The hotel room matches the photos shown online. The location is convenient, within walking distance to restaurants and shops. Overall, I rate this place an 8/10, but there are two minor drawbacks: If you have 4+ people, the room size might feel a bit limited. Our room (202) had no window, which meant poor air circulation. Also, the hotel uses centralized AC/heat, so you can’t adjust the temperature in your room. (Funny enough, all other rooms seem to have windows except ours! 😅) Other than that, everything was great—the breakfast was good, the staff was friendly, and there was parking available for our rental car. The place was clean and very convenient. Would recommend!

Everything! The place is amazing, starting by the position which is nearby all the main shops and facilities. The staff is super nice and professional, they helped us every time we needed it. The structure is new and well maintained, very clean and comfortable. Is also very beautiful and we spent there a lot of time cause it feels like home! Our room had a sitting room with a super comfortable couch and armchairs, huge tv and fridge. The shower was really big and they provide a lot of amenities (shower cap etc.). We also had a nice terrace outside where we could sit and enjoy our time there. The breakfast was very well furnished and very good.

The staff were very accommodating and welcoming. The room was great, the bed was very comfortable & the Wi-Fi worked very well. The bathroom was lovely & the water pressure great. Breakfast was delicious and the location can’t be beat.

When I booked, my room was listed as having an outdoor space but there was none so that was a disappointment. My biggest complaint is not really about the property per se. I booked 4 events and saw them for less other places. I ended up booking them through the hotel just for the convenience of dealing directly with them, but if you’re budget conscious, it’s important to shop around.

The service at this small cave hotel was exceptional. Hatice and Eda were amazing, they surprised me with a birthday cake and gift since it was my bday weekend. The attention to details is throughout the staff. We changed our tour last minute and they quickly made the changes for us. They organized the transportation to/from the airport smoothly, and when we departed in the early morning they made us a breakfast to go. I will definitely stay there again!! We loved it! Perfect location to watch the balloons too.

hot tub functionality didnt work. hot water didnt work on last day, perhaps heater reserve was exhausted. would've preferred a simple shower arrangement instead of having to hold the shower head with one hand. Reception office location not obvious when arriving late at night in dark; could use a lighted sign pointing in the correct direction Saksagan is on the edge of Goreme, so a short walk to central town area. Scraped my leg on sharp corner of bed frame a few times; ouch.

Hotel is centrally located, with easy access to Goreme town center. The staff at Saksagan were extremely friendly and helpful. They even accommodated use of the hotel facilities after I checked-out as my flight was not until late that night. Overall, enjoyed my stay.

While everything met expectations, would be good if they had a roof top restaurant like most cave hotels in Goreme do. Location was ideal and had easy access into Goreme center, however, since not situated up in the valley views of the areas stunning landscape were a bit compromised. Having said that you can still walk up to enjoy the view points and the many cafes/restaurants in town.

We liked the location so much! It was one of the pickup areas for tours and even airport shuttles. The hotel is located in the center of the town. Easy to walk to many restaurants and some attractions. We Loved breakfast so much! Nothing fancy, but like a mommy's food. So fresh and delicious.😋 A special thanks to the kitchen staff. We highly recommend this place, especially for the first visitors to Cappadocia like us.

Great location, easy to walk into Goreme city centre. Room was ample with comfortable bed, good AC and bathroom/shower. Our room had its own "porch" with seating and it was a great place to relax or have a snack after the day was over. The room had a small fridge with water bottles free and re-stocked everyday, it also had a kettle and tea/coffee available. Breakfast was great : very good quality and variety of food, very well presented.

The room was nice and spacious. Daily housekeeping with a great spread for breakfast. The staff were very helpful and friendly. When I hurt myself on one of my excursions they went above and beyond to make sure I got the help I needed. The property was close to everything I needed so I was able to find all the restaurants I wanted to visit by taking a short walk. I would definitely recommend this hotel

Amazing staff - Ali was super nice and helpful. The location was great - when going on trips we would be the first to be picked up so we picked the best seats and the first to be dropped off so it was great in that way! It is close to most things and the city center. the set up of the hotel is nice as well. The staff went out of their way to help when we needed help with reservations or issues faced.

The bathroom is old and the window was a bit creepy when left open for some ventilation in the bathroom. The breakfast was not great.
