I literally loved everything! Our room was absolutely stunning (request a lower floor and tell them you want a big bath, if that’s your preference because the bath was amazing!) beds were super comfortable, we had a huge room. The hotel itself is adorable, it’s so unique. This is perfect for those that love an experience stay. But honestly the staff were phenomenal they made everything perfect for us. No ask was too much and I just really appreciate them making our New Year’s Eve perfect. I highly recommend if you come at new year to do the dinner and ask the hotel to book your activities, you might pay a little extra but anything we booked outside the hotel was cancelled. It’s a great location and just perfect!!!

WE stayed in one of the Deluxe cave suites. It was a lovely room and interesting to stay in a converted cave. Breakfast was very good. Location was great- not far from Sunset point and from the town centre. Right next to a fairy chimney. Lovely pool- outdoor was cold but indoor was warm. Great terrace to watch the balloons. Staff were very helpful.

The room was very hot at night- they provided a fan but still quite warm. We visited in late August but would be very uncomfortable in summer. Also the shower cubicle was quite dark.

The staff are exceptionally helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was the best buffet I’ve had for a complementary breakfast. All the tours and activities we wanted to do were easily arranged for us by the staff including pickup and drop off. And all the tour companies (with the exception of one) we’re amazing and lovely.

The bath area could use some deeper cleaning including the niches that housed the cool antiques. The bathrooms was a bit musty smelling and there appeared to be some mildew. But it was a cave so maybe that’s to be expected.

We divided our trip into two parts, one for the tour where we booked a standard hotel and the other for relaxation where we preferred a hotel with a pool and a cave. Upon arrival, the hotel staff were extremely professional and patiently showed us around the entire hotel. The hotel is so large that you'll need to allocate time to explore it. The pools are amazing and very clean, and you can even take advantage of the wine Tap, which is a great offer. The hotel's breakfast is good, and you can even enjoy it on the terrace of your room, which has a great view. The rooftop of the hotel has a fantastic view, and overall, I can say that staying at this hotel is like taking a tour itself. We booked two deluxe rooms, and one of the hotel's attractions is that no two rooms are alike, each with a unique appearance.

Everything was so beautiful, great roof terrace for viewing the balloons early morning, the spa facilities were amazing and open until late in the evening. Service was amazing and the wine tap is a great experience and addition. Good breakfast and a take away breakfast was easily arranged for our early check out. Walking distance from the town and lots of nice restaurants around.

The room was quite hot with the underfloor heating being on, but they assisted to switch it off upon our request. Very helpful staff.

The hotel was stunning and very comfortable, with nice views from the outdoor areas. Staff was very warm and accommodating. The location was great as well – on a quieter street but just a few minutes away from everything in Goreme.

The only downside was how well some of the facilities were working. This might have been due to us going during the off-season. But the steamroom wasn't working in the spa and the bathtub and shower in the room weren't in the best shape. That said, the staff was very friendly when we spoke to them about these points.

Beautiful location with balloon view, close to downtown, cave style. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and varied. Free coffee and water were available in the room. Cleaning was done every day. Good internet connection , the router was right in the room :).

The dust in the SPA/pool room may be normal in a cave, but it was a bit strange for us. No privacy for the bathroom - just a glass door with a curtain separating the bedroom from the toilet. I felt the lack of space available for clothes (I kept them in trolleys). The old furniture, including the bathroom, gave us a dirty feeling.

Room was great, having a jacuzzi in the room is really fun. Decoration of the rooms are also nice. the hotel looks really good in general, constructed like caves but still comfortable. Most cave hotels feel claustrophobic but this one was not, enough windows that makes it feel in between a room and a cave. The massage in spa was really professional and relaxing. You can see the balloons in the morning if you go up to the terrace.

Breakfast was not very good. And the bed in the room is not comfortable, maybe because it was on a rock. The sitting area on the terrace was a bit dirty, the carpets and pillows were dirty so we just stood up there watching the balloons.

The service was amazing. The front desk manager, Cagatay was friendly,helpful and hospitable at first giving us a tour and saw that our bags were promptly delivered to our rooms. Oruq was very attentive to our daily Turkish breakfast and brought a special dish to our table. The food was abundant and delicious. An outdoor pool was beautiful. The indoor heated pool was under the hotel along beside the spa. Emine, spa manager gave me the best massage in my life. The rooftop terrace was a great location to view the hot air balloons, steps away from our room.

Wonderful location just a block to the vibrant main street of Goreme bustling with restaurants and shops. The hotel is high up amidst the chimney and looking over the town. Great panoramic views from the rooftop. And a 10 mn walk to sunset point. The rooms are caves with outdoor seatings. This hotel has free access to a Turkish bath and indoor hot and cool pool underneath. It also has a small outdoor pool.

Could be a bit more trendy.
