The hotel was gorgeous. It was super clean! The interior was like something out of Aladdin. The staff were all so lovely. Particularly the manager Huseyin ! The breakfast was lovely. The viewing terrace is stunning. I literally couldn’t fault it at all. Would definetely recommend this place & the location is central to everything, without more than 5/10 mins of walking ❤️ Will definitely stay again

This place exceeded our expectations! Wonderful staff, beautiful interiors, and a great atmosphere. Breakfasts on the terrace took our breath away. Very comfortable and clean rooms with the best bed I’ve ever slept in.

The friendliness and solution-provider approach of the reception personnel. Out balloon tour was cancelled and they promptly arranged a new one

It wasn’t exactly the room of the picture (that was on the 3rd floor and our room was on the first floor). The balcony was not part of the room (you had to step out of the room and open a door which would give you access to the balcony) and was not decorated as in the images. Good marketing to sell their product, though.

I liked everything about the hotel. Breakfast was very nice. Room cleaning was also nice. Bed was comfortable. Parking was available. Lots of attractions nearby. It's kinda in the middle of everywhere. So many restaurants nearby. Full of life. Hotel staffs were very much friendly. They were helpful in all matters. The place was very safe for everyone.

It's not a complain at all. Just a suggestion you can say. I did not like the air conditioning. It could not cover the two rooms. I cannot complain about it also because of cool weather at that place. Most of the time weather was comfortable so AC was not factor for me. Bathroom could be little bigger. No complains but shower area could be bigger.

Breakfast is the best. Location is perfect spot and quiet area. The location is good, just a few minutes from the center. It's great that there's no noise around. The rooftop is a good spot to see the hot air balloon, just a few steps away. We went to see the hot air balloon every day during our stay. On another trip, you can walk up to the hill behind the hotel. You will see another view. Housekeeper, Nur and Aminah are very nice and helpful. Amazing breakfast, with a variety and good taste. I have to say the good point. The room and shower area small size but it is fine for us with the price. I would like to rate here at 4.5 stars but it has a bit of a toilet bowl issued and no Wifi internet for 3 days during our stay.

Milat staff were very helpful, they went the extra mile to give us what we needed, including activities where they did not necessarily benefit. The hotel is very centered, you can walk to all Goreme restaurants.

The rooftop decor was a bit underwhelming.

The hotel is at perfect location, quiet area jus a few minutes walk from the center of Goreme. There are several terraces from where you can enjoy the hot air balloons during sunset. Breakfast was served at one of the terrace, offering a great variety of delicious Turkish meals. The staff were exceptionally friendly, especially the hotel manager Huseyin, who went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed. When our balloon ride was cancelled due to bad weather, he managed to reschedule it for the next day without any issues. We truly appreciated his support.
