The hotel was excellent! The terrace is in fact amazing. Our room, which was really in a cave, was cozy and warm, even in winter, and beautifully decorated. The staff was nice, especially Sangi (?) in the kitchen. So we can absolutely recommend to stay there!

One of the main reasons why we booked this hotel was that it said to offer airport pickup services. They immediately offered it at a reasonable price, but when we wanted to book it, the price almost tripled because we arrived on an international flight (? this was the explanation given). We ended up booking a private transfer through another platform. Well, now having been to Göreme, I suppose most hotel will be able to arrange a pickup service, even if not mentioned in their description.

Our room was designed like a cave, which was really cool and gave the stay a special vibe. The bed was big, and we had a direct view of the hot air balloons and the sunrise from our room. The hotel has a lovely terrace where we enjoyed watching the balloons and sunrise with a morning coffee. The hotel is also conveniently located, not too high up, and easy to reach by foot. Breakfast was tasty, even though the options were limited due to the small number of rooms. The staff were incredibly friendly and made our stay pleasant!

The bed, while large, was a bit firm for our taste. There was no air conditioning, only a fan. The bathroom was combined with the shower, and the entire area got wet when using the shower.

1. Location: the hotel is close to everything you need; 2. There’s a lovely terrace with a panoramic view of Goreme upstairs; 3. Many options for breakfast - eggs, pancakes, salads and veggies, cheese, cereal etc.; 4. The premises and the room itself were very clean. Housekeeping did a great job indeed. Additionally, my room was very spacious and decorated nicely; 5. The staff were helpful. They helped me book the tours and transfers to the hotel/airport. Generally, they were respectful and responsive to my requests.

Noise: I booked a standard room and was assigned one near the entrance. Unsure if this is a common issue in all rooms, but I found it difficult to sleep at night. I could hear everything—people talking, music from the nearby terrace, and the humming of the water pump engine upstairs. As a sensitive sleeper, I typically require a comfortable silence to sleep.

This is a good value for money hotel. It is centrally located, a great location for observing the hot air balloons, very near to the main market, shops and restaurants. The hotel provides a very decent breakfast (not a huge spread but good options that cover all breakfast needs). The staff is very friendly and cooperative. They gave us a late check out (1 additional hour) and arranged the airport transfer.

- WiFi was very unstable - The facilities are pretty basic but at this price point it is good value for money - There is no onsite restaurant. They do not serve food outside of the breakfast.

Of course I'll start with the balloons - yes if you don't want to leave the town this is a lovely place to view the balloons. It is also near the very popular sunset/sunrise viewpoint in Goreme. Aside from the balloons- which should not be the highlight of your trip because the area of Cappadocia is truly amazing! This hotel was very good and affordable compared to other options. We stayed in a cave room which was very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated and fitted with hot tub. The breakfast was great (particularly the aubergine local dish, Saksuka I think!). The location is perfect a few minutes to the main town so for first timers or people short on time it's very convenient. The staff were very friendly and helpful. No complaints!

We stayed in April and because of the weather/season the balcony was not "dressed" as in pictures. The restaurant or bar was not open in the evening BUT as mentioned you are so close to everything it really isn't a problem. This place is perfect for first time visitors to Cappadocia.

The hotel is conveniently located a few minutes away from the main street of Goreme, with extremely easy access to restaurants and shops. Friendly staff, nice breakfast offering, lovely terrace for balloon watching. The room was very cute, felt clean, and was fully equipped with water bottles and kettle for tea/coffee.

Our room was located right next to the reception, which meant we could hear each and every customer checking-in and out, as well as the staff, both early in the morning and late in the evening. The toilet & shower set up was functional, but the door/insulation from the rest of the room wasn't ideal (the sliding door is very stiff and noisy).

The location is amazing, very near to the town center and with an amazing view. Its a very personalized hotel with also friendly staff. Food option was small but delicious and enough for our 3 days stay. Staff are helpful and friendly. Cave room is something you need to experience at least once in life. Spots for pictures are great. Even tho you cant watch very close the ballons you can still take very nice pictures from the terrace.

The mattress of our bed was curved from one side. Maybe they can change it for next visits. In general not a big problem.

Their unique caved rooms are so rustic and beautiful. The view of the hot air balloons is amazing! The staff especially at reception is very helpful and very accommodating from pre arrival to check in. Keeping in touch via messages for any enquiries Even went out of their way to pick up our tripod that we left on the car rental. I would definitely come back here.

No whole body mirror in our room and can be noisy when people in the lounge close to our room are staying and talking loud but not really a big deal.

Hotel location is very close to Sunset/HotAir-Balloon viewpoint (10 mins walk) and view HotAir-Balloon from terrace. WiFi is working fine, Lift is not required as all rooms are available on ground floor. Enjoy Coffee for free 24x7. Breakfast is good, but less/no options for vegetarian / vegan. Tour trip was very good especially with Azad from Hereke travel (Guide - Excellent, and good sense of humour). I will say Cappadocia was far better then Antalya. Antalya is 100% commercialised. Staff is helpful and speaks/understands English. Near by restaurants serve good food and veg options are available too.

Hot and dusty area, too much walk in hot climate. HotAir-Balloon might be bit expensive, especially the GoPro videos if you want to capture.

Good location right in the centre of Goreme, slightly up a hill. It is very atmospheric, built into one of the caves, which is very beautiful and evocative. Our room was large and very comfortable with a huge bath which we enjoyed a lot! Hosts were welcoming and let us store our bags during the day.

The room would benefit from better lighting - it is atmospheric but almost impossible to see anything in detail!
