Excellent location. The staff are very friendly. We took a family suite. Rooms are very spacious, clean and well-decorated. The sunrise view from the balcony was fantastic! Airport transfer, ATV tour, Turkish night, Red and Green tour, Hot Air Balloon ride - everything was arranged by the hotel - a great one-stop solution.

The breakfast could have been more varied. Although breakfast was included in the hotel booking, they charged separately for fried eggs or omelets!

I will absolutely come back to this amazing hotel if I return to Kapadokya! The staff is so so kind, friendly, trustable, and always available to help you, always patient with our indecisions on which activities to do, and helping us to get good deals. We rented a car for 50€/day plus (optional) 10€/day for all-inclusive insurance. They brought us the car to the hotel! The breakfast is good enough. They even brought it to our room early in the last day as we had to leave very early to the airport. The room is amazing! The hotel is absolutely beautiful and the first hotel that was built in Göreme, it is itself a monument. The receptionist told us cultural stories, good recommendations for activities and gastronomy. The views are wonderful. There is a nice pool in their other hotel (stone hotel; this one is cave hotel) 5min walking distance that you can use any time and they provide towels. They gave us bottles of water any time we asked and there is a machine to get water, too.

It would be great if they could have some Turkish yogurt in the breakfast, and also if there was a bit more light near the bed. 🙏🏼 but these are just tiny details!

The hotel is located close to local shops and restaurants. You can enjoy your stay and watch air balloons from a terrace decorated in a traditional style. Accommodation is 35 min walk from Red Valley, Rose Valley. Rooms are clean and well maintained. As a picky guest, you definitely can find some downside, but for me, it was 8/10. Breakfast - topic number one when it comes to getting energy for the rest of a day. Definitely everyone can find something good for oneself, it is served as smorgasbord and range of food is wide.

Coffee could be better, but you can not have everything. The shower was leaking on seals, and sometimes we had a swimming pool in the bathroom.

Great location, nice spacious place to relax and enjoy the beautiful Goreme views along with morning balloons :) We loved the time spent there with delicious variety of breakfast menus, gentle and lovely staff treating all the guests kind and warm :) They have almost all the activity options to arrange with locals as per our convenience ! We had fund and great experience with multiple tours - balloon ride arranged in less time for us Recommended place for anyone visiting cappadocia !

They are good !

The hotel is very close to the city center/bus station, approx. 5 mins by walk which I liked a lot since many restaurants are close to bus station. The rooms are exactly as shown in the photos, and clean as well. The breakfast at the hotel was nice, and most of the menu changes everyday. There is a very small parking space close to the hotel, which is occupied for most of the time. Otherwise we can find some parking spaces close by. The guy at the reception, is very approachable and helped us with the information required. Thanks for that. Sorry, I forgot your name. :( LSS: I recommend this place to everyone. ;)

The location was very good, only a short walk from many great restaurants and cosy coffee shops. We booked a few tours which were organised by the hotel and we could get picked up by reception. Our private guided tour was excellent. Our female guide (sorry I forget her name) was very insightful and made it very relaxing for us by allowing us to take our time during each location. Both gentlemen at reception were very welcoming and helpful in naming some good local restaurants and recommendations. The room was good. Very warm, great bathroom with a large shower and I had no major issues with it. On my final day, my flight was unfortunately cancelled. I sat down with one of the receptionists (Ahmed) who was incredibly helpful and resolved the problem with my flights and accommodation. It made what could have been a stressful end to my holiday much easier for me. Thank you!

My room was good overall. Although, I had trouble sleeping for a few of the nights and woke up quite often due to noise from outside guests. A wall socket was loose in the bathroom and all wires were very visible.

I had an amazing stay at my cave suite in Cappadocia! The location is perfect, right in the center of town, which made it super convenient to explore. The suite itself is incredibly spacious, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. One of the highlights was the luxurious bathroom with a large jacuzzi perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. What made it even more magical was the view from my balcony, every morning I could watch the hot air balloons rise into the sky. It felt like a dream! I’m so happy I chose this place and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Cappadocia

This was my dream hotel experience. My husband is an architect and was very impressed with how the hotel modified the cave rooms for guests. Our suite was enormous, and had a perfect view overlooking Cappadocia. The hotel was very accommodating and affordable, however please note that we visited during the winter off-season. Parking is limited in front of the hotel, but you can always park down in the center of town if needed. The general attitude on parking seems pretty laid back. The staff were very helpful and made sure to check in with us daily to see if there was anything they could do to make our experience even more pleasant. The hotel does sell tours and balloon rides for very decent prices. If you are someone who is afraid of balloon rides, you can easily enjoy the balloon experience from your room. There is a swimming pool available just past the main dining area/breakfast room. It seems like it would be very refreshing in the summer. We had an excellent time in Cappadocia, and that would not have been possible without our amazing stay at Elite Cave Suites! Thank you for everything!

Everything was tip top!

- Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly (especially Enes on the night shift, such a nice guy!) - Stay felt very authentic. The hotel is built into the side of one of Goreme's "chimney's", so you feel as though you're staying in a comfortable, modern cave! - View was absolutely beautiful, we woke up at sunrise voluntarily each day just to sit on the balcony and enjoy the scenery with a coffee. - Location was great, 5 minute walk into town. - 2 beautiful hotel dogs 🐕 if you aren't into animals, don't worry, they'll leave you alone, but they're really friendly if you want to go and say hello. Colony of kittens currently also roaming the patio areas 🐈 - Very clean. Staff always around cleaning shared areas, towels replaced daily if used. - All tours booked through the hotel were a good price and really convenient. Theres a sense of reassurance knowing that the hotel has organised it. We did the red tour, the ATV tour, the hot air balloon ride and the turkish night.

- Breakfast wasn't for us. Would've been massively improved by a proper coffee machine rather than instant coffee, and more variety of foods, cheeses, hams, breads etc.

We booked the cave suite, and it was a wonderful experience. The staff and managers were incredibly welcoming and took the time to explain the area and recommend attractions to visit in Göreme. We arranged our tours, hot air balloon flight, and other activities through the hotel, and everything was fantastic. They offered great rates and were considerate of our preferences, making sure we had the best experience. The property itself is superb, offering a beautiful view of the town. Hotel is actually in a cave which runs for a couple of floors which was a very unique experience. Location wise it is 5 min uphill walk from the centre of Göreme The breakfast spread was also impressive, with a good variety of options. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay in Cappadocia!
