We got big room and even extra bed for this stay. however the best quality for this hotel is that our room have a breathaking view of the hot air baloons in the morning. if your room dont have balcony, dont worry because they also have rooftop. Breakfast is good! extra point: this hotel have their own travel agency so you can book tours from them and even a last minute deal for hot air baloon.

Location is great! We have the room with great view like in the picture. The room was big and clean! We like the place and really enjoy the roof bar with great view!

We had a little problems with smell from drain ( jacuzzi). Need to fix.

The room was small but comfortable, and the bathroom was exceptionally clean. The breakfast was very good and served at a reasonable hour, not too early. What truly stood out was the exceptional hospitality. After our check-out, as we had a very late night bus and it was raining, the staff allowed us to stay in the lounge. We spent the entire afternoon there, and they even brought us tea. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The hotel also boasts a convenient location.

The room was heated, and the temperature couldn't be lowered, so it was sometimes a little too hot and stuffy.

Stayed here with a friend for a few days and had a blast. The location is perfect — we could just walk around the village and everything felt super close. The room was simple but really cozy and clean, and honestly, we weren’t expecting it to feel that comfortable. Staff were so sweet — always smiling, helping us figure out what to do, where to eat, and they sorted out all our tours and balloon ride. Everything went smoothly and was totally worth it. Only tiny downside — the water pressure in the shower was a bit weak one morning, but it wasn’t a dealbreaker at all. Would totally come back here!

Comfortable room with a really nice bathroom. The location is a good starting point for exploring the surrounding valleys (pigeon, love, red etc.). Excellent self-served breakfast.

The reasonable price, kindly staff. And also ask for some cheaper tour recommended by the staff

The rooftop is not a good place to watch air balloon, too many taller buildings

Breakfast is good but quite limited options. The atmosphere was fantastic. The Staff were so good at hospitality. Me and my family were so happy to be there.

1. Cleanliness in overall inside the bathroom is not up standard. 2. At the Balcony, we had such amazing nights with Tea and shisha. however, the tree next to the building was blocking the city view. 3. The room was inside the cave , so it was not that good ventilated. 4. We took a Green Tour, our tour guide was a sweet guy but when he was explaining anything inside the bus, we barely heard him. His voice was so low. We suggested that he should have mini microphone to assist ; other than that he was super nice and packed with knowledge.

Waking up to see the balloons was the best part for me, after all it was my dream, the place is gorgeous I made so many pictures with the clothes of my cloth brand @aliastralart( in all social media) and in one of the days the hotel photographer even ofter to take some pictures of me and post in their IG page ( still waiting for them to send it though, maybe after this review they will) the staff were so kind hearted and helpful, the breakfast very delicious. And the communication was amazing, I planned a surprise for my partner before arrival and the staff ( the gorgeous receptionist) helped through the phone organizing everything. A special thanks for all of them, we really enjoyed the 5 nights there with you guys, and we recommend so much so that I tag the hotel in all the posts I made of my clothes on IG.

Everything was good.

Big apartment with 2 rooms, comfortable beds, huge bathroom with bath, it was so clean, like just unpacked stuff always ready to help, answer to 17384849 our questions at breakfast area they have fire place, it’s so good to sit there at evening with wine and warm up in the morning after hot air balloons it was most delicious breakfast we ever try in Turkey, many options for every test we will come back for sure

Staff is nice and friendly! Room was nice size and have everything that need for good stay. room was clean, beds were comfortable. in one of comments it was about sewage smell. for me it was light sewage smell in bathroom, but with closed door it not affect bedroom itself. so wasn’t issue at all. Breakfast from 8.30 and was good with egg bar available. Hotel has nice terrace. the terrace itself beautiful. but hot air balloons was not very visible from it. Nice view point available 5 min walk. we had earlier check in and hotel packed for us take away breakfast without any issues. Location is ok. it in Valley so easy walking, close to bus stop and city centre, cafe and supermarkets. but it is on opposite side from majority of hotels and open air museum which will be few km to walk. more suitable for people with own car.

Can’t see much hot air balloons from terrace like in other hotels (which double the price anyway). location it is in other side from main old city.
