The staff at this hotel are incredibly friendly and accommodating. They went above and beyond to help me plan my itinerary in Cappadocia, offering great recommendations for activities and sights to see. The hotel's location is perfect, situated in the heart of the region and providing easy access to all the main attractions. The room I stayed in was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, ensuring a pleasant stay. As a solo traveler, I felt welcome and safe at this hotel. I absolutely loved my experience here and would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again on my next visit to Cappadocia. Highly recommended for solo travelers looking for a memorable stay in this beautiful part of Turkey!

Hanzade Suites was great!. I arrived at the hotel and check in was very smooth. Initially I was given the standard room, I requested for an upgrade. Spoke to the hotel owner Mr. Mehmet he was very kind and accommodating, he upgraded my room with very reasonable extra charges. The room itself was beautiful and very comfortable. Breakfast was great, and had a very homemade feel to it which made the experience even more comfortable. Zack on the front desk was great! He helped us plan the day with good suggestions, check out was very smooth and always responded positively to any requests. He even personally dropped us to the airport, making my stay at Goreme very comfortable. This hotel is highly recommended.

Beautiful, cozy and authentic place with such lovely people running it! Good AC, nice breakfast, spectacular roof view and central location with easy access to everything a tourist can wish for. A wide array of services available for booking at the reception at a better rate that you can get in the city.

The bathroom in our room was tiny and had nothing separating the showering area from the toilet itself so the water pours over the seat. It also floods easily, with much mold on the door and poor ventilation. Very hard to find parking and sometimes the street below gets loud late at night.

Staying at Hanzade Suites was the highlight of my 7-month backpacking trip across Europe and Asia. When I arrived, I was at a loss at what to do, but Zack at Hanzade Suites coordinated everything I needed, including a shuttle from and to the airport, a hot air balloon ride, and two different driving tours. Each experience was exceptional and flawless. In addition, Zack was able to provide dining and activity recommendations in the region, and every single one was great. The location of the hotel is perfect, right near the town square and within walking distance of all the major amenities in Goreme. The room was amazing, the breakfast was delicious, and the rest of the staff was very welcoming and helpful. If I were to ever return to Cappadocia (and I hope I do!), I would absolutely stay at Hanzade Suites again, and I will be recommending all of my friends to do the same.

All the staff are very nice, friendly, and really helpful. The location is also superb. The terrace for breakfast and the balloon view is just what you dream about in Cappadocia without the crowds at all those famous hotels. The Turkish lamps and rugs you walk past through the entrance are also lovely. (Again, unlike many places around there, that try to charge you for photos, etc.) All of these elements naturally make a perfect combination and make you feel part of this family-run hotel, you will feel this esp the breakfast! They are so lovely made.

Our room can be a bit noisy as it’s on the ground floor and next to the road, which might be an issue for someone sensitive to noise.

location was great. breakfast in the morning was very good and the terrace was really nice for drinks in the evening, balloon watching in the morning and then breakfast. The staff also bent over backwards for us with lunch and dinner suggestions and arranged for pickup with the balloon ride in the morning.

one of the rooms was small, although the other room was much larger and very comfortable, so part of the charm of the hotel is that every room is different. It seems harsh to ding them for part of the hotel I found charming.

The property is quirky. Do not expect a business travel type hotel. This hotel has more character. We had a spa bath in the bedroom which is a bit bazarre. Fortunately we also had a decent shower in the bathroom. The location is very good and the staff were very helpful both before and during our stay.

There is no bar and it is a bit noisy between 5:00 and 6:30 in the morning from the call to prayer and the pick ups for the balloon rides and balloon ride viewing.

The staff gave us free upgrades to a better room for part of our stay, it was great! He also helped us to book a restaurant and organized the airport transfers. Shower water pressure was great and no shortage of hot water. Note that this hotel is on the main street, if you prefer not walking up/down the hill, it is the best!

The Wi-Fi was not stable at all, we can't connect to Wi-Fi in our room most of the stays. When we moved back to our deluxe room, the trash can lid was broken, the safebox key didn't work and it was so light that anyone can just take and run with it.

The staff were amazing. They accommodated our late night check in, helped us arrange tours, and made sure we could have breakfast after our hot air balloon ride. The breakfast is homemade and delicious. The rooms were awesome and the terrace had great views.

Mehmet, the property owner, is a gem of a guy. my friend was terribly sick and he went out of his way to reassure us and just that in itself while traveling in a foreign land was half the cure for my friend’s neurovestibulitis and nausea. every request was instantly serviced with professionalism and warmth. I myself have a Phsyical disability and needed massages everyday and Mehmet organised them for me with the best hamams and spas. Fabulous exotic property right at the centre of Goreme at a 2 mins walking distance to Goreme market and 5 mins to the Goreme museum and easily accessible to all attractions. the interior decor is well done yet modern. great value for money. we shall definitely go back to cappadocia and stay again at Hanzade suites!
