The decor and style is modern yet you still feel like you are in the rustic caves of thousands of years ago. Everything was beyond spotless. The shower is roomy and the bathroom in general has plenty of counter space (a feature I often find lacking in Europe!) There is a couch and tv as well as a mini fridge in the room. The terrace upstairs has a beautiful view and nice, plentiful seating. The best part is Eren and his staff. He went out of his way to help me book personalized experiences, recommend restaurants, make reservations for me, cancel and rebook things when I changed my mind, even ordered my dinner for delivery to my room one night. I couldn't have asked for better service. And the icing on the cake is the sweet little shaggy black pup that lives on the property. She is SO friendly and cute you can't help but smile every time she comes running out to greet you. Eran, thank you so much for making my time in Cappadocia truly amazing. I will never forget it!

A lovely boutique style hotel, close to the centre of Goreme with all its bar’s & restaurants! Our room was upgraded to one with a private balcony - it was enormous! Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and served in the rooftop terrace with a panoramic view of the town. Staff were friendly & kind - thank you for an incredible stay!

Exceptionally designed, relaxing, and warm hotel. The room is well kept, wonderfully clean, and stylish. We loved the warm, light feel of our room. We were kindly upgraded to a junior suite room. Truly, all the room locations have their upsides. Some are closer to the pretty garden area, some are closer to other seating areas outside, and some are connected to a balcony for excellent views. Either way you can just go up to the top level where breakfast is served (8-10am) to see the hot air balloons early in the morning. Eren and his team exude extra levels of Turkish hospitality! They invited us to have local wine (sadly the timing did not work out for us) and were regularly asking how things were. They arranged the airport shuttle for us both ways which was a good price. Breakfast was good and local - you can either choose simpler options like bread or made-to-order eggs. Or you can try the rotating array of Turkish dips and treats.

The only downside to our particular room was that you can sometimes hear chair legs dragging across the floor from the highest level balcony. A quick fix would be to just wear ear plugs if you are a light sleeper or to put little pads on the chair legs.

My stay in Goreme was truly exceptional from start to finish! The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and catered to every need with a friendly and helpful attitude. Breakfast was a daily highlight—delicious and varied, with plenty of options to choose from, including fresh local produce. The location couldn’t have been better—right in the heart of Goreme, just a short walk from great restaurants, shops, and the breathtaking views of the fairy chimneys and hot air balloons. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Goreme for an unforgettable experience!

Naif Hotel was incredibly clean, comfortable and homely. The staff were all super friendly and helpful - Haluk in particular made us feel very welcome and gave us plenty of helpful tips, we could not speak highly enough of his customer service. The breakfast was excellent and the terrace area was a great place to view the sunrise hot air balloons and night lights of Goreme. Excellent location just a short walk to the main street. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Goreme.

In terms oflocation, it had the best access and had a great view. The grounds and rooms of the hotel were very beautiful and minimally designed. In terms of peace, it was very suitable and there was not the slightest noise in the hotel.

Eren and all of his staff were extremely accommodating and would assist with anything required. Whenever they saw us they would ask if there’s anything we needed. The facilities were new and clean and the bed was so comfortable! Our balloon flight was cancelled and we were unable to find a company with availability for rebooking, however Eren and his team were able to secure us a booking. Will definitely stay here if I am ever back in Cappadocia!

Wonderful hotel with very nice people. The position is excellent, the room was very clean, the personnel is very helpful. We recommend the hotel with all our heart. The owner Eren was very kind and helpful. He so generously offered us a free upgrade. He helped us plan the places to visit since we were driving on our own. His team were also helpful, checking in on us every now and then if we needed anything. Breakfast was delicious, coupled with excellent views.

Bed may be too soft for some!

The place is so nice and cozy plus the staffs are so nice. We came earlier than our original check in but the owner Eren let us checked in early plus he let us have free breakfast even though our free breakfast starts the next day. Plus the owner Upgraded our room from standard to Panoramic view for free. The staffs made us feel welcomed and safe and they are very helpful. Couldn’t ask for a better experience 10/10 experience. Would Highly recommend!
