The cave room was excellent. It had all you need with fridge and jaccuzi bath as well as a really good and powerful shower. Unusual for hotels in Turkey there was endless hot water. So you could have a bath or shower any time. The location couldn't have been better for the centre of town. The owner was a really nice man. Very helpful. Our plane was late. We didn't arrive until 0020hrs. But he was there to welcome us and make sure we knew how to get the best from our room. It is a family run hotel. They provided a nice simple breakfast with good choices and always ready to help with booking activities and transfers to the airport. It was very good value for the money we paid. We really enjoyed our stay.

The only thing I found for a minor criticism is there was a kettle in the room but no tea or coffee.

The communication with Kadir went smoothly right from the start. He advised on different tours possible and also advised on nearby eateries. The "cave" like rooms were interesting. The floor carpets and room decor was nice. The jacuzzi and fridge in the room and the water kettle really helped. I was also pleasantly surprised to have the bathroom towel heaters in. Breakfast was quite a spread and tasty. The garden area was nice and loved by the kids. The morning views of the balloons from the balcony was phenomenal. The whole family was super friendly and helpful. Overall, value for money. But, base d on the reviews, it can be a hit or miss for some.

The door locking mechanism took a while to get used to. The bathroom even though fancy with a jacuzzi did lack some finishing touches. For eg - one had to use the jacuzzi to have a shower and this meant that invariably water would fall on the bathroom floor. The room had some crevices here and there and some ants were noticed. We asked for the rooms to be cleaned and this did help. Currently undergoing renovation so one saw construction material around. The biggest letdown was the breakfast buffet timings. It started at 0830am and I am usually an early riser as I have kids. The wait was a bit annoying.

While it’s not a luxury hotel, it offers very good value for the price. The room was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped with everything a traveler might need. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any questions or requests. The location was also convenient, making it easy to explore the area. Besides the view of the balloons from ether the room or the terrace was mesmerizing.

there was one important issue that needs to be mentioned: the double bed had a construction flaw. On the left side of the bed, there was a double step (or drop) between the bed and the floor that was not properly marked or protected. While getting in or out of the bed from the right side was fine, the left side was dangerous — especially at night when you might get up without noticing the steps. It was very easy to trip, fall, or injure yourself. This was a particular concern for us because I was traveling with my parents, and my mother is 71 years old. For young people a fall might not be a big deal, but for older guests it could be very serious.

We had a wonderful stay at the falcon cave suites] in Cappadocia. This family-run hotel is charming and cozy, with stunning views from the roof top. The shower pressure was amazing with a spa. The breakfast was delicious, featuring fresh, homemade dishes. The family went out of their way to arrange transport for us and even made us a takeaway breakfast on the day we left. They also prepared an amazing breakfast for us when we woke up late. Their warm hospitality and helpful recommendations made my visit truly special. Highly recommended!

It was good overall. Good cave room and specially it's Bathroom with zakoozie. Only missing is good kitchen and few activity rooms like TT room etc.. and any service guy in the hotel rest all is good. Tour plans can be taken directly from hotel guy his prices are better and service of their contact agency I'd good. We took Green tour from them and it was good and also Airport transfers.

Very good price for value. Also, the rooms were very nice and comfy. Mr. Kadir gave us a free transport to the Airport and even though we were not easy guests (maybe we were a bit too loud as a group of 13 friends), he was still very respectful.

The hotel was still kind of undergoing renovations, so the terrasse was not done yet. Also, the Hotel owner (Mr. Kadir) didn’t speak English very well, but it didn’t stop us from communicating.

The location of the hotel was within walking distance to Gerome town, making it convenient to access shops and other localities. Mr Khalid was invaluable in providing information and assistance with arranging tours.

Although the room was clean and proper, the whole suite could use an overhaul of new furniture and bedding covers to make it feel welcoming and less worn out.

1. Room & Bathroom was good. Bathroom had a Jacuzzi bath and a separate shower. 2. Garden was very good where you can have breakfast if you want. 3. Breakfast was good. 4. Staff were very good and helpful. 5. Location was excellent just in the center just 3 mins walk from the restaurants and town center.

The price is slightly expensive but this is the august time with peak holiday bookings and very popular holiday destination for Turkey.

The location of the place is amazing, it’s a walk away from central shopping, restaurants in the city. The host was amazing, very friendly and helped us on all aspects and information.

I would like better towels, a better air conditioner facility, it takes a while to cool the room in summer, but the fan provided was helpful. Also the water in the showers drains very slow. Overall a nice property because of the locational aspect of it.
