Don't be deceived by hotels surroundings (Göreme is under construction - no noise in the rooms tho) hotel is truly beautiful. I have booked a standard room which was exceptional. Warm, and smelled so nice. And amazingly clean! I worked as a cleaner so that's the first thing I notice in a hotel. Quiet as well so had a great sleep. Hot shower. Breakfast was good, lots of choice, from juices, coffee, tea, pastry with cheese, lots of different types of cheese, cereals, french fries with sausage, salads etc. There was a small fridge in the room as well, kettle, cups, water, coffee and tea.

There were some small things that needed fixing like one small light in the room or toilet paper hanger. But room was really amazing.

The hotel is very well located, just a short walk from the main touristic area of Göreme, which is full of restaurants, shops and travel agencies. The room is cleaned, the bed is comfortable, the shower is great and the WiFi works properly. The staff is attentive and always available to help.

The breakfast is a bit poor, but anyway I wasn't expecting a banquet considering the hotel price, therefore it's a minor observation considering its quality as a whole. Keep in mind it isn't a cave hotel (it's a property all built in stone), which they don't try to sell as if they were, but it's just a comment for those looking for to stay in one of the hotels built in the caves.

We're a group of 5 (3 Adults & 2 Children of 11 & 13) travelling together. We chose the family room (4) in the lower floor, along with twin room (1). These rooms are huge, so quiet, warm (as it was December) and the beds so comfortable, we slept soundly every night on our 5 day stay. The breakfast buffet on the 5th floor was always exceptional, with a great buffet range and amazing views on offer, only exceeded by the service given by all the staff and management. It's also a close walk to the main street and a number of good restaurants too, or jump in a car and head to a neighbouring town for a change of pace. If you're travelling as a family, you can't go past Peace Stone House for quality and value. 5 Stars and then some!!!

Staff were very attentive and helpful with all requests Staff were always available. They spoke good English and had a good knowledge base of the area. Breakfast nice. Cake delicious! Nice area to sit around. Close distance to town and main centre. Staff can arrange transfer buses. Comfortable bed. Nice and warm in cold weather. Balloons do fly nearby. Good value

Room needed some attention. Rusty radiator in bathroom. Broken tiles on floor. No handheld shower. Not much really.

The location was excellent, it was only a slight walk to Göreme central area. At that being a very easy walk too. The balcony we had in our room provided a beautiful of the hot air balloons each morning. In the afternoon it provided a nice view of the street where people walked and sunshine of course. The upper deck where breakfast was held was clean and spacious. In the afternoon it was unoccupied so it was nice to soak in the sunshine and take in the views. The entire staff was helpful and kind but the overnight attendant was especially polite and seemed to go out of his way to make sure your stay was enjoyable. There is a local bakery just down the street that would bake and sell loaves of bread, so knowing our bread was freshly made was epic.

The light near our room door didn’t work so it was hard to use the key at night. Our room didn’t have a refrigerator, which would’ve been nice to keep cold drinks in. But these are just minor issues it never really effected our overall stay.

The Breakfast was very nice with lots of options and baked cakes. The chef made fresh eggs omelettes for us as per our taste. The breakfast was laid on rooftop from where a beautiful Birdseye view of the Baloons could be enjoyed. Sometimes the Baloons came close and we could wave and say hello to the passengers on the Baloons. The room where we stayed was large enough and comfortable to accommodate the three of us travelling. Erdogan who was our chief host at the hotel was always eager to help us out and arrange tours for us. He helped in organising a ATV tour for me and my daughter at the last moment as he had good contacts in the market. Central heating in the rooms and hotels was good. Its a new property, clean and comfortable to stay. The market place and restaurants are at a walking distance and unlike other hotels in the area which are on mountain slopes one does not have to walk up and down the hill every time one moves out of the hotel. Hence it is comfortable. I would love to stay again in this property in future. And yes the property is just 30 mins from the Baloon take off points and hence vets come to pick you up at the end thus saving your time.

every thing was perfect

It was in a great location, close to a fantastic bakery, supermarkets, and restaurants. It was peaceful because it was a little away from the hustle and bustle. There was on-street parking. The hotel manager was super helpful and organised for our laundry to be done. He also booked a great restaurant for dinner. We were allowed to leave our luggage at the hotel after checkout. The hotel was tranquil and comfortable.

Our room had no AC or fan and therefore got a bit warm.

The owner of the hotel and all the staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to help us with our adventure bookings – their assistance was truly exceptional. The view from the breakfast floor was breathtaking, and the room was both spacious and cozy, providing the perfect retreat after a day of exploring. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this hotel!

Everything from the rooms to the service was top. The rooms were spotless and clean and had a good range of facilities available for the guests. The staff were always ready to help and provide to their guests. The breakfast spread was vast and good. The ladies in the kitchen even went out of their way to make hot egg dishes on request during breakfast. The location was also ideal with views of the rocks from the entrance of the hotel and its close proximity to the town centre (about 5 minutes). The terrace provides a beautiful view in the early mornings when the balloons are in the air. A must recommend for families that want something good and affordable.

I stayed in economy double bedroom. Excellent and friendly staff. Really helpful. They arranged taxi tour for me in Very cheap price. They also offered me free of charge milk box as i was late at night and it was required for my baby. Breakfast was pretty nice and in good quantity as well as quality. Thier staff remain present at desk for 24 hours. Room and washroom were spacious and clean as well.

Only delux rooms have Air conditioning. Economy room doesn't have it. But weather was so nice at night that it felt pretty nice.
