The location is just perfect. It’s close to good cafes and restaurants, and literally 10 minutes away from a nice spot watching the hot air balloons (we didn’t go because we’re not fans of height). The security cat is so majestic and stunning - also so cute and friendly. Every staff is incredibly sweet and accommodating. Furkan bey helped us figure out where to go and what to do during our stay, and Deniz bey was so welcoming and warm. It feels like one big happy family, and we’re so happy to have been a part of it. They made our stay in Göreme so much more memorable than we’d hoped.

My husband forgot to bring his toothbrush, and had to walk out to a convenience store to get one. Perhaps it’d be nice if the hotel sold some too.

The staff ! And breakfasts! Denis and Furkan in particular . Super friendly and helpful - I had toothache and Denis gave me a tonic and well as offering to take me to a Dentist in another town. My hot air balloon flight was cancelled ( due to weather) but Furkan managed to get me on another flight a couple of days later - felt I could trust this hotel with getting good prices without taking a huge commission themselves. They did the research for me. They initially quoted one price then dropped the price! The breakfast lady ( forgot her name) was also so lovely. Thank you to all of you for helping to make our Cappadocia stay magical!

The staff were so friendly and welcoming, they gave good advice and looked after us well. Dennis, the owner is so involved in the up keep and getting to know his guest which is a rare thing to find. We stayed for 4 nights, the room was cleaned or checked on everyday and new towels and bedding was given on our 3rd day. The breakfast was exceptionally wonderful! The lady that cooks (along with Dennis), Hajeda, did such an amazing spread, with something different every morning for breakfast, it was all so delicious. On the morning that we checked out - it was early, before breakfast time, they had prepacked a yummy breakfast for us to have at the airport. Furkan, the hotel receptionist gave good advice and was so friendly. Thank you, Adelya, for an incredible stay in Goreme. I would definitely recommend you give them a try! Apologies for any incorrect spelling of names.

Hospitality ,friendly & professional that is Mr Furqan & Mr Deniz. They speak good English which made our communication easier unlike in Istanbul. We came early b4 check in time, Furqan offer us free delicious hotel breakfast. We can watch HAB in the morning from our hotel room. The hotel is very near to city center. Easy for us to get food, souvenirs and other needs. Prompt and fast response everytime we have questions. Please choose this hotel when u are in Cappadocia and u will never regret.

We really liked the Adelya Hotel! They helped us set up some tours and gave us good advice about hiking we wanted to do. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were delicious. The room was charming and had really great Cappadocia atmosphere. The bed was very comfortable and the shower had good water pressure. Our room was very spacious.

We would have appreciated a couple of luggage racks so that we didn't have to put our suitcases on the floor. The installed-in-the-wall hair dryer is as always just awful, but they had an outlet in the bathroom that I could use with my own hair dryer.

The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, the tours booked through the hotel were excellent and fairly priced, and the breakfast was generous and varied. We also appreciated the calm atmosphere and the complimentary coffee and water available throughout the day. A solid choice if you're looking for good service and value.

The Wi-Fi didn’t work well and the room was a bit outdated with some street noise, but overall, the experience was very positive.

Warm welcoming by all the staff without any exception. The funniest and most welcoming was our "PREFERRED" host Deniz of course. The moment you meet him, you feel immediately that you are between family, like if you are at home. Tasteful and varied breakfast every morning to start your day in the best way, serviced by our marvelous hosts Lisa and Deniz. Excellent location in the active center of Goreme. You can watch the balloons straight above your head and even from your window. Great panoramic view from the terrace and dining area. I greatly recommend this hotel without any single hesitation. I will be more than happy to return back one day. Thank you Deniz, Lisa, Duran and all the team. You made our stay exceptional!

Gee, where do I start ? 5 minutes walk from the bus station and into a 9 room / 3 level, very quiet and clean property. The owners and staff were brilliant - Furkan with his knowledge of tours, Lisa with her friendly conversation and Deniz. Deniz is a star, a genuinely warm and lovely fellow. Breakfast was massive - served to your table with a good spread of traditional Turkish and 'western' offerings. My daughter is vegan and Lisa spoiled her with choice. Our rooms were large, authentic cave rooms and very clean and comfortable.

Loved the hospitality and location. Denis is a great host. Charming, funny and very hospitable. He and his staff made us feel very welcome and we had a fabulous time as a result. We also loved the location. Very easy to walk around the town. The breakfast was something I looked forward to each morning and was beautifully prepared. I loved waking up in the morning and seeing the balloons go by. Thank you for such an amazing stay.

My wife and I had a fantastic time at Adelya Cave Hotel! We can only say good things about our stay. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to help with everything. They also helped us book some additional trips, which turned out to be great experiences. The breakfast was amazing, with plenty of delicious options to start the day, and the hotel’s location in Göreme was perfect for exploring the area. Highly recommend staying here!
