The location is very good, central and you can even walk to a sunrise point, around 15-20 min. The room is big enough, good air con, description says it has views to mountains, courtyard and city, but it actually has only one window by the door, i suppose they mean view from the terrace. It also says it has own terrace, but it's more a balcony, we never used it, because the terrace on the roof for everyone is very good, we spent there alot of time. There is a bad smell in bathroom. The breakfast very minimal, always the same food. Parking available around the Hotel, but you have to search for a spot if coming back in the evening. The Hotel is not in caves, I don't even know why they call themselves caves hotel. Overall I would stay again for the location, terrace and the swimming pool, which was smaller than on picture and freezing even in August :)

They have very beautiful and clean rooftop swimming pool stunning sceneries at morning: sunset with hot air balloons views ⭐️⭐️ breakfast buffet with multiple food choices, very close (1 min walking) to all the restaurants, ATMs, bus stand and many more things in Goreme

Rooms doesn’t have square plug points to use for mobile and camera charging, but you can buy a Socket. There is a near by lot of gift shops where you can find this socket only for 2 Euro. We felt my twin room was less spacious compared to my previous travel locations and value I spent on this booking. One of management person in reception little bit I feel rude character, I think its not a good thing for tourists who visit there hotel; I think that to be addressed. However, those I feel very minor things overall we both were happy on our stay with Capadocia Cave Hotel.

The room was spacious, comfortable and warm (it was q cold in Goreme when we were staying). Huge bathroom which included a shower and bath tub, which was great when you have kids. Hotel provided travel cot. Plenty of towels and slippers. Plenty of choice for breakfast, lots of fresh ingredients and hot choices. View from breakfast room was fab. Lovely little terraces dotted around for views of Goreme. Hotel reception staff were incredibly helpful and nothing was ever too much. Added bonus, they have the cutest hotel dog.

Accessibilty can be an issue if you have a buggy, as most rooms are accessed by some steps. Door was drafty however, overall this didn't affect the heat in the room.

The location is amazing, good breakfast, free parking, the pets allowed policy is a great bonus, kind staff, they helped us imediatelly with the interner, overall we had a good time, however they should put a bit more effort when it comes to cleaning, the hotel is so nice and the view from the terrace is even nicer!

We stayed at red pool room. We found a lot of long black hair pieces in the pool, wasn’t very happy about that… also, one of the bath robes had the same hair on it… i didn’t like that either… Should improve cleaning a bit and then it would be an excellent hotel

This was one of the most amazing hotels and it's in the most perfect part of town. You're a 30 second stroll from a variety of restaurants and shops. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet. I had a great shower and sleep. I didn't eat, however the breakfast looked amazing and there was a variety of options. I loved the different balconies you could watch the view from and managed to watch the sunset without having to go to the lookout point. The staff went above and beyond (I had a medical event and they helped me until the ambulance arrived) and I could tell that they are like this all the time, as every other guest was happy to be there. Bonus - they have the most gorgeous dog in the reception area

Nothing - it was fantastic

It was a unique experience, granted that it was a cave hotel, but it was definitely worth experiencing. The location of this hotel is right in the heart of all the activities in Cappadocia—just a 1-minute walk from the bus station, or about 10 seconds if you're running =P. It's close to all the main attractions. They also arranged the hot air balloon ride for us, which was reasonably priced and an amazing experience—well worth the money. The staff mostly speak Turkish, and they prefer payments in cash. All in all, if you're visiting Cappadocia, then Cappadocia Caves Hotel is highly recommended for your stay. P.S. The hot running water was a blessing too.

A hotel with a local charm, with rooms inspired from the caves around. Situated in the middle of an area full of shops and restaurants. Stuning view of the baloons at sunrise from the terrace. Super responsive to messages by wapp.

The wifi was impossible to be used most of the times. For a business emergency I had to go and use the reception wifi, and even there I had to change the network at some moment because the first one did not work anymore. Also, on the terrace the wifi worked only inside or outside very close to the wall. The rooms imitate the caves, but also have a certain smell as they don't have enough fresh air.

The people working there were really nice - always available for questions or for providing local recommendations - 10/10. The location was also very nice and cozy, plus very close to everything. The pool and terrace were also very nice, as you could take your breakfast there and enjoy the view and the good food.

We liked the property and it’s a great place for the money you pay but it could use some upgrades like in the bathroom the pipes were covered with a piece of wood or the door that was not closing very well so you could hear the people coming or leaving with the trollers.

Very polite and helpful personel.the room was very big.the bed  and pillows were wonderful.full relaxing.we didn't want to get up! The bathroom was huge. The location of the hotel is excellent its in the center of goreme and you can go everywhere by foot.it has also some parking seats that if are available you can park your car but even if are not you can park very near.

because the bathroom was underground there was high humidity.. the first time we used the jacuzzi a very bad smell came from the pipes and then dirt was spilled out. We had to turn it off and get out.the water came out super slowly there was definitely a problem with the pipes.the next day , the cleaning service cleaned everything.we filled the jacuzzi with water but only that we didn't press  the button  with air presure  because of the rusty pipes.we  although enjoyed  the comfort of warm water.

Location, location, location! - The hotel cannot be better placed in the middle of the city of Goreme. The upper deck serves as a perfect place to watch the balloons in the morning too. Breakfast was amazing. The variety, freshness, and mix of flavours had us wanting more every morning. The pool was a lovely respite from the hot days, the views while in it just added to the allure of the hotel. The front of office staff were pleasant and helpful.

The small aircon in the room really struggled which meant that the night was warmer than we would have typically liked.
