Breakfast was delicious and fresh every day which was a highlight! Mixed with the views on the outside terrace made starting the day exciting and comfortable. Special shout out to Elcan! at reception who was super helpful at organising all events and bookings. His recommendations made our holiday excellent! P.S View of the balloons in the morning is ideal!

One thing we were missing was the possibility to buy food and drink, at the hotel. Since there is no restaurant or bar area. However this is no big deal because the location is central so town restaurants are only 3 minutes walk away.

Very nice cave hotel. Beautiful view from rooftop, bed sleeps nice accept for cracking noises when you turn, clean sparkle marble bathroom. out of the buzz of town ito noise but close to walk to everything. Friendly staff and assisting quick if you need anything else

Maybe the Aircon pipe overflow in bathroom and wetting the bathmat bit messy. Concerning comment, don’t book any balloon flight via any of the hotels in Cappadocia, Rather book directly from balloon companies in town, cheaper. Same balloon company 85 euros vs 200 euros.

I’m so glad that out of the numerous cave hotels I’ve picked bedrock! The location is great for someone who wanna explore and experience cappadocia fully. From the hotel I’ve managed to visit all the places I wanted to go via public transport, ie the uchisar castle, Kaymakli underground city. And it is also just the walking distance from the sunset point and open air museum. Hotel staffs are great, very friendly and helpful. I love the hotel itself, my room is big, the breakfast is tasty, the view from the hotel terrace is stunning.(not that much different from sunset point imho) Photos attached !

The room was a very good size with a good selection of furniture and comfortable bed. Staff were very friendly, especially Yasim who was exceptional The terrace looking over the town and the where the balloons fly is possibly the best place in the whole village to see them Breakfast was amazing with a vast array of dishes freshly cooked every day

Lightbulbs were not all functioning in the room so it could be dark. I was told it would take a week to repair so can't comment whether this happened. The hotel promised to book balloon flights for us, and said they were reserved over the messaging app, but it turned out that they hadn't done it We managed to book through a travel agent in the village, but it was disappointing to be told one thing and not have it happen

Dont know where to start as our stay was fantastic. But will start with the tangibles- Room was very comfortable, clean, and big. Had the 111 King suite. The view was super and space was more than sufficient for the two of us. Also the jacuzzi in the room was a plus. Breakfast spread was great. Location was good as most attractions in town were within walking distance. Now to the intangibles- the staff at the hotel are exceptional. Very friendly and ready to help you with anything. Special mention to the manager, Elcan Alizada, who was always ready to assist. The owner and other staff were also very friendly and we interacted very well during our three night stay here.

Location, Original rooms, Staff but the KITTENS more than everything haha I would recommend this cave hotel to everybody! If you’re looking for a confortable and good located one! The staff was so cool! The 3 guys and the girl were so adorable! Specially one of them, was always smiling and doing everything he could to make our trip unforgettable ! The breakfast was also soo good! The eggs were so fresh and had a lot of options of local products! The ladies working in the kitchen were really kind too. The rooftop is one of the highest of the area so no need to leave the hotel to watch the balloons ! Already missing Tequila and Biscuit! (The hotel kittens mascotts)

Location is the best! Few min walk to the shops & restaurants, close to Goreme for hot air balloon, red tour & horse riding etc. You can see hot air balloons from the terrace. Their breakfast has huge mezze selection, freshly cooked eggs & dessert and very tasty! Staff around are helpful & most of all, cute kittens Balloon & Bluey one would fall in love with!!!

Property is a little old, shower keeps flooding & room type 101 is quite small in terms of space. Yellow light in the room is rather dim. However, hotel mentioned they will be closed and revamped for 10 days soon.

We booked 3 rooms here and all 3 rooms were very beautiful, 1 of the rooms even has a jacuzzi in it. The staff were all super friendly and welcoming, especially the 2 reception staff, Hamid and Wasim. They always helped us with all our queries and even gave us recommendations of what food to eat and what places we should visit. Really appreciate all their help. There is also a lovely breakfast every morning with a wide variety of food. 10/10 experience here, will definitely book this hotel again if we return to Cappadocia! :)

1. Excellent location in Goreme with a top deck with unobstructed views - perfect for capturing shots of hot air balloons when they float past. 2. Superb, friendly and helpful staff. 3. Well-appointed and very spacious cave rooms. 4. Excellent view from our bedroom as well. 5. Delicious, authentic, Turkish breakfast spread. 6. Excellent dining and balloon viewing top floors. 7. The pair of super adorable one-month old kittens with their beautiful mom.

Lighting could be a little brighter in the bedroom and the toilet paper holder in the bathroom could be more secure.

Really great location, great rooftop for taking pictures and relaxing with a great view, easy to book activities with the hotel staff (we did horse riding, the Green tour of Cappadocia and air ballon flight). I recommend booking the air ballon flight with them since it was cheaper than online (I RECOMMEND, greeaaat activity and worth it). We loved the friendly staff and the look of the hotel too. We had a problem with the bathroom, but they replaced our room right away, so we had an excellent service.
