Beautiful charming hotel. The room was very very spacious, the beautiful bath in the room Was an extra treat for us given we have a baby we really took advantage of it and had few fun family baths. The breakfast was yummy and everything was fresh everyday. Very accommodating for all baby needs which was very nice. Very calm area and beautiful views from our rooftop.

The rooftop was not open for service I guess it was low season and if you think you can go up there to see the hot air balloons, you can but it’s not the best view. For cleaning you have to ask for it or else they won’t clean your room which I find odd for a hotel. The default should be cleaning the room.

The hotel was absolutely stunning! The rooms were beautifully done and the property was immaculate. The size of the rooms were amazing , but the hotel still had a very appropriately themed room. They had a breakfast that was included and made fresh every day. The rooftop space was a good size if you have multiple guests. The staff was by far the highlight. They were knowledgeable about the area, very attentive, and extremely friendly.

The bed was a bit hard for my liking. But that did not take away from the experience.

Breakfast was fresh and lovely and staff were always helpful. The room was beautiful and the views were gorgeous. The hotel location is convenient as it’s only 5 minutes away from the main town

It was our honeymoon so we paid for extras like a fruit plate, rose petals and balloons except there were no balloons in the room unfortunately. Also, our jacuzzi was faulty and it took a full day to come and resolve the issue

Very charming, well located hotel. From the terrace you can observe hot air balloons. Reception staff, Mansoor and Ibrahim made sure we had everything we need. They are very friendly and ready to help anytime with arranging tours, transportation and other services. Excellent breakfast, lost of variety. Emine offered an excellent service with the food.

The only downside was that our room was never cleaned for the 4 nights we were there. Even after we've asked, it was not done. Explanations should be provided in the room about the cleaning schedule.

Well located, comfortable and clean hotel offering great service to guests. Recently opened, this well presented hotel offers much of the local Cappadocia charm. Room was spacious, had a large spa bath and was really warm in the evening as the outside temperature dropped. a great location being only a short stroll from the centre of Goreme, without hills or steep roads to climb to access like many of the traditional cave hotels in the town. Has a good viewing terrace to relax around and watch the early morning hot air balloons as they float over the town. Staff were extremely polite, very helpful in organising airport transfers (Kayseri) and can also book tours and air balloon rides for the more adventurous! The breakfast service was far better than we expected. Very happy to recommend to other travellers and would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Not much really. Restaurant service is only available for breakfast but many other excellent food choices are less than 10 mins walk away. Location of guest safe deposit facility in the room was very low to the ground so needs to be lifted for better / easy access.

The room is huge and very comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located, close to the center but not on the busiest road, with the possibility of parking right in front of it.

It is a shame there isn't a restaurant there for the evening because we would have made use of it. The room with a window on a corridor, feels a bit claustrophobic but eventually it all worked out well.

The hotel is new, rooms are SPACIOUS and clean. Great breakfast! Hot tub in the room - helps with freezing nights. The staff responds very fast. The location is very close to everything.

The hotel is located at the bottom of the hill, so no great view of the balloons. You definitely see them, but not what you expect from the internet. All rooms, except for one, are on the ground and underground levels. The hot water pressure was low, I was unable to shower with hot water unless I would be holding the knob the entire time.

+ perfect location: no noises, but you are 5min away from good food places, otogar, a101; + a lot of Hot air baloons descend nearby; the Hotel has a terrase; + very clean rooms, everything works; + good interior and illumination; + Hard mattress; + very big room; + good breakfast; + entrance to pigeon valley is 5 min away; + the staff. + the Hotel works with Cappadocia Express for shuttle services and despite what Google says they are very reliable.

- There was no soap bar. - The door was a little bit clunky. - slippery flour in the bathroom; - it was our big mistake to leave this nice place and go to Antalya.

The hotel was brand new and so clean. The staff was so nice and very kind they helped us alot with booking hot air balloons and horse riding& other activities. The admin girl Gulcha and Ibrahim was so kind and helpful I would highly Recommend anyone who’s willing to go to Cappadocia can stay at this hotel close to shop restaurants only 5mins walk. Once again I want to thank for the entire team at the hotel for such a wonderful hospitality much appreciated love you all.

I won’t say didn’t like just a suggestion toilets needs more drainage when having shower water pours out of the shower into bathroom.

Staff are very welcoming and helpful. Good customer service. There's someone in the reception 24/7. The Hotel is very clean with good decor. Spacious room, having an AC and mini bar is great The breakfast is great, food is tasty and the ambience is good. We watched the hot air balloon from the roof top of the hotel, it was amazing. Location is really good as it is near the town centre, less than 5 minute walk. Overall, its an excellent experience at Premimum Cappadocia Hotel. Highly recommended!
