The Hotel is located just above the main street and has a motor path as well as stairs from the street itself. The view from the hotel is amazing. One can sit with breakfast and watch the hot air balloons gliding by. The rooms were good, the bathroom luxurious with a bath tub. Breakfast was good, not a huge spread but tasty and filling.

Some help with the luggage would have been great, as the rooms on the higher levels had steep stairs. Our group of nine had 4 elderly people and when we requested the night staff (we arrived late at night) to help us with the heavier bags, he refused. However, we could manage. But some people may find it extremely difficult .

We received a free upgrade. Clean room with a variety of tea to choose from, creamer sugar and coffee. Plenty of toiletries, even dental kit, and a jacuzzi bath. There is a shower as well. Slippers and gown provided. Hairdryer. Bed was very comfortable. Fridge to keep water cold. Very nice breakfast. Terraces to watch balloons from. Hotel arranged airport transfer at a very reasonable price. Ügar was very friendly and helpful. Carried our suitcases as well. Free wifi. Close to restaurants and souvenir shops.

We recently stayed at Vezir Cave Suites to celebrate my birthday and had an exceptional experience. The service was flawless, with friendly and attentive staff making check-in seamless and ensuring my comfort throughout my stay. Special thanks to Ugur who works above and beyond, always ready to help. The hotel was impeccably clean, with well-maintained rooms and common areas. Dining was a highlight, with a variety of delicious, beautifully presented options. The location was perfect, offering easy access to nearby attractions and dining. Overall, the combination of outstanding service, cleanliness, excellent food, and a prime location made for a memorable stay, and I highly recommend this hotel.

First of all, i booked Cappadocia for my 30th Birthday. What a great idea it was. Vezir location is amazing. Of course, we took the deluxe suites which is the rooms at the top and the view from my terrace. Best choice. And everything in Goreme is so close nearby within walking distance. Was perfect location. The receptionist was great. So helpful. They even gift me a Cappadocia wine for my birthday. I was very happy with the stay. If you stay there, you are going to have best pictures at night and for the hot balloons, early morning.

Nothing much. Breakfast can have more variety. You can ask for eggs, it is very good. And maybe our bed could have been better since as couple we were sliding in the middle.

The cave suite was lovely, clean and comfortable. Ugur and his team really looked after us and helped us carry the luggage to the bus station. Location was ideal, walking distance to Lover's Hill (hot air balloons viewpoint) and close to cafes and restaurants. You can see hot air balloons from the terrace. I particularly appreciated the upgraded room we received upon arrival. The room was spacious, beds comfortable and the bathroom was also clean. Could not have asked for anything more.

The hotel location is uphill and provides a sweet view of the town, especially if you are in room 105. You get to see the setting sun illuminate the town as the light twinkles on. The hotel itself seems to be fashioned from a cave and supplemented with modern extensions. I loved the rustic original feeling, but not so much the dust in the cupboards and shelves. Overall, the bed was comfy. Surprised at no AC/Fan in my room but it was cool all through the night. No bugs too, despite opening the windows - albeit not necessary. The bathroom was nicely spacious, jacuzzi worked fine...but bathroom would benefit from a bit of deep cleaning/scrubbing behind the taps, around the vents etc Breakfast was fresh, delicious, abundant and scrumptious. You'd be asked for your choice of scrambled eggs or omelettes. I prefer omelettes every day! This ain't a resort so don't expect 10 different types of bread, 20 different types of fresh fruits, a wideeeeee assortment of cheeses or freshly squeezed fruit juices. But they still offer a nice selection of options, I especially loved having wholegrain bread slices alongside white bread. Seasonal produce was available in varied quantities - cherries, plums, watermelons, arugula, cherry tomatoes. And ofc, this is Turkey so different olives and different cheeses. You'll leave breakfast ready to take on the challenge of exploring all the gems Cappadocia has to offer! I also really loved the fact that they. had lil reading areas with book shelves with interesting titles. Thank you Ugur! (I hope I spelled it right), he was our check-in host and made us feel very welcome! He also helped arrange for our tours and made sure we enjoyed our stay. Wish we could have seen before checking-out. Other staff members too were also very accommodating, polite and kind. They helped us with a late check-out situation and were always available to answer any questions or respond to our teasing jokes!

Nothing really, save the issue with the dust covering some surfaces in my room and outdoor seating area. Might not be comfortable for someone with allergies, asthma or rhinitis.

Breakfast can be better with more varieties otherwise everything is great.

We had room 113 which was newly renovated with a huge Jacuzzi tub and we were the first guests for this refurbished room. Views were stunning looking down over Göreme and there were balloons flying over in the morning which made it even more dreamy.

Breakfast lets this place down slightly. If there was a buffet breakfast these cave rooms would bring in much more custom. There is hardly any thing that makes it a proper breakfast as opposed to being served cold shop brought things like cheeses. I would suggest to management that they look into this while refurbishing rooms.

Location was great and the room had fantastic views over the valley. Also the room was very big and so was the bathroom with a large jacuzzi. The staff were friendly and smiling, though we didn't see them much.

It was our mistake that we didn't realize two deluxe suites. We really liked the pictures of the of with a lot of natural light and upon our arrival we were very disappointed with the dark and very cold room we were given. Even if it was low season (end of Feb), we couldn't change the room but luckily the heating was turned on, so the room got adequately warm and eventually liked the room ok. Unfortunately can't say the same about the bed. Its shape was round, so I assume it had custom made mattress (made of two pieces) but it was saggy and there was kind of a whole between the two parts, so it wasn't super comfy.
