I don't speak much English, but they are very kind to me. The hotel arranged everything for me—the horse tour, the balloon tour, and the Green Tour—and I believe they work with very high-quality tour companies. In Istanbul, many people approached me trying to cancel my hotel bookings and sell me their own tours, claiming they were better. But in the end, the hotel’s tours were always cheaper and of better quality. You can trust this hotel.

The hotel is in a great location only 2min await from restaurants and shops and 5 min from the bus station. Breakfast offered a good selection of Turkish cheese, eggs, coffee, fruit and of course Turkish tea :) Oskan and the rest of the staff were super friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was absolutely delicious. The location was central to all the cafes and restaurants, without it being noisy. The staff was super helpful in booking is a green tour. They also allowed us to store our baggage in the reception area when we checked out, which allowed us to explore a bit more while waiting for our shuttle later the day.

The pillows where a bit big for my liking, but that's just personal preference. Our room was near to reception, so if other guests where noisy it sounded really close to us.

I love the staff and very personalised service in Alaca. The service provided is way beyond the worth we paid for. We were assisted from booking our airpot transfers, taxis, to booking tours and activities, all staff in Alaca went over and beyond call of duty to make sure we have a comfortable stay. I will be recommending you to my friends/colleagues. The location is very central- few mins walk to center of Goreme, where bus station, shops, ATMs are located; you can also walk to Sunset hill to view the morning hot air balloon or beautiful sunset scenery. Breakfast Buffet is also good for the price we paid, the balcony in dining area affords a good view for balloon-watching.

Excellent location, close to the bus stop and taxi, close to all the shops and restaurants. The staff was very helpful, they arranged all our tours for a good price. They also arranged our hotel transfer to the airport for a good price. On our way to the airport, they also arranged sandwiches and juice as it was very early. Daily room service, and they provide bottled water every day. They also have an excellent breakfast. we also asked for omelets, which was delicious.

Everything! The ambience, superb breakfast, staff, and central location to everything. Great value for money. Only took me 250-m walk up to the Goreme panoramic viewpoint for thr sunrise viewing of hot air balloon. But you could already see the balloons over your head once you step outside of the bedroom. Big thanks to the kindness and recommendations of the staff!

Nothing at all. Though I did not feel inconvenience at all, maybe adding an aircon would make the whole stay more pleasurable especially during hot summer days. I also hope next time I could stay in the cave suite as shown in the photos.

I was able to stay at the cave hotel I had always wanted to stay at. The location is perfect, just a 2-minute walk from the center of Goreme and 8 minutes from the hill where you can see the hot air balloons. The room is equipped with the minimum necessary facilities and the interior is stylish. The hotel is perfect for me. The owner and staff are friendly and helpful. I asked the owner to book the tour for me, and I was very satisfied to be able to experience all the RED/GREEN/SUNSET horse riding! Although it wasn't listed in the guide, there were two cute puppies who were very friendly and everyone's idols. I was able to relax very much. The owner was also very kind and attentive. I would definitely like to stay here again if I come to Cappadocia.

I felt like l'm living in one of a cave rooms I've seen in Göreme open air museum or underground cities of Cappadocia! The backlight spots make the room magical <3 Good breakfast with a variety of cheese and fruits Perfect location, close to bus station, slight incline on the way, easy to overcome even with luggage Nice view of the surrounding area from the terrace. View to balloons taking-off zone is slightly blocked by neighboring buildings. Anyway, I enjoyed watching the flying balloons Staff is helpful every time. Especially thanks to invite us for breakfast of check-in day :) The room is chilly, although it's hot outside (no AC in the room)

Ceiling is quite low (ofc like in a cave) so a tall person could not be really comfortable. Shower facilities need renovation

Quaint little hotel right in the center of Goreme. Rooftop isn’t fancy but the view is amazing and it’s quiet/not crowded. My room was beautiful and comfortable (if you’re tall, watch your head in some doorways in room and on way to rooftop). Breakfast was decent most days. Staff was very helpful booking tours and answering questions about restaurants/atm locations/bus tickets, anything I needed. Communication for pick up times was excellent. They were all very kind and friendly. Red tour tip: don’t buy ceramics at the location on the tour, you can buy in town, also handmade, for 5x less.

This was an unforgettable stay! The location was perfect for exploring Goreme. The hosts especially our direct contact Vesal was incredible with making us comfortable in our stay, booking all of our transportation, and planning all of our excursions for us. It was a completely relaxing and welcoming stay. The food provided was wonderful. I would highly recommend this Hotel to anyone visiting Cappadocia.
