The friendliness and solution-provider approach of the reception personnel. Out balloon tour was cancelled and they promptly arranged a new one

It wasn’t exactly the room of the picture (that was on the 3rd floor and our room was on the first floor). The balcony was not part of the room (you had to step out of the room and open a door which would give you access to the balcony) and was not decorated as in the images. Good marketing to sell their product, though.

Milat staff were very helpful, they went the extra mile to give us what we needed, including activities where they did not necessarily benefit. The hotel is very centered, you can walk to all Goreme restaurants.

The rooftop decor was a bit underwhelming.

Hotel is very central and all sights are within walking distance. You can take a shuttle bus from the airport which costs 250 lira per person or 15 euros for two people. The staff is very friendly and breakfast was OK too. There are lots of café options in the centre. I can highly recommend the restaurant Woodstock Fire Barbecue for dinner. I recommend always paying with lira and not euros. Take more cash with you as you can only withdraw money from ATMs using a credit card. Balloon ride can cost from 100 to 250 € per person, if it rains one day and there is no flight the price increases.

I loved everything about this hotel—the decor, the cleanliness, the breakfast (an amazing breakfast, truly one of the best in all my travels), and the reception staff's helpfulness. When we arrived without transportation, the receptionist quickly coordinated everything to get us from the airport in record time. I appreciated being able to store our luggage, the views from the terrace, and the overall location of the hotel—it’s super easy to get around the small town on foot. The receptionists were all very kind and even served us tea (except for the morning receptionist, who was a bit cold, to be honest). The room was always clean, with toilet paper and everything in order.

I stayed for 3 days with my 1-year-old baby. Communication with the hotel was very easy, and they responded quickly. The hotel has complete facilities and is very baby-friendly. The best part was the staff, who were always ready to help, always smiling, and the breakfast menu and vibes were great with friendly staff. There are two terraces with views of the balloons and other beautiful scenery. The hotel was also very kind when I arrived and was picked up by the shuttle at 8:00 PM — they allowed me and my baby to wait on the terrace and provided complimentary tea. The Wi-Fi here is excellent. The location is very strategic for those who want to explore the area.

- location of the accommodation was extremely convenient, with everything I needed within easy reach. - room was cozy atmosphere, just that not enough rubbish bin. - breakfast offerings were not particularly extensive, they were still sufficient for me -the hot air balloon view was a lovely bonus

- lack of soundproofing, even the slightest noise from the room above or a conversation outside could be heard clearly. - shower area was small, even for someone of my petite stature (only 155cm tall and small size).

The location and staff were excellent. Terrace view was awesome You can easily walk to the market for shopping or eating. It's just 10 mins away from the main street where you can find restaurants, shops, café, burger king etc. Breakfast was good. When our tour operator cancelled our booking for Balloon watching at the last moment, the reception staff quickly arranged a driver for us. He was very helpful and friendly with our kids. Airport pick and drop was very punctual and comfy.

Bed size and quality - they were noisy when moved even a little. Lights were dim The bathroom was dark, and there were no basic amenities. Cleanliness was not up to the mark. No trash can was in the room

Lovely hotel and exactly as described We had a quad room which was a good size as was the bathroom. The terrace was opposite the room but we were the only room on the floor We were in a separate building to the main hotel and there was a fabulous viewing terrace right at the top which was amazing for early morning balloon viewing Good buffet style breakfast

The hotel isn’t that close to the town and up quite a steep hill There are loads of steps and stairs and no lift

Location is very good, within 5 mins away from the centre where you will find good shops and restaurants and Taxi stand. Staff are super helpful and very well behaved. I liked the view from the terrace. It's incredible and they have multiple terrace from where you take beautiful photos.

Internet connection was not that great some time and I was completely disconnected. There was no bin in the room. Breakfast had very limited option, being a diabetic patient I had almost nothing to eat.
