, the place is just perfect for a very cozy and nice holiday and just appreciate Cappadocia.

Fantastic location - very central and outstanding views of the fairy chimneys from the terrace. Delicious buffet breakfast. Large room.

The suite we stayed in was quite dated and felt like it was due a refurbishment: the shower leaked all over the bathroom floor and the floorboards were cracked with sharp edges. Also the pillows were very thin. I expected a more comfortable room considering the price. Also, breakfast only started at 8:30 which is too late if you need to leave early for a tour or to catch a flight.

The manager of the hotel was super helpful, the hotel is located in a super convenient place, not too high (so you can walk to the center without problems) and not too low (so you have a panoramic view of the city and the landscape), also panoramic viewpoints, restaurants and other touristic points are at a walkable distance. The hotel is simple, it offers just breakfast (and excellent all-you-can-eat Turkish breakfast) and it has terraces where you can stay and enjoy the view. The rooms we stayed is beautiful (the cave suite)

Maybe a bit for specific information in the description would be better, i.e.: it says the hotel offers transfers from airport-hotel and you don't understand if they are included in the room price or you have to pay extra (turns out you have to pay extra).

Excellent location, just a few mins walk from central square and a few minutes walk up to the hill with great sunrise and sunset views. Lots of restaurants nearby as well as a couple of mini markets. The place has great vibes with a courtyard and seating where you get to interact with other guests. Breakfast was the best spread I had in my Turkey trip of 10 days.

Cant really think of any, maybe they could have kept a chair outside by the door to enjoy the balloons rising in the early morning. The room facilites were without a hitch.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel, and we can’t recommend it highly enough! Every detail of our experience was perfect, from the warm and welcoming staff to the cozy rooms and beeautiful surroundings. The star of our stay, however, was the manager, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was flawless. He genuinely cared about making our stay special, addressing any request with professionalism and kindness. The location was excellent, the breakfast options were delicious and diverse, and the atmosphere throughout the hotel was relaxed. If you’re looking for a place where service truly shines, look no further.

The hotel is beautiful, with so cosy rooms. Everything was clean, bed very comfy. Staff was soooo nice! Location is great, Goreme is the place to stay when you visit Capadocia, and this little hotel is very nicely located. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, small convenience stores, and you have the bus station 5minutes away if you want to visit nearby cities/villages. Also you can walk to Goreme Open Air Museum (20 min walk maybe), or start your hiking to some of the valleys from there. You can see the balloons from the hotel terrace, and it is sooo beautiful from there. If you prefer you can walk to a nearby viewpoint (5min walk), where you can also better appreciate the valley, but you have to pay 20 Turkish liras to go there. I couldn't recommend it enough
