Location is great! We have the room with great view like in the picture. The room was big and clean! We like the place and really enjoy the roof bar with great view!

We had a little problems with smell from drain ( jacuzzi). Need to fix.

We got big room and even extra bed for this stay. however the best quality for this hotel is that our room have a breathaking view of the hot air baloons in the morning. if your room dont have balcony, dont worry because they also have rooftop. Breakfast is good! extra point: this hotel have their own travel agency so you can book tours from them and even a last minute deal for hot air baloon.

Went to Cappadocia on my own and stayed at Göreme Valley Cave House — and wow, what a great little spot! The staff were absolute sweethearts, always checking in to see if I needed anything but never overbearing. They helped me book a balloon ride (bucket list: checked!) and a couple of tours — everything was super smooth. The room was clean and comfy — nothing too fancy, but honestly, after hiking around in the sun all day, I just needed a good shower and a quiet place to crash, and it delivered. One night the hot water took a minute to kick in, but hey, I survived. The vibe here is chill, the people are kind, and I never once felt awkward or unsafe traveling alone. Would 100% come back — maybe next time with a friend, or maybe just me again, living my best solo-travel life.

My husband and I booked this place kind of last minute, and we were so pleasantly surprised. The room was quiet, clean, and had this cozy cave feel that made everything feel extra special. We didn’t spend tons of time inside, but it was always nice to come back to after long days out. The team at the hotel was amazing — they helped us book all the tours (seriously, do the balloon ride — it’s unreal), and everything felt super personal and well-organized. One morning breakfast ran a bit late, but we just grabbed coffee nearby and it was fine. Overall, it was such a relaxed and beautiful trip. We’d definitely stay again!

The room was small but comfortable, and the bathroom was exceptionally clean. The breakfast was very good and served at a reasonable hour, not too early. What truly stood out was the exceptional hospitality. After our check-out, as we had a very late night bus and it was raining, the staff allowed us to stay in the lounge. We spent the entire afternoon there, and they even brought us tea. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The hotel also boasts a convenient location.

The room was heated, and the temperature couldn't be lowered, so it was sometimes a little too hot and stuffy.

Stayed here with a friend for a few days and had a blast. The location is perfect — we could just walk around the village and everything felt super close. The room was simple but really cozy and clean, and honestly, we weren’t expecting it to feel that comfortable. Staff were so sweet — always smiling, helping us figure out what to do, where to eat, and they sorted out all our tours and balloon ride. Everything went smoothly and was totally worth it. Only tiny downside — the water pressure in the shower was a bit weak one morning, but it wasn’t a dealbreaker at all. Would totally come back here!

Comfortable room with a really nice bathroom. The location is a good starting point for exploring the surrounding valleys (pigeon, love, red etc.). Excellent self-served breakfast.

The reasonable price, kindly staff. And also ask for some cheaper tour recommended by the staff

The rooftop is not a good place to watch air balloon, too many taller buildings

Breakfast is good but quite limited options. The atmosphere was fantastic. The Staff were so good at hospitality. Me and my family were so happy to be there.

1. Cleanliness in overall inside the bathroom is not up standard. 2. At the Balcony, we had such amazing nights with Tea and shisha. however, the tree next to the building was blocking the city view. 3. The room was inside the cave , so it was not that good ventilated. 4. We took a Green Tour, our tour guide was a sweet guy but when he was explaining anything inside the bus, we barely heard him. His voice was so low. We suggested that he should have mini microphone to assist ; other than that he was super nice and packed with knowledge.

Waking up to see the balloons was the best part for me, after all it was my dream, the place is gorgeous I made so many pictures with the clothes of my cloth brand @aliastralart( in all social media) and in one of the days the hotel photographer even ofter to take some pictures of me and post in their IG page ( still waiting for them to send it though, maybe after this review they will) the staff were so kind hearted and helpful, the breakfast very delicious. And the communication was amazing, I planned a surprise for my partner before arrival and the staff ( the gorgeous receptionist) helped through the phone organizing everything. A special thanks for all of them, we really enjoyed the 5 nights there with you guys, and we recommend so much so that I tag the hotel in all the posts I made of my clothes on IG.
