Perfectly located accommodation with a fantastic indoor and outdoor terrace where to have breakfast with views to Göreme. Spacious and nicely decorated room with a large bathroom. Very friendly and attentive staff although with a limited level of English.

The terrace, although spacious, could be a bit more decorated. Also, we found out on the last day that there was a second, larger terrace from which we could have enjoyed the balloons at sunrise :( The breakfast, although simple, is tasty, except for the coffee, so we had tea every day.

Property is very clean, has a cave vibe. The rooftop has a clear view of the hot air balloons. When i went, it was only me and my friends who stayed there which was very very nice, Our host, Sultan gave us full attention, helped us planned our tours + hot air balloon which was way cheaper than i originally booked for. Sultan also made us feel like home, cooked for us breakfast. Very very nice place, highly recommended!!!! Very near the hot air balloon location. Great place to explore around.

Amazing location in the centre of Göreme - 1 minute to the bus station, clean room, central heating - it’s very important if you are going to stay at the cold period of the year, cool view from the terrace and from the roof, nice breakfast, amazing stuff - warm and polite people! They booked us baloons and gave advices for the routes to hike. Many thanks to the people of Termessos Hotel, you made our vacation! 10/10! And of course, honest and affordable price!

I would change lamps in the bathroom, it was a little bit dim

Nice central location in Goreme, within walking distance to everything. Large comfortable rooms. Breakfast was nice too. The owners were very helpfull with everything we needed. Ramazan gave us a lot of information about the area.

Unfortunatelly most streets in Goreme were not paved at the time. There was a lot of mud after raining and a lot of dust when dry. As a result the rooms were dusty too. A daily cleaning would have been a good practice.

The location, the staff, the size of our room. They were respecrful and friendly 24/7. When we asked if we could check-out one hour later they approved immediately.

The flickering lights in the room. There were multiple light sources in each, the living room the bed room and the bathroom. Some of them were flickering pretty much.

Wonderful hotel! Such great value for money for what you get. The location is brilliant, right on the main strip so all the restaurants are walking distance and all tours do pick ups from this hotel. You can also avoid trekking up the hills like with other hotels. You have lovely views of Goreme with the castle and mountains whilst on the terrace. You can also see the hot air balloons overhead in the morning. The staff are so welcoming and helpful! Very genuine people who just want to make sure you have the best stay. Mustafa and Ramazan helped me organise many trips for good prices. The room is lovely, very spacious with working aircon and strong shower. Breakfast is a highlight with cooked eggs and a selection of delicious sides served every morning. Highly recommend! I would love to return!

There isn't always someone on reception, but it is very easy to get the attention of staff elsewhere in the hotel to help you. Pillows are quite firm..but no issue.

El personal del hotel es muy agradable, y de mucha ayuda. El cuarto es grande, está limpio y cómodo. Muy, muy bien ubicado, y se puede llegar caminando a restaurantes y tiendas del centro. La terraza tiene vistas excelentes. El desayuno es de buena calidad y muy variado

El wifi de la habitación no era muy bueno, aunque funcionaba bien en el área común

We had a great stay at Termessos Hotel, the rooms are really spacious, and very clean. All the staff are very hospitable and accommodating. They all went above and beyond to help us, from booking restaurants, arranging a shuttle to and from the airport, the Red Tour and hot air balloon ride. My friend became very unwell on our last night and the hotel owner was so kind to go out of his way, in the middle of the night, to take us to the hospital where he helped translate and made sure she was very well looked after. We highly recommend Termessos hotel. 10 out of 10 for service, accommodation and the breakfast - it was all great! We’d stay there again if we return to Cappadocia. Thank you to all the staff.

The staff is just great! Mustafa and Ramazan are super friendly and always happy to help with advise on the journey and solve any issues. The lady in the kitchen (I don’t remember the name) is very sweet and caring! Thaditional Turkish breakfast is as good as advertised, we loved it a lot! Location is very center, walking distance to anything you need, bus station is right in front, sunset/ sunrise viewpoint 10 min walk. The room is spacious and is nicely furnished with traditional wooden interior. Big and nice bathroom with good shower. You can watch the hot air balloon every morning from 2 terraces, too bad there is a big wall that doesn’t let to enjoy the full view. Kids playground across the street saved us couple of times;)

It can be a bit noisy with open windows at night due to main road close by. Also would be great if the upper terrace where you can watch the hot air balloons is a bit improved/ decorated and cleaned.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. They organized the trip from pick up to all excursions to drop off at the airport. The excursions were well planned and there was attention to details. The hotel is on the main street and there ease of access to every facility. The bed was very comfortable .
