Probably could do with letting people know of renovations in advance. I booked a room with a view but couldn't avail this option due to renovations being carried out

The staff at the reception, breakfast hall and the restaurant were amazing. I had twisted my knee along with arthritis they gave me ice to help the swelling. The breakfast was excellent even with the great buffet they would cook an omelet if you wanted. The location of the hotel is simply beautiful and as my friends text said it’s an oasis in the middle of nowhere. The terrace on top had an amazing view. My last morning had 20 some balloons flying making it a spectacular trip ending. Many restaurants were within 10 minutes walking.

Because of my knee I won’t miss the stairs. As Led Zeppelin says it’s nobody’s fault but mine. Because of same reason getting in and out of tub.

What can we say... an 11/10, once-in-a-lifetime experience! We thought staying in a gorgeous cave room would be the highlight of the trip, but wandering the castle-like property and seeing the views of Cappadocia (and the hotel) took our breath away. The immense assortment of terraces were so gorgeous and welcoming that we didn't want to leave the property! And after a jam-packed week in Istanbul/Izmir to start our trip, being able to recharge in a cave suite was *exactly* what we needed. Our on-site massage was great, buffet breakfast was delicious, and our server at the restaurant, Softic, was a lovely, caring gentleman who took care of every detail and made our experience highly memorable - including taking stunning photos of us from the best vantage points of the hotel (at his suggestion!) Would 100% return!

Location is superb to catch the hot air balloon sightings and it was a treat to stay in a real cave! The housekeeping staff were so good in carrying out their cleaning duties that our cave room smelled so fresh and good after cleaning! The breakfast selection was satisfactory and the staff are friendly and helpful too.

There were many steps to get to your room but I think that’s typical of a cave hotel. You need to call for your room to be cleaned as leaving the ‘room to be cleaned’ tag didn’t work.

Great location! Walking distance to town and amazing views to the rocks and the balloons in the morning from the terrace. The rooms are very clean, interesting and quirky built into the caves, and the bed was so comfy! The rooms have tea & coffee making facilities, a fridge with bottled water that is replenished daily. The staff were excellent and very friendly, nothing was too much trouble. They organised our airport transfers at a very good price and chased them in advance of our departure to ensure we arrived at the airport in good time. Breakfast was continental/ turkish style buffet, offering fried eggs, omelettes and turkish coffee to order.

The propiety was very beautiful and so close to everything. Is up hill to the main strip of stores and restaurants. We felt very safe and was very convenient of how close it was to everything. The balloons look so pretty and close from the many terraces of the hotel. Breakfast was fresh and delicious.

I didn’t find anything I didn’t particularly disliked of the property. If you arrive by bus the street to the hotel can be steep and uncomfortable with luggage but the whole town has hills and stairs so is nothing out of the ordinary on town.

We booked a family suite for 3 nights. We are a couple but were traveling heavy for a long trip, so it was spacious and comfortable. The staff was very responsive and helped me schedule the activities during our stay. I recommend: - Private red tour - Private green tour - Turkish night - Dervish show They do not book the hot air balloon fly, but they will recommend a very good operator. Wake up early (5 AM) and go on the balcony for a magnificent view of the hot air balloons flying over the city. The hotel restaurant serves delicious a-la-carte food, but small servings - good enough for fine dining in the evening. The spa and Turkish Hamam in the hotel are awesome. Highly recommended.

Very expensive. This is the most I ever paid per night in a hotel. This hotel is NOT for people with disabilities. It has a lot of stairs and no elevators. The coffee machine is terrible, and breakfast is mediocre. It was way below the standard for this price range. The hotel is a 5-minute walk from the city center. Sounds good until you realize it is up a steep hill. It is not a recommended walk in the heat of summer, so you'll have to take a taxi. The access road to the hotel is a one-lane, bidirectional road, and it was under construction. More than once, our pickup taxi was boxed between two cars trying to go in opposite directions. Walking outside the hotel is a safety hazard, especially if you are traveling with young kids.

Really like the hotel building, the room, the vibes, the restaurant terraces. Our room view overlooking Gerome. The staff were very friendly. What a pleasant stay we had in Cappadocia.

Just a little far to walk to the commercial area, going down was OK, but going up was tough

We loved the location of this hotel and our room had a fabulous view. The staff were all very friendly especially Yusef who made our late night check-in hilarious. There are lots of steps and was quite a labyrinth to get to our room however that's part of the appeal. We booked a suite and had plenty of space, the living room was very roomy. Perfect for the price of the room.

The room was quite dated especially when it came to electrical plugs however the reception quickly provided an adaptor and a USB plug in so we could charge devices. We would stay in this hotel again if we return to Cappadocia.

Fantastic location for Goreme and beyond, Breakfast good, room small but good. Staff very friendly and helpful. Booked balloon flight from the Hotel no avoid any issues. Probably paid a commission but well worth it. Parking was limited but I didn't have any problems in my five day stay. Highly recommend this hotel
