Late night check in neighboring room - reception staff stood outside our door and discussed the new guests whole itenary for their next day right outside our room at 11pm. When I phoned reception to let them know this is unacceptable I was told that it is not their fault that guests check in late and I agree - but discussing their itenary outside our room at 11pm is unacceptable. They could have done that at the designated reception area.

The staff were kind, professional and attentive. Super friendly too! Kudos to Rasid and Emre for being exceptional hosts. They helped us arrange for our last minute sunset ATV tour, and customized private tour with the best tour guide in Kapadokya, Elif. We didn't plan ahead, so every activity was booked on the same day -- the hotel was fantastic in organizing the tours for us, and they were very efficient. They called up Elif from Cappadoca Integrity Travel the same morning we told them we wanted to do a tour, and she showed up in about an hour (maybe less!) and off we went on a tailored sight-seeing. My friend and I really wanted a chill experience and Elif did such a wonderful job adjusting to our needs. She was absolutely fun and amicable, it felt like we were just hanging out with a local friend -- who knows a ton about the destination we were visiting. The whole experience was enriching and wonderful, just like how we wanted it. As for the room, listen, if you're on the fence whether to get a regular room or a cave room, go for the cave room to get the overall experience. It wasn't hot not super cold, the temperature inside was perfect. There's an AC should you need to make it colder, but since it's a cave room, there's really no need for that. The bathroom is spacious, the hot water works fine, the room was a bit dim, but that's fine. Gives it such a cozy vibe. And the bed was unbelievably comfy and plush. I had a great sleep! There are plenty of roof decks to capture the hot air balloons at sunrise, and so many other instagrammable spots. The whole experience at Zara Cave Hotel was great. We are so happy to have booked this hotel!

We had a wonderful stay at this charming cave hotel in Goreme. Emre and his team were most welcoming and were genuinely keen to make sure we had a great visit to Capadoccia. From organizing our private tour with the most amazing tour guide, to trying their best to get us a balloon ride ( my wife's big bucket list item which we unfortunately we were unable to do on account of inclement weather), Emre and his staff went above and beyond in every way. We were very pleased with our experience and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Zara Cave Hotel to anybody that is looking for a place to spend a few days in Capadoccia.

We loved our stay at this hotel. We decided to book it due to very good reviews given by other guests. This property really exceeded our expectations. Our room was 301, which was right next to the breakfast room and patio where you could view the magnificent balloons in the morning. The room was huge and extremely cosy. We loved that the floor was heated. This is a plus point as we visited during winter. The hotel is located right at the city center, just a short walk away from all the restaurants and shops. The thing we loved most about this hotel is the top notch service. All the staff are very helpful and friendly especially Dennis and Mariam who made breakfast time really wonderful. The Zara Cave team helped us with all our bookings - hot air ballon ride, tour and transportation. They even arranged a hotel vehicle for us (on a short notice) when we wanted to go shopping for a very reasonable price. We highly recommend this hotel!

The pillows could be better but then again this is me being very very picky. Also, there was foul smell emitting from the shower outlet on our last day. But given the great service and cosy room, this is a minor issue.

From the moment of entering the hotel, the behaviour of the hotel staff was excellent. The hotel's tour was excellent, and the price was also reasonable. This hotel has a good opportunity for photography, which is why it is recommended. Meanwhile, the hotel room is very comfortable and creates a good experience. Emir is the hotel manager and a very professional tour provider. In addition, Mr. Mustafa always helps the hotel guests. We thank Mr. Mustafa. Mrs. Maryam and Mrs. Fatemeh, the hotel chefs, are very kind and create an environment that reminds us of home. Therefore, the days spent in the hotel are memorable.

The location was perfect. I would say probably the best location you could want for viewing the hot air balloons as it has a terrace which overlooks all of Göreme plus it is very close to the center of town, only a few minutes walk. The facilities were clean and very comfortable. Felt like a true cave accommodation experience as the hotel is built into the caves. The staff were great. Very helpful with recommendations on where to eat and what to see. Breakfast was amazing with great views as you eat. Loved our stay here.

The only tricky part for us was parking as we had a rental car. You basically have to find a spot in the narrow oneway streets around the hotel. The staff also recommended parking outside the mosque which we managed to do, so it didn’t end up being a problem. Not a biggie. Still highly recommend this hotel!!!

Really unique hotel with helpful, friendly staff. We booked all of our excursions in advance through the reception staff and although this made them a little more pricey, it made the experiences so much less stressful for us in the event of changes or cancellations. A continental breakfast was included in our room rate with fresh omelettes cooked on demand. Amazing views from the higher terraces, especially of the hot air balloons at sunrise

Excellent location and very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were lovely, spacious and very clean. The terraces were absolutely beautiful and a great location and view of the city.

The only one small improvement I would make is an earlier tea/ coffee offering. The terraces are a beautiful place to see the balloons every morning and generally at that time it is cold outside so offering tea/ coffee/ hot drink service at that time would be very very welcome.

Having stayed in many places, I can confidently say that Zara Cave stands out not only for its enchanting ambiance but also for the warmth and friendliness of its people. They truly make you feel special and go above and beyond to meet your needs, no matter how complicated they might seem. A highlight of my stay was the private photo shoot with Enes, who is simply amazing and a joy to work with. His professionalism and creativity made the experience unforgettable. Zara Cave hotel exceeded all our expectations. Our experience was more than we could have hoped for. The staff are not only warm and welcoming, but they are very accommodating. They assisted us with planning a private tour to see the best and their recommended sites and I can tell you it did not disappoint. The hotel is so unique in its aesthetic and the views are breathtaking. We went up early in the morning to the viewing deck and watched the balloons and it was so serene and beautiful. The breakfast is also great! Our stay at Zara Cave hotel was very memorable and I would noy only stay here again but I have already recommended it to my friends and family who are thinking of going to Cappadocia.
