Jay and his staff especially Latif go above and beyond to make sure that you are comfortable and happy here. They are both very friendly and welcoming and make you feel like you are at home. The property is centrally located and you are able to easily book all the activities you want to do through Jay, which often makes it cheaper and is also so easy and stress-free. The property itself is super cute, humble and basic but very well looked after and always clean. I stayed in the female dormitory and I loved that it had two separate toilets and showers. The prepared breakfast is great too!

The location is amazing & authentic feeling. Away from the big glitzy hotels & off the noisy Main Street but still very close to bus station. Latif the manager & his boss& the other staff are all super friendly & have a good sense of humour. They do their best to help whenever they can. The dorm room was spacious & clean with good showers. The beds are good; not amazing & a bit squeaky but really fine. The breakfast is one of the best we have had on a multi month backpacking trip.

To be perfect we would like a self catering kitchen, but for a short stay there is enough to get by.

I really enjoyed my stay there. The owner of the place (Jay) has been really amazing with me. The members of the Hôtel were perfect either (notably Latif who is very welcoming, funny and he will do everything to make you confortable and Esma who is very sweet). They made my stay in Cappadocia way better than I expected. The hotel is very nice and the price as well. You can enjoy the view from the rooftop, the bedrooms are nice and comfy, and the breakfast is delicious.

The place has a lovely vibe, nice rooms with a stone theme as befits Cappadocia. It is well located, right in Göreme in the heart of the scenic area, near all the hikes and balloon launch points. The quadruple room was nice and comfortable but the real deal breaker was the excellent buffet breakfast. All in all, excellent value.

I love the vibe here. Latif and Jay really make you feel at home. They are there to answer all your questions, offer tours to anywhere you want without being pushy. I went on a few and they really choose quality people to work with! I ended up extending for a few extra nights because I felt like I was home and this place has endless hikes! The rooms are nice and lots of bathrooms and showers for all. Don't hesitate and stay here. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Latif (reception) and Isma (housekeeping) were friendly and always with a smile. The boss Jay gave us good price for activities, was friendly and helpful. Room is reasonably clean, hot water in shower very hot and runs continuously. Location is great: minutes walk to bus station, open air museum, some valleys. Rooftop view of hot air balloons are beautiful.

Property is Ideally Located. Awesome communication from Jay the owner from the offset. He also sorted out airport transfers, Green Tour and Balloon tickets for us with no issues. The Room was nice and spacious, Clean, and beds comfortable. Latif, who works there, was extremely helpful providing information as requested. The Breakfast provided was delicious and generous. The housekeeper lady was also super friendly, offering Turkish Tea. Would definitely recommend staying here for anyone visiting the area.

Absolutely Nothing

Its a good place to meet other travellers if you travel solo as a female. I did the green tour with a girl from the dorm & also went to see the ballon & other sightseeing with girls from the dorm. It’s nice to exchange travel stories with likeminded people. The breakfast is included & it’s a nice social time in the morning.

if you stay in the dorm, there is always ppl arriving mid of night at 2am, 4am & etc. then at 6am, some ppl might get up to take the hot air ballon or view the ballon. So be prepared to wake up early. But it wasn’t a problem for me as you’d get up early to do activities during the day anyway.

A great place to stay! Hotel is located near the town centre but is quite, a bus station and all shops are near. It's easy to get to the sunrise view point and Love Valley. Also I could watch baloons from the roof and one morning they were very close! Breakfasts were big and tasty. There's a cosy common area to spend evenings and talk to other guests. I met a lot of interesting people there! And what is extremely important, staff is very hospitable, helpful and polite. Unfortunately, a towel is not included, but it's possible to rent it for 5 euro.
