I rarely give a full 10 but this place deserves it all. I don't know where to start to say how special my staying was here. Yes, clean, good breakfast, comfy bed and all of it. But what makes it unique is the hospitality kindness of the people managing the hotel. More than hosts, they felt like friends. I'm deeply grateful for all the help and support they gave me from beginning to end. Bonus tip: the location is spot on because it's next to the bus station. Goreme is really small BUT it's very sleepy and hilly so depending on where you stay it can be a climb just go back to the accommodation every time. Termessos is down I'll so when you came back exhausted from a hike you don't have to make any extra effort 😉

Perfectly located accommodation with a fantastic indoor and outdoor terrace where to have breakfast with views to Göreme. Spacious and nicely decorated room with a large bathroom. Very friendly and attentive staff although with a limited level of English.

The terrace, although spacious, could be a bit more decorated. Also, we found out on the last day that there was a second, larger terrace from which we could have enjoyed the balloons at sunrise :( The breakfast, although simple, is tasty, except for the coffee, so we had tea every day.

The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the town. Every other shop , restaurant was right outside the hotel premises.

Too less number of rooms in the property. No option for a lunch or dinner. No restaurant or other facilities.

The hotel is clean and located near the city center. The staff is excellent — very helpful and always willing to assist with anything you need. It’s close to restaurants, and from the terrace, you can enjoy views of some of the most beautiful spots in Cappadocia.

They cleaned only one day the room in the four day I’ve been there

The property is located conveniently in the center of the town near restaurants, taxi stand and a convenience store. Staff is very helpful. The view from their terrace is excellent. We got take out and spent most our evenings here for the incredible view!

Breakfast is very basic and the same every day. Though it was presented with care.

Property is very clean, has a cave vibe. The rooftop has a clear view of the hot air balloons. When i went, it was only me and my friends who stayed there which was very very nice, Our host, Sultan gave us full attention, helped us planned our tours + hot air balloon which was way cheaper than i originally booked for. Sultan also made us feel like home, cooked for us breakfast. Very very nice place, highly recommended!!!! Very near the hot air balloon location. Great place to explore around.

Amazing location in the centre of Göreme - 1 minute to the bus station, clean room, central heating - it’s very important if you are going to stay at the cold period of the year, cool view from the terrace and from the roof, nice breakfast, amazing stuff - warm and polite people! They booked us baloons and gave advices for the routes to hike. Many thanks to the people of Termessos Hotel, you made our vacation! 10/10! And of course, honest and affordable price!

I would change lamps in the bathroom, it was a little bit dim

The location, the staff, the size of our room. They were respecrful and friendly 24/7. When we asked if we could check-out one hour later they approved immediately.

The flickering lights in the room. There were multiple light sources in each, the living room the bed room and the bathroom. Some of them were flickering pretty much.

El personal del hotel es muy agradable, y de mucha ayuda. El cuarto es grande, está limpio y cómodo. Muy, muy bien ubicado, y se puede llegar caminando a restaurantes y tiendas del centro. La terraza tiene vistas excelentes. El desayuno es de buena calidad y muy variado

El wifi de la habitación no era muy bueno, aunque funcionaba bien en el área común
