Friendly staff, nice facilities, affordable!

Unfortunately the panoramic view in the King suite was ruined by the condensation on the window for the entire stay. It seemed to be stuck in between two separate glass windows and never dried (photos don't do it justice). This was super disappointing because I was so excited to experience the balloons waking up from the room! There was also a sewerage smell from the bathroom from time to time which was unbearable.

The price we paid for the room was absolutely worth it! Breakfast was good. The team were very helpful in helping is book the tours around the area! Location was also really nice as it has the view of the town and some fairy chimneys which was breathtaking both day and night. It was also a few minutes walk to the town restaurants and groceries. Hands down to cleanliness as the madame would always make sure we have fresh water- loads of them actually!😂 both in the fridge and outside. When she saw me as I didnt want the room to be cleaned and just asked for some towels, she gave me the whole shibang including the small towels, toilet rolls, and water bottles again! Also they clean really nicely in our room without touching our belongings ❤️ Checkin in and out was a breeze! We came in earlier than expected but they were able to accommodate us still! When I was messaging them for some queries prior to arrival at the place, they were also very speedy enough to reply. They also helped us book the hot air balloon multiple times as we had a few cancellations due to the wind, luckily we got to fly on our last day! They have arranged our service from the airport as well and the people they booked for us are just amazing, very kind, and helpful as well! Can't get enough how lucky we are to have stayed in such amazing beautiful place with very lovely and excellent people! PS I have more photos of our room as it was spaceous and beautiful! But I only get to upload 4 so yea! We booked room 105 where it has its own cute little chill inside patio in the room and also out own sauna and jacuzzi by our room :)

As it was a cave room, it was understandable that some chalk dust would fall in our bed but it's fine we just had to dust it off before sleeping and make sure our bed is closed with the duvet when we leave. The staff are kind enough to always do our bed. It was big so was surprised how they tuck the sheets in neatly!

Wonderful accommodation in a perfect location, high on a hill, directly opposite the balloon launch site. Ideal for watching the balloons at sunrise. The hotel is a 5-minute walk from the town centre. The rooms were very clean, spacious,comfortable and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed the breakfast, it was different every morning and very tasty. Very good vegetarian options. The pool, although very small, was absolutely adequate,.to cool off on a hot day and relax with a wonderful view. Although the staff was quite reserved, all our needs were catered for. Special shoutout to Remzi on a reseption, he was very friendly and attentive, ready always to listen to our needs. I couldn't reccomend this hotel more and will stay there next time.

🏨 Spacious, beautifully designed rooms made for a relaxing stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Waking up to *hot air balloons floating past* was magical. Breakfast was tasty with options to enjoy it *outdoors in peaceful garden seating*. Great atmosphere, great views — highly recommend.

As the *last hotel on the edge of town*, this spot offers a tranquil retreat but you might prefer to be closer to the town centre (although very small one). The *small pool* is perfect for cooling off after a warm day — more for relaxing than doing laps, which suits the vibe beautifully.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel — everything exceeded my expectations. The location is probably the best in all of Göreme, with easy access to everything while still feeling peaceful and scenic. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. You can tell they truly pay attention to detail — from the soft lighting to the thoughtful amenities like cotton buds and other little touches that made the stay feel luxurious. They really had everything you could possibly need. And the breakfast — wow! It was absolutely amazing. There was a huge variety of food to choose from, catering to every taste. Whether you’re in the mood for something sweet, savoury, traditional, or healthy, you’ll find it there. It was honestly one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve ever had.

The location of the property was perfect. Just outside of town but a very easy walk into the centre of Goreme. The staff are absolutely wonderful and helped with various excursions we did. The rooms are really comfortable and gave incredible views of the hot air balloons. We had imperial suite which was wonderful, watching the balloons from the bed.

Just needed a few more sun lounges by the pool. Not a hotel for lounging around, but one for using as a base to go on excursions but with wonderful service and good food as well.

Cappadocia Inn Hotel is a gem, perfectly situated in the heart of Göreme with breathtaking views of the iconic fairy chimneys. The highlight of our stay was waking up early to witness the magical sight of colorful hot air balloons floating in the sky—right from the hotel terrace. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well decorated, reflecting the region's charm. The staff was attentive and eager to assist. Breakfast was more or less okay, offering a mix of Turkish and international options. There are also a few restaurants around- walking distance. Overall, highly recommended!

The rooftop terrace to watch the balloons was phenomenal. No need to wake early, dress, and trek somewhere for the view. Roll out of bed and voila! Great breakfast selection, the room was massive, the staff was super helpful with booking our balloon ride and other tours in the area.

Breakfast didn't begin until 8a.m. which, considering you get up to watch/ride the balloons at 4a.m., was pretty late. Would be better if it started a bit earlier. But the spread was great so otherwise 10/10

Must try and must visit Best thing is, its a well known hotel and very easy travel options to all well known sites and walkability to city center We stayed in Cappadocia inn Cave hotel for 3 days and it was a very good experience. The rooms are cozy in a cold winter , and the rest room is as big as my first apartment. The room service was good and breakfast options are well managed too. There is good amount of Vegetarian options

Cons: the hotel charged us double the price for a airport transfer than whats offered in a klook airport transfer option. The commissions for hotel suggested bookings is way high. Book from online sites if you wish to save some bucks. Another negative is the Wifi is extremely bad jn our room and there is no proper mobile data signal as well

The location is very nice. The view is amazing to see the HAB, but unfortunately, in 3 days while we were there, only one day the balloon flew, and that was the morning when we flew, so we could enjoy properly the view. The room was clean, and the room service was done daily. The breakfast was really nice with a lot o different options. I was very pleased to find a lot of vegan options at breakfast.

The only thing which I didn't like was the smell in the bathroom. It is probably because there is not a window in the bathroom, and when the steam from the shower is created, the fan doesn't have enough power to clear that. Other than that, everything was perfect.
