Very helpful owner and excellent breakfast. Some lovely spots to sit and enjoy a cup of tea.

No locks on the entrance door or the dorm door. Nor were there any lockers in the dorm..

Great location, quite central in Goreme, from where you can walk to a lot of restaurants, tour agencies and also short walk away from some valleys you can explore on foot. It’s an uphill climb towards a panoramic point but still very doable without a taxi. We got a 5 bed family room that was reasonably priced, spacious, clean and we were pleasantly surprised with two private bathrooms in our room! The breakfast is simple but filling, with kind and available staff.

The bathrooms need to be better maintained

I had a pleasant stay at Art Stone Hotel. The hotel's best features are definitely its central location and the incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Being right in the heart of the city made it easy to explore and get to everything nearby without hassle. The rooftop terrace was a lovely touch, providing a perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee while watching the hot air balloons – a highlight of my mornings. Breakfast was simple but tasty, enough to start the day off right. Overall, I had a good experience, and the wonderful staff and ideal location really made up for the few minor issues.

The main drawback was the bathroom, which had a bit of an odor and wasn’t as clean as I would have hoped. It could use some improvement in hygiene.

But what truly set our experience apart was the exceptional service. Latif, a member of the hotel staff, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was unforgettable. Balloon flights were unfortunately grounded during most of our trip, a significant disappointment for our family. However, Latif remained determined and, miraculously, secured a sunrise balloon flight for us on our departure day. This allowed us to experience this iconic Cappadocian adventure before heading to the airport, creating a truly magical ending to our vacation. We highly recommend Goreme Art Stone Hotel to anyone seeking a charming and comfortable stay in Cappadocia, with the added bonus of exceptional service and a prime location.

It just doesn't show up on Google Maps. Service providers had a little difficulty finding the hotel for our pick up. I just had to walk a few meters to Kismet hotel when the drivers can't find this place.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the excellent service. The hotel provided a convenient shuttle service from the airport, which made my arrival seamless. The staff at reception were incredibly helpful, going out of their way to assist with everything I needed, including recommendations for activities and local attractions. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast – it was delicious and offered a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. The food was fresh and well-prepared, making for a great start to each day. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. The combination of great service, thoughtful amenities, and a relaxing atmosphere made it a memorable stay.

I liked the location as it was just a street away from the main hussle and bustle but was very quiet at night. The hotel has street parking. The rooms were cool despite having no ac and the floor fan provided was adequate. The rooms were clean and had a big bathroom however an awful smell existed from the bathroom.

The breakfast was very basic. I felt at times that I was discriminated by the hotel manager. He would always be very polite with others of different nationalities but towards me and my family was cold. The hotel could have been cleaner. The terrace area was not clean and I didn't really feel like going there due to this reason which is a shame as I would hear the balloons every morning at 6am. It's a shame the hotel could be a 10/10 if it were cleaner and provided better breakfast.

The owners are magnificent, so kind and lovely. Breakfast is abundant and properly Turkish breakfast Place is clean and comfortable

The toilets are in the room, in the open, so you will hear everyone who is cleaning hands or peeing. Also, they need to turn on the light inside the room to access it. There is nothing to leave your belongings (besides the floor) and no lockers.

People there are so kind and helpful especially latif This hostel has a beautiful roof with an amazing view u can see the sunrise and the sunset from this roof and the hot balloons as well 😍 I was in the female dorm it’s was my first experience being with strangers i feel it’s the best experience ever i met many girls there from many countries and we are friends now (Leno and suzuka from japan )🌹 Thank art stone hostel i made many good memories .

The female dorm is somehow not clean well specially the place were we wash our hands and the wc other things are excellent 👌
