This was the best hotel experience of a lifetime. Hospitality at its best! Staff was so polite and welcoming especially Kadir and Mustafa. We arrived late and staff Mustafa greeted us at the hotel front door like we were VIPs. During the check-in he showed us around the hotel with many types of room and offered to upgrade or change the room without extra charge. The room and toilet was huge and super clean with king size and 2 single beds enough for a family of 5. It felt like a luxury cave hotel with 5 star service. Hotel location was in the prime area; walking distance to shops, restaurants and etc. They also can provide tour services. The breakfast was delicious with abundant choices of bread, juices, turkish sweets and delights, fruits, sausages, eggs and etc. The best part they can customize the breakfast according to your choice. The staff was very considerate allowing us to check out late than usual timing. During check out time, the staff hotel Kadir gave us a memory gift made in turkey which really touched our hearts as guest. Overall, our stay was very memorable and felt like home with the warm gestures from the staff. I would say this hotel deserves more than a 10 rating. I wish them great success ahead in the future. Surely this will always be our hotel choice in the future. Thanks for the beautiful memory!

Almost nothing

Good location as it is in the center . Friendly and helpful staff. We were promptly moved to a better and much bigger room because the aircond in our original room was not working.

There was an electric socket that was not properly installed in the wall by the bed. It was hanging out dangerously from the wall. Not enough lights. There is not separate lightings in the room. There should be bedside lamps ! The valve for switching between the showers(in both our rooms were too hard to turn. It would be nice to have 2 keys for each room. The roof top was in a such a state with renovation debris in lying around. The cushions also need cleaning.

Excellent hotel with very helpful staff Location was right in centre of Goreme

Breakfast was 8:30am to 10:30am which was not convenient for watching balloons. It we would have better if it started at 7am. But very good breakfast with range of foods.

The service was amazing from start to finish—Effet was incredibly kind and always available to help with anything we needed. The rooms were unique and full of character, giving us a real cave hotel experience while still being very comfortable. The location is excellent—very, very central and close to everything in Göreme, which made exploring super easy. This hotel was a big part of what made our trip unforgettable. We’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Cappadocia!

We had a truly memorable stay at Noah’s Ark Cave Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional — especially from Anas, who went above and beyond to make our trip smooth and enjoyable. He personally helped us book our hot air balloon ride and private day tour, and even offered to prepare an early breakfast for us on the day of our departure, knowing we had a morning flight. Our room was fantastic — it actually had two separate rooms and even a jacuzzi, which was a wonderful surprise. The terrace was the highlight: we were able to watch the balloons rise up close, right from the hotel, which was magical. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, great service, and that special Cappadocia cave hotel charm.

The best stay we had during our trip. A family run business who are very helpful and kind. The hotel is located at a prime location near the main downtown market. It is at a walkable distance from Goreme Bus Station. We got an early check-in. The hotel had a clear view from its terrace of the skyline to watch the beautiful view of 100s of Hot Air Balloons. The room was a proper cave room and it was extremely cozy. Breakfast options for vegetarians were quite limited but manageable. The hot chocolate was amazing. The best part was that they also have a tours and travel agency. So all our bookings were made through them at the best price possible which includes the hot air balloon ride, red tour, green tour, ATV ride. We did all bookings after reaching the hotel. The staff was helpful. Overall a great experience. We would highly recommend this place.

The room was very clean and comfortable enough, spacious. Pretty well fitted with some small downsides. The bathroom is very spacious and nice. Th hotel is on a main street, even if crowded I managed to find a parking space for my car. The breakfast was ok, but not for more than 2-3 days. The personnel was nice and eager to help.

The street is very crowded and noisy till late night, but bearable. In early mornings some more noises from the shops at the ground level. Also, our room was right under the breakfast saloon. Every single chair which was moved was making horrible noise! Now imagine that you are trying to sleep because you have to be up at 04:00 for the balloon flight or for the drive to the airport... They definitively have to do something about that! One night they were arranging the tables and chairs at 03:30 in the morning! Some table lamps would also help.

Smell from bathroom was awful, also the staff wanted £50 for a face towel as it had makeup on it, we refused to pay £50 so they dropped it to £20. I still think that’s inappropriate as makeup does wash off towels. And £20 for a hand towel is still extortionate . This one incident put a dampener on the whole stay which in all fairness was a good stay

Perfect location, amazing staff, delicious home cooked breakfast, beautiful views from the terrace, staff went over and beyond to help us. Gave us all a little gift at the end. Kadir and his team treated us like family. Umar went out of his way to help us. The cook even made us a homemade herbal tea when she found out some of us had stomach upsets. We booked the hot air balloon excursion through the hotel, it was an amazing experience. Thank you to Kadir and the whole team for making our trip so memorable.
