Fantastic location and very helpful staff - added bonus - the rooms looked exactly like the pictures and were very roomy and comfortable. Free tea and coffee making facilites in each room and very spacious with sitting area, large bathroom and balcony with amazing views over Capadoccia and the balloons in the morning. Breakfast was different each day and open buffet with fantastic views over Goreme and additional terraces to sit on throughout the day. Parking was available nearby and was fairly straightforward to get to following one way system. It was a 10-15 minute walk down to the town centre with a huge choice of bars and different restaurants offering a wide range of cuisines. However, prices match the quality of the location and are quite expensive, especially for Turkey, but the location is stunning with restaurants and bars built into and around the 'fairy chimneys' and the area is most definitely the best in the area. Perfect location to visit all local sites and easy to arrange trips through reception staff. We took a balloon flight and an ATV(quadbike) tour which were both unforgettable experiences and drove to open air museums, underground cities at Derinkuyu and Kaymakli - second one was more interesting but much narrower and more complicated routes around. we stayed 3 nights which allowed us time to see most of the things the area had to offer but could have spent another night to go a little further afield and get to Ilhara valley as well.

The hotel has no bar or restaurant itself so you need to go out to eat - I think there is a missed opportunity on the terraces or the breakfast room as it has amazing views, but with only 9 rooms in the hotel you can understand why they don't offer this. There is a room service delivery option available in the rooms but it was quite expensive - 400TL (approx £10 for soup and bread) upto 650TL (£12-15) for pizza or pasta, but they do deliver to the room! The bathroom sink had a leak which they were constantly trying to fix and, as it was built into one of the fairy chimneys, there were daily stone drops in the bathroom due to the humidity from showers and the the rought sandstone ceiling - this was cleaned every day but could be a bit grainy underfoot.

I don’t know where to start, everything was amazing! Location is nice, the terrace for breakfast (and coffee/tea after that) has amazing views on the whole Göreme. Room was clean and nice, beds are very comfortable and the bathroom is big and looks like it’s brand new. Staff is very nice, especially the lady that serves a breakfast was so so so friendly and helpful (she needs a raise!). Börek and pastry for the brakfast were very tasty.

You can’t properly ventilate the room, but that is very logical, cause it’s a cave room 😅😅

EVERYTHING. All the stuff was so nice and professional. They took care about everything that we needed during our staying. When I announced them that is my best friend birthday they offered themselves to decorate the room and helped me to create an unforgettable memory. When we met the owner of the hotel and after we met his nephew they made us feel like we are part of the family and we quickly understood why we felt like home from the second that we arrived in there. We were immediately impressed by his nephew professionalism. He’s always taking care of everything that we needed and he was so helpful and attentive to our needs. We could see that he loves his job.

The hotel is small and quaint. Location is excellent and 2 mins away from the hot air balloon viewing point. The breakfast was quite repetitive but the lady preparing them always had a big warm smile. The suite was really big but the tv only played local channels with no option to connect to wifi. The room is also not well lit which I guess is the vibe? The balcony in the suite was the best part, absolutely gorgeous and at night the restaurant nearby would play music and you could jive to it. Overall would recommend the property. But I wish they would upgrade more on the facilities.

We loved our stay at Zeus hotel. The room was super comfortable for my family of 4. I loved the vibes of the cave room and the authentic feeling of the whole place. I loved the simple home made breakfast .. the view from the terrace was outstanding ! The staff was very helpful specially Ameen, Turgul and Mehmet.. everything was perfect and we truly made some memorable moments there . Coming from Dubai we have very high standards and very high expectations when it comes to service. I can truly say this hotel met our expectations with affordable prices compared to other locations we saw . I highly recommend it !

The room is spacious and very clean, the location is very strategic, like in 300 meter you are in the city centre of Goreme. in 5 minutes walk you reach one of Goreme panoramic view point. Around the facility there are alot of nice restaurants to visit. The beds are very comfortable, and despite that the hotel located just next to the street, it doesnt bother us with the noise of the traffic because its not really a busy street. The view from roof terrace is also nice, we were lucky to had a chance to watch hot balloons from there. The staffs are very helpful. Our first balloon ride was cancelled due to the bad weather, and the owner of the hotel helped us to check every day whenever the balloon will fly again. He also helped us to arranged the ride, and we were able to experience the magnificent experience of riding hot balloon in Cappadocia. So glad we chose Zeus Cave Suites for our trip to Capadoccia. Mr. Ali at the reception was super helpful and gave accurate directions to help us create daily trips so we could experience the area to its fullest. We booked a hot air balloon ride beforehand, but it got canceled on the day of, and Mr. Ali helped us get a fantastic rate for a ride the next day. He went over and beyond by helping us book tours and make restaurant reservations; we were truly grateful to have him guide us during our stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and provided an experience like no other with its cave aesthetic, and they had excellent views both from the room and the roof. The breakfast was simple but filling, and the views from the breakfast area were fantastic as well. I highly recommend this hotel for a truly authentic cave experience.

The property was located in the perfect spot from the centre and located perfectly to see the sight of the balloons. It was so clean and beautiful inside. The owner made it so comfortable and looked after us massively providing anything that was needed. I couldn’t be more thankful for the help the owner and his nephew and manager gave.

I think the breakfast could be improved with more of a variety, but the standard of which it was given was still beautiful.

The hotel is 5 minutes up hill from Goreme. The rooms are so spacious and the bathrooms even more spacious. There is a great view from the terrace and also a smaller stairwell up to a balcony for a better view of all the balloons that fly over town. The staff were very helpful with organising return transfers and a hot air balloon experience on the day of arrival for next day.

Good spread for breakfast, good size room, really cool experience, they were able for me to check in early. The staff were responsive and got me a great deal on a hot air balloon ride! 10 min walking from the center of town and walking distance to restaurants

The room was really dusty on the floor. I understand that it’s a cave hotel, so there’s only so much you can do (everything in Goreme gets covered in a small layer of dust), but it would have been nice to vacuum/mop to remove some of it. They gave you slippers to use, which definitely was needed, so that was a nice touch!
