The small hotel has a great position and a super roof top terace. We enjoyed the view every afternoon from there. Very authentic style.

Our cave rooms were extremely hot, without proper ventillation as they do not have a window. Though we turned off the heating immediately after arrival ( and it was freeezing cold) we could barely sleep because of the room temperature. I would absolutely recommend to install an A/C to them

The staff (Nadine) was extremely helpful and accomodating that made our stay enjoyable and transfers easier. The room was amazing and very spacious. The staff allowed us to check in earlier and relax while waiting for our transfer late in the evening. Recommend and would stay again.

Only cleans if you ask.

Everything about the property is perfect! Our room had the swimming pool and sauna inside the staff are very helpful and friendly Nari is amazing we landed very early in the morning and she organized early check in for us! Definitely the only place i will stay every time i visit Cappadocia!

Historical Goreme House is an excellent place! We spent three very comfortable nights there. We stayed in a family room there were three of us and the space was huge. In fact, it was actually two rooms separated by a door, which made it even more comfortable. The entire staff was wonderful and always attentive. Breakfast was not only plentiful but also delicious. The hotel terrace is very cozy, and in the morning we had a magical experience: the balloons were literally flying right above our heads! The location is also perfect. The hotel is very close to the town center, without the need to climb tiring hills. Another highlight of our stay, besides everything already mentioned, was the communication with the hotel even before our arrival. They promptly answered all my questions, sent photos of the room to make sure it would be comfortable for three people, and everything was truly amazing from beginning to end. Thank you, Goreme Historical House, you were simply incredible!

The location is exceptional. Right near the main street but in a quiet laneway. The Hotel is definitely historic which gives it a wonderful charm. The cave walls, stone work, paintings and beautiful decorations give the place a peaceful vibe. We loved our stay in Goreme and the quality of the Hotel was a big part of that experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was awesome, so much food. Particularly the traditional foods cooked by a lovely lady. We stayed in the Cave Room which understandably didn't have airconditioning or windows so the staff brought us a fan. This was not a problem for us but others may not be comfortable in hotter months so maybe consider another type of room. Overall however I highly recommend this hotel.

The rooms were comfortable and cool (also in the sense that it was cool to sleep in carved out caves). You have many levels of terraces to choose from for lovely views, a great variety of breakfast but I think what stood out the most was the staff. We would be sitting on the terrace and they would bring up fresh lemonade, set up umbrellas, all without asking. When we were having trouble with booking hot air balloon rides due to weather, they made sure to book up an even cheaper hot air balloon through a good friend, and it turns out it was also the most reliable companies out there. For a hour, they even helped us to try and break into our room because our friend had locked it and was sleeping inside!

we stayed in the pool suite room and It was an unforgettable experience!! Absolutely amazing room, best one we have ever stayed in and we’ve stayed in a lot of gorgeous places. The only downside to the room is that as there’s no windows it can get very moist in there especially if the sauna has been on and so we didn’t really use the sauna much for this reason. The property is in an amazing location and it’s a gorgeous hotel!!

The location of HIstorical Goreme House was excellent, very close to city center and many other restaurants, tourist locations. Staying in a cave hotel was definitely a unique experience. Staff were helpful, and the staff that made and served the delicious breakfast were especially great. The rooftop terrace restaurant where the breakfast is served is a great place to watch hot air balloons over the town in the mornings.

Our room was a little cold during the winter. Also the shower in the bathtub wasn't really shower as there wasn't any mount for the showerhead. Unfortunately, the hotel was doing some work on the room on the floor above, and that construction created some unwelcome ambient noise.

We stayed at The Vineyard for 6 nights. The friendly team catered for all our needs effortlessly. The rooms were clean and tidy. Great selection of food for breakfast. From my first enquiry through Booking Mehmet was more than happy to help, assisting with pre-bookings for activities, arranging transfers and answering all questions prior to our visit. If your visiting Cappadocia to get up at sunrise to watch the hot air balloons then this is truly a prime location. Can not thank Mehmet and the team enough for making our stay so magical. Would highly recommend.
