Absolutely Fantastic Stay! I recently stayed at Virtus Cappadocia hotel gerome — whichever name you go by, the quality remains top-notch!), and I must say, everything was beyond expectations. The breakfast was absolutely amazing — fresh, delicious, and with a great variety that made every morning a treat. The service was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly, polite, and always ready to help with a smile. What stood out most was the breathtaking view from the hotel — a true highlight that added so much to the experience. Whether you’re here to relax or explore, this place has the perfect vibe. Highly recommended — I’d definitely come back!

I liked everything here soo far

A great family run hotel located in one of the best locations in Goreme - the views from the rooftop terrace were exceptional, both during the day and at night. The hotel has it's own approach road which means it's very quiet, especially after dark. A short walk of less than 90 seconds however and you will find yourself in the town centre. The staff could not have been more friendly, and that goes for every one of them - a great team ! The hotel itself is full of character and feels almost 'alpine'. It's very clean, the beds were comfortable and breakfast on the terrace was a delight. I would definitely stay here again should I find myself back in Goreme.

I spent my birthday with a first time solo travelling abroad and I thought it would be sad but it was awesome!! my stay here was definitely a big factor!!! Thank you virtus! The ROOF TOP IS AMAZING! I love the vibes in the rooftop more so at night! I love the vibes when youre having a breakfast there! It was midsummer and warm but i love the breeze on rooftop! I would like to commend, Ali, the night receptionist! He’s went beyond and over for me seeing as Im a solo traveler. I had a creep situation with a taxi driver and he assured my safety. He was also very helpful with recommendations and activities, quite fluent with english (a plus+++). We became friends to the point he even knocked on my door to make sure I get breakfast and don’t oversleep when he was on the way to breakfast as well. The breakfast ladies were also nice and superb! I was not expecting much from the room but It felt fancy! It had all the facilities one would need! I love the vibe of the room and shower. I had a nice view of the mountains in the window. They gave kits and water every day and cleaned my room. I love how wide their breakfast buffet is (even had non turkish food choices).

Nothing really aside from one case that the cleaning lady banged on my door to ask if I wanted cleaning, i woke up from my sleep but seeing as there are placards you could place outside if you wanted cleaning so i dare say it was not really necessary to do it, but I voiced out my concern to Ali and made note of it and apologised so it’s fine.

We had an exceptional stay at our hotel in Cappadocia this May. The staff was amazing—humble, friendly, and always ready to help. The room was spacious, clean, and prepared before our check-in, complete with fresh towels and toiletries. Breakfast was a delight, served for free on the rooftop with a beautiful and spectacular view. The hotel’s location was perfect for tourists, with restaurants and attractions within walking distance. A highlight of our stay was the stunning morning view of hot air balloons from both our room window and the rooftop. Highly recommended for a memorable stay in Cappadocia!

By far one of the best accomodation I stayed in. It felt like a little boutique hotel with not many rooms. The facilities were great, it exceeded our expectations. We had the room with the balcony where we could see the hot air balloons in the morning. But they also have a rooftop where one can watch the balloons. But the best aspect above all was the staff, Tholga, Ali and the rest of the staff were great, they took such good care of us during our stay. They organised our hot air balloon experience and also our green tour at a more competitive price that we seen on several websites. I could not recommend Virtus Hotel Cappadocia enough.

This brand new hotel was excellent and exceeded all expectations. The facility was clean, comfortable, and the location was just perfect. There's a terrace decorated with Turkish rugs and pillows and had the best overlook of the hot air balloons in the morning, you don't even need to go to one of those popular cafes! We watched the balloons rise every morning from the terrace. Best of all, the owner Tolga and his staff was extremely accommodating and goes above and beyond to make sure you will have the best stay.

Our stay at virtus cappadocia was excellent. Although our room was kinda small, it was perfect for two people and very clean. The location is great, right in the heart of Goreme and walking distance from everything. The staff was also great, always eager to answer all of our questions,help us arrange transfers and in general help us with everything we needed. I also felt 100% safe, which was a concern of mine since I had never visited Cappadocia before. Very value for money, totally recommend!

The place was in great shape. Nice aestetics, clean, decent rooms. The staff was great esspeccially the owner, we got free drinks and on few occasions free meals. We had a bad taxi experience and to compensate we got a room upgrade. We booked all our tours through the hotel with discounts on the price and great value for it.

The stairs are too tall you might trip, carefull on that one. Also the toilets are too tall for comfortable seating. The hotel offers a taxi service but DONT book because we had a terrible experience with it. The driver was speeding all the time, going between 120 and 150 kmph and almost hit two cars. In the end he hit a dog and hit the breaks causing us to fly in the back of the van and to recieve small injuries. He didnt even stop to ask if we are OK. Also they are more expensive, an airport cab can take you to goreme for 30 to 40 euro and the taxi we used was 65. The hotel has no connection to the taxi its booked through a third party so this isnt their fault, the hotel and staff were great.

The room looks a bit better than photos. It was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel is located in the center of Goreme. Restaurants and other cantral spots are available nearby. One of the biggest advantages of the location is that hot air baloons can be seen from the balcony and from the roof terrace where breakfast is served. Personnel helped with the luggage. They can help to book almost any of the main attractions in Cappadocia with the hotel pick up.

Everything was so perfect! The hotel is close to the center of Göreme, the rooms are wonderful (they even upgraded my room), clean and comfy and all the people working for the structure are extremely kind, generous and friendly! The breakfast is very tasty and you can watch the panorama over Göreme (balloons included if they are flying) from the terrace! My holiday was unforgettable and all the people at Virtus made it even more memorable! Thank you so much!
