The kindness of the staff ; they are humans littekeraly my gf light back home was at night they let me check out and keep my luggage with them while waiting for the transfert to the airport ; if you need anything she was right away with the solution anytime to help

I didn’t take pictures at the terrace that’s the only thing o regret since it was cold winter time ; but the terrace was not ready and really like in pictures maybe in summer it’s a good view if they arrange it ; besides this it was a good value for money

The hotel is a 1-2 minutes walk away from the center. It has one of the best views in Goreme. The price is reasonable and the staff is very friendly and welcoming. They are very helpful in anything. Please, when you write comments be realistic about your stay because travellers do care about comments. I read that many people found the breakfast simple, sorry but breakfast which has more than 20 different things to eat is not a simple for me. We had 8 different drinks to choose which is not simple for me. Everything is prepared on the same day and was delisious. The rooms were clean and with all the amenities we could need. We stayed at room 8 which opened directly on the street but was comfortable enough. We are very pleased with our stay at the hotel. I personally recommend the property. Thank you

Location, hotel is in town and walking distance to many good restaurants and shops. The rooms are nicely set out with good furniture and the beds are good. March is fairly cold in this region so the rooms are heated to a nice temperature. Breakfast has a good variety of well prepared dishes and plenty of it. After check in, my room smelt of cigarette smoke, Emre the new owner said the rooms should be non smoking, he couldn't change my room right away because they were fully booked, so i was moved next day, i can only say great service. As said above, Emre has taken over this hotel and they all try very hard to make you welcome and your stay as nice as possible. I highly recommend booking with them.

Very good location (in the middle of the old and most beautiful part of Goreme, but quiet). Great panoramic view from the veranda at the top of the hotel.

There were construction works around and overall it was not very clean around. There was no cleaning in rooms for the whole period of stay (5 days). Breakfasts were good overall, but lacking variety.

location at the center of the city and i can just walk to goreme view point.staff are very kind with the smile and help me with airport transfer also allow me to check out late while waiting for my airport transfer.

i suggest upgrading the facilities. Also, the airport transfer dropped me a bit far from the hotel, and I had to walk uphill with heavy luggage, which was quite inconvenient

It was a quaint hotel with lovely hosts. The room is cosy and have the cave like features (it is part of a cave I think) which gives it an authentic feel. Breakfast is homemade, simple but tasty. The rooftop terrace gave a really nice view of town and little fairy chimneys, unfortunate for us that on the day we were there hot air balloons didnt go up because of the weather.

This is my second stay at View Cave Hotel, I stayed here last year as well. I liked the friendliness of everyone. They make you feel as if you are part of the family, they are very welcoming. The breakfast is delicious. I liked my room. The property is within walking distance to the shops, restaurants and bus station, taxis etc. I also enjoyed watching the hot air balloons from the terrace.

This place is fabulous! The breakfast was one of the best I’ve had in Turkey so far, with a huge range of different buffet style foods to choose from that could be enjoyed with a great view of the town. The hosts were really friendly and helpful, organising us a hot air balloon ride that was a reasonable price and with a good company so we were not crammed in and felt really safe with a smooth landing and flight. The location is great, super central and close to everything you need. The rooftop terrace is an absolute highlight, a truely amazing spot to chill out and has a fantastic view. The room was spacious and the bathroom was really big and had parts of the wall exposed to the natural rock which was really cool! No air conditioning but we didn’t need it as the stone and rock keeps the rooms cool.

It was located in the city center and was very close to shops and restaurants. The room was very spacious. I looked forward every morning for the breakfast, because it was very delicious. The hosts were really nice. The terrace had a good view of the hot air balloons and they even came close.

No toilet paper refills. The terrace was not maintained well. The swing on the terrace was broken, but eventually it was fixed on our last day. Unfortunately, the balloons didn‘t fly at that day. The pillows and carpets were already dirty.

Amazing breakfast, view, location, hosts, everything! We would stay here again when we come back to Cappadocia. The terrace for the ballons in the sunrise (and even the sunset) is spectacular. It was very convenient not having to leave the hotel for sunrise at 5am. (They have very cute dogs by the way)
