We had an amazing stay at the Göreme Cave Room and Pool Hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly warm and welcoming — they truly went above and beyond to make our visit special. Whether it was helping with recommendations, arranging tours, or just checking in to make sure everything was perfect, their hospitality really stood out. The breakfasts were absolutely fantastic – fresh, delicious, and with plenty of variety to start the day right. Our room was beautifully decorated and fully equipped for a comfortable stay, blending authentic charm with modern convenience. The location couldn’t have been better – right in the heart of Göreme, just a short walk from everything the town has to offer. We didn’t need to travel far to enjoy the local sights, shops, and restaurants. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cappadocia – we’ll definitely be back!

There was honestly nothing not to like. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we wouldn’t hesitate to come back or recommend this hotel to others. A truly wonderful experience!

If we could give them more stars, for sure we would. Javid who’s the one helping most of the time is a very helpful person, he needs to improve his English but he really tries hard and he is always available. Semit, who is helping in the kitchen is also really helpful, always smiling and giving the best of himself in general. We loved the place, breakfast is top notch and the rooms are what you need.

The owner is not really the best at hosting, he should learn from his staff.

Staffs are all friendly and efficient. The room was big enough for us. Really quiet and we slept really well. The location is perfect!! It’s in Goreme city centre with loads of restaurants and tourist places. Waking distance I the shops. The Hotel staffs sorted all our activities such as Hot air balloon, Camel ride and Green tour and our taxi to and from the airport. We love the special flat cheese bread that is made by the Chef every morning. Breakfast was enough.

Nothing. We just wish that the swimming pool was ready but it was under construction when we stayed. Perhaps hotdog or scramble eggs to be included in the breakfast would be amazing.

Located in the heart of Cappadocia, it is within walking distance of all shops, restaurants, and caves. We enjoyed our stay. Very clean room that was warm and comfortable, with well-pressured hot water and exceptionally clean bathrooms. The breakfast offerings were outstanding, featuring a delightful selection of authentic Turkish cuisine that showcases rich flavours. Also, they had an English breakfast as well. The buffet opens on time (6 AM if I remember correctly) and will technically open till you come out after going on the hot air balloon ride. Friendly staff enhances the dining experience, ensuring all guests feel welcome. The staff understood English and was very supportive throughout my two-day stay. Lastly, buy a power adaptor from outside (costs between 30-50 Turkisg Lira, as the UK and US types are not supported in Turkey. This is the case in all 3 hotels I booked.

A truly magnificent hotel with fantastic service. The staff is incredibly kind and attentive. The classic Turkish breakfast is open buffet style and offers a wide variety. Even though I didn't specify my one-year-old child when booking, they immediately arranged a baby bed upon check-in and said it was free of charge. The reception desk is very helpful with affordable prices and quick bookings for activities. I'll be back with my family. See you soon.

Excellent reception. Went out of their way to help us. FANTASTIC breakfast included. Very well situated . Comfortable clean room. We were fortunate to be allocated to large downstairs room with lounge area. Upstairs rooms were a lot smaller. Lovely dining facility upstairs. Excellent balloon viewing deck. Easy walking distance to bus station and attractions. Quiet outside at night Air con coffee station. Water , toiletries all supplied. Highly recommended . Non smoking room

People do make a noise when entering at night . Windows all curtains closed as people could walk past the bedroom. - we didn’t object as the room was so big!

Kadir (the main guy at the reception) provided excellent service. Reached out to us in advance and helped us sorting out everything including the hot air balloon, the green tour, the quad and even the shuttle from the airport. Was available for a chat/call whenever we needed him and made sure he provided us everything we asked for. 5 stars for his hospitality and help :)

We thought the location was uphill however it was just at the start of the city with easy access to local areas. The service provided by Kadir, made up for it though :)

Location wise perfect since it is in center of Goreme and very near to bus station and sunset point. Also balloon viewing in the morning is nice. Staff was extremely nice. I would recommend to book balloon ride and other tours (ATV etc) with the hotel itself as they give better rates than market. Had a very good experience and owner is balloon pilot himself. Breakfast was good too but repetitive.

Walls are quite thin. Fridge and coffee machine was broken but did not matter as we did not use it but informed owner as soon as we checked in and he was aware of the same. Water bottles are restricted to 2 small bottles during check in only

The location was great, in the center. The rooms were small, but clean. The staff from the reception was friendly and helpful. They offered us good prices for the hot air baloon. The pool was clean and nice after hot visiting days.

We stayed 3 nights and they never cleaned the rooms. The towels were never changed. The breakfast was poor. The ladies from the kitchen and cleaning were always there drinking tea and smoking.

I visited during Ramadan. Most shops and restaurants will be closed during Sehri. And it's a very big challenge. We stayed in another hotel close to the Kabapzade restaurant before. All workers are doing Sehri so this is the only shop that is active during that time. Hence when we moved to this hotel the owner was really friendly. We told him that we were fasting. Instead of breakfast, he served us sandwiches in the Sehri time and it's appreciated. We would like to recommend this hotel to any of our friends who are supposed to visit Kappadokya. We can watch a hot air balloon from the rooftop. I can see breakfast is awesome. My son isn't fasting so he got an amazing breakfast. Everyone is amazing here, staff, watchman, owner, and kitchen staff. Everyone means everyone. This is the real meaning of hospitality. The room is big. They clean it every day. The heater is on for 24 hours. There is tea, Turkish coffee and available with a kettle and coffee pot filter to make special coffee. 100% out of our expectation.
