Great location right in the heart of Goreme. Most attractions, bars/ restaurants & coffee shops in Goreme are within a few minutes' walk away. The roofdeck pool & bar and breakfast area are a bonus. Get up early in the morning to experience the hot air balloons hovering above Goreme, it was an experience not to miss! The staffs really do look after its guests here. Don't hesitate to ask any questions and they'd all be happy to assist. We had a problem with our airport transport not showing up when we checked out and they help us out to book an urgent taxi (with discount) for us not to miss our flight to Istanbul. Very pleased with their concern for us!

There is no available parking space for guests, but one can be arranged with reception before arrival. It will be a few minutes' walk away from the accommodation.

Everyone was very kind, friendly, and helpful! The room was cozy, charming, and always warm, even when we turned off the heating. Every day, we had fresh, clean sheets and towels, and the room was kept tidy. The hotel is centrally located, and the rooftop offers a great view of the hot air balloons in the morning!

It would have been nice to have more breakfast options, but it was still fresh every day! There was a single shared space for both the breakfast area and the reception, which felt a bit small. I believe it would make a difference if it were rearranged to accommodate more people and provide a more comfortable experience—maybe by adding some new furniture to optimize the space.

The staff are friendly. Location is superb. 5 mins from bus station and the centre of Goreme. Bed is comfortable and breakfast delicious at 300 lira. Boss helpful to recommend tours.great terrace to get photos of hot air balloon

The hostel did not have enough curtains for privacy. The rooms stayed all women and is beside the street. One of the doors face the outside street that does not have any curtain. It can also be opened though blocked by one of the bed. All guests in hostel share 1 toilet/shower. I think it is not enough. All the staff have to refer to the boss about questions and the boss is really busy. So you will have to wait for the boss to come back etc.

Great location in Goreme, the staff was super friendly and help us a lot during our stay. They make us feel as we were in our home with family. The family room was great for us, the breakfast were really good, and the views from the terrace are jaw dropping. The staff try that you have a good time and in our case they deliver on that promise. Totally worth it.

Our room had some humidity but they know it and were fixing it, and to be honest it wasn't really bad. One day we had some minor problem with the heating, but were able to fix it with their help. Parking can be complex, but is like that in almost every part of the city.

I absolutely LOVED my stay here, the workers are so friendly and it has such a relaxed and peaceful vibe to it. The dogs were super cute and friendly and I was impressed by how thorough the cleaners were everyday. Awesome 360 view for the balloons each morning and the breakfast was fantastic too. Felt like a second home

There was some issues with the electricity but they were trying so hard to figure out what happened and it clearly wasn’t their fault. Ended up being super relaxing sitting up on the terrace without my phone or electricity for a few hours anyway

Our stay at this incredible cave room hotel was nothing short of magical. Their hospitality was truly exceptional, and they even offered us a generous discount, which made our stay even more special. The cave room itself was a unique and enchanting experience. The natural architecture, combined with the cozy and thoughtfully designed interiors, created a serene and peaceful atmosphere. It felt like stepping into another world, where time slowed down, and we could fully relax and unwind. One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast – it was absolutely delicious! The spread was fresh, varied, and beautifully presented, with a mix of local flavors and classic favorites. Every bite was a delight, and it was the perfect way to start our days. What truly made this experience unforgettable, though, was the kindness of everyone at the hotel. From the friendly receptionists to the attentive housekeeping staff, every interaction was filled with genuine care and warmth. It felt like we were part of a big, welcoming family.

Selam the owner was amazing! He helped to make sure the tours I book picked me up at his reception. He also called and organized a camel ride for me which what amazing! Also the beds are very comfortable and he included a towel for showers. Cappadocia Cave Rooms was so beautiful inside and the views from the balcony were breathtaking! I was also in a great location and close to everything even the bus station when it was time to leave.

There was only one bathroom and shower for our room of four but we were able to manage. It would have been nice to have an extra bathroom but it wasn’t bad at all.

The location was perfect. It was clean and spacious. Good value for money. The minor staff were friendly.

The only thing that we were a bit disappointed was that they served breakfast only after 8:30am and we couldn’t plan our day much earlier due to this. The 2nd day we asked the reception to help arrange the breakfast earlier, then we could get it packed as we had to start our day tours at 8am. But the next morning nobody was there even at the kitchen. So we were disappointed. Nowhere in the world that the breakfast is serve after 08:30 am

The owner was fabulous. He was always ready to assist me with my needs. He was friendly. The view of the surrounding area was like nothing I have ever experienced. The room was quiet. Had AC. Pool Was super. Breakfast was superb. Shops just down the street. Made my tour reservations and met rides with me. I can’t say enough good about Center Cave House. I felt like family and will return.

My only wish was better reading light above bed. All else was perfect for me.

We had a very pleasant 5 nights stay at Cappadocia Cave Rooms. Our double bedroom with ensuite was good for our needs. The buffet breakfast was very good with a big variety of different food and enough choices to fulfill everybody's needs. The staff members are very friendly and helpful with the arrangements for our hot air balloon flight which we booked in advance through the hotel. They also arranged the shuttle for our transport to Nevsehir airport. The hotel is centrally located in Göreme and only 300m from the bus station and walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. The rooftop deck is a good place to watch the early morning hot air balloons and the venue gives you ample opportunity for beautiful photos as well as to see the skills of some of the balloon pilots drifting only a few meters from the rocks and buildings. All and all a very nice experience and stay! Definately recommendable to fellow travellers.
