The hotel is in the middle of Goreme, where the chimney houses are integrated into a buzzing town full of little shops and restaurants. The room was very comfortable, every day sheets and towels were refreshed. The bed super comfortable. Very clean, newly refurbished. Very good value for money! And, the breakfast a treat, with a huge buffet of fresh good quality food to choose from! The very friendly staff gave us grrat prices for the activities around. Abdul Wasi helped us out with anything we needed. Thank you Hanzade!

They could make something more outof the roof terrace.

The location is right at the center of Goreme! Right next to the hotel many restaurants, cafe, shops, rooftops. The entrance to the hotel is very beautiful and can be used as a photo shoot spot. Actually tourists use it for the fee 5euro, good news is that the hotels residents can use it for free. The hotel is not big, but very comfortable. It has its own rooftop with the beautiful view. We were welcomed by the great guy Abdullah, he was very friendly to us. Our room was enough for 4 people and has everything inside including the AC. For the note it is some kind of problem with the electricity in the town and you can barely find and hotel with the AC in Goreme.

Everything is great! Some kind find the breakfast not that wide and extended, but it has everything you need in the morning.

Beautiful, cozy and authentic place with such lovely people running it! Good AC, nice breakfast, spectacular roof view and central location with easy access to everything a tourist can wish for. A wide array of services available for booking at the reception at a better rate that you can get in the city.

The bathroom in our room was tiny and had nothing separating the showering area from the toilet itself so the water pours over the seat. It also floods easily, with much mold on the door and poor ventilation. Very hard to find parking and sometimes the street below gets loud late at night.

Hanzade Suites was great!. I arrived at the hotel and check in was very smooth. Initially I was given the standard room, I requested for an upgrade. Spoke to the hotel owner Mr. Mehmet he was very kind and accommodating, he upgraded my room with very reasonable extra charges. The room itself was beautiful and very comfortable. Breakfast was great, and had a very homemade feel to it which made the experience even more comfortable. Zack on the front desk was great! He helped us plan the day with good suggestions, check out was very smooth and always responded positively to any requests. He even personally dropped us to the airport, making my stay at Goreme very comfortable. This hotel is highly recommended.

All the staff are very nice, friendly, and really helpful. The location is also superb. The terrace for breakfast and the balloon view is just what you dream about in Cappadocia without the crowds at all those famous hotels. The Turkish lamps and rugs you walk past through the entrance are also lovely. (Again, unlike many places around there, that try to charge you for photos, etc.) All of these elements naturally make a perfect combination and make you feel part of this family-run hotel, you will feel this esp the breakfast! They are so lovely made.

Our room can be a bit noisy as it’s on the ground floor and next to the road, which might be an issue for someone sensitive to noise.

Location of hotel is very comfortable, 5 min walk from bus station and 10 min from the best sunrise view point. We are really happy about our stay

Staying at Hanzade Suites was the highlight of my 7-month backpacking trip across Europe and Asia. When I arrived, I was at a loss at what to do, but Zack at Hanzade Suites coordinated everything I needed, including a shuttle from and to the airport, a hot air balloon ride, and two different driving tours. Each experience was exceptional and flawless. In addition, Zack was able to provide dining and activity recommendations in the region, and every single one was great. The location of the hotel is perfect, right near the town square and within walking distance of all the major amenities in Goreme. The room was amazing, the breakfast was delicious, and the rest of the staff was very welcoming and helpful. If I were to ever return to Cappadocia (and I hope I do!), I would absolutely stay at Hanzade Suites again, and I will be recommending all of my friends to do the same.

location was great. breakfast in the morning was very good and the terrace was really nice for drinks in the evening, balloon watching in the morning and then breakfast. The staff also bent over backwards for us with lunch and dinner suggestions and arranged for pickup with the balloon ride in the morning.

one of the rooms was small, although the other room was much larger and very comfortable, so part of the charm of the hotel is that every room is different. It seems harsh to ding them for part of the hotel I found charming.

The property is quirky. Do not expect a business travel type hotel. This hotel has more character. We had a spa bath in the bedroom which is a bit bazarre. Fortunately we also had a decent shower in the bathroom. The location is very good and the staff were very helpful both before and during our stay.

There is no bar and it is a bit noisy between 5:00 and 6:30 in the morning from the call to prayer and the pick ups for the balloon rides and balloon ride viewing.
