We were so pleased with our stay at Volare. The staff at reception were super nice, great with communication and very helpful with all our questions and airport transfers. The hotel is situated in a quiet street, but a stone's throw away from all the restaurants and shops. Breakfast was really flavourful with a few different dishes every morning. The kitchen staff were also so sweet and friendly. We loved having a pomegranate tea each night soaking up the view from the terrace. Also a good spot to watch balloons early morning. Our room was spacious, clean and the AC was a lifesaver! Recommend 10/10 :)

The hotel is well positioned in the center of the town of Göreme, yet in a quiet side street which enjoys no noise during the nights. We traveled in a rented van and still managed to find a parking spot somewhere in the street each time, which was great, considering that there were 6 of us with considerable amounts of luggage. Breakfast was excellent, both in terms of quantity and quality, and the dining place has a terrace with a beautiful view of the neighbouring hills and countryside, which really puts you in a Cappadocian mood right from the start of your day. The staff were friendly and helpful. And on a side note, the whole place smells wonderful, it seems to be perfumed constantly. All in all, a comfortable and enjoyable stay, would definitely recommend.

The only issue I could think of is that I could think of is that the level of proficiency in English on part of the staff is somewhat less than ideal, which makes conversing with them a bit difficult at times, and we've had to resort to using help from Google Translate at times. They were very helpful and accommodating, so we managed to get everything we needed just fine, but the communication was slightly challenging at times. Also the EFT POS machine was not working for the first three days of our stay, so we couldn't initially pay by card, but they eventually managed to fix it before our departure, so it went fine in the end.

- poor sound insulation. We could hear all the footsteps but ESPECIALLY all the lounge/terrace chairs moving and sliding around very loudly. - One of the water bottles provided in the room had several visible bits floating in it. - No fresh coffee available, only instant.

Great location, close to all main activities in Cappadocia. Breakfast was very good and the lady super nice. The room was super clean and spacious. Many thanks to everyone working there, they were super friendly and they are very accommodating, we were able to use the terrace before getting our room (they even offered a little breakfast which was not included) and leave our luggages on the day of our departure. The terrace has a nice view overlooking the whole city. They were no ballons when we stayed there but I think you can see them from the terrace (though I would recommend to reach a Panorama view for a better spot).

Nothing, everything was perfect.

The hotel was very well situated in the town centre with access to many restaurants and was very close to the bus station

There was no room service during our 3 days stay ( no change of towels and no cleaning of the room). It wasn't a big problem for us but it was surprising as we had never experienced such a situation before. There was a big choice of dishes for breakfast and the lady in charge was charming. However, I missed my croissants and toasts.

Me and my partner really loved our stay at Volare. The hotel is in an excellent location to walk anywhere in Goreme and all transfers/tours pick up from the hotel door. The rooms were excellent. We had a large room which got cleaned daily with fresh waters provided. The staff were always very responsive and helpful on booking.com when communicating and in person. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area.

Some staff smoked at the front door of the hotel which makes for an unpleasant entrance (there is a door into the main hotel so the smell doesn't' travel). The breakfast offers a lot, but we didn't find it to be to our preference - though it is basically a Turkish breakfast so I think more international options would be a nice addition (e.g. bakery items).

This boutique hotel is located right in the centre of the action with restaurants and shops galore. The staff were responsive and polite and the breakfast on the rooftop was first-class. The rooms were of a very good decor with excellent sheets and towels. A great shower (which I always appreciate) and I would highly recommend this venue to anyone.

My stay at the Volare Stone Hotel was absolutely wonderful! The entire team was incredibly kind and always available to help. The breakfast was delicious, offering a wide range of tasty dishes. A definite highlight is the breathtaking view from the hotel’s terrace—a real treat for the eyes! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and warm stay in Cappadocia.

I highly recommend staying at this hotel. The rooms are freshly renovated, clean, everything you need is there. As the hotel is small it is very quiet, which is a big plus. All the staff are very friendly. A hotel to which you want to come back unequivocally

Great breakfast and close to everything.

The shower pressure is very low and the beds could be more comfortable. Across from the hotel there is a market and for some reason people were banging on drums almost every night until late. So get yourself some earplugs incase you need them.
