Gave advanced notice that I would check in late near midnight due to my flight arrival time from IST at Kayseri & they were there for me as this is family run & small-I think 6 rooms. Room was great-well designed & outfitted in a local feel & naturally cool built into the cave walls surrounding the property. Would have been nice to have a mini-fridge in the room but I was able to put my beverages/food in their fridge in the small kitchen where breakfast was served. Breakfast was actually good-a rarity as an included part of what you pay for-not just packaged inedible junk food but quality fruits & they even make omelets for their guests-would also be nice if they had meat based protein but they put some of my beef jerky into my omelet. Overall, while a small place w/no real amenities (didn't need any-was out & about my 2 full days in Cappadocia) the location was right in the center & thus it was a pleasant stay & the hosts, Orhan, Ibrahim & Lorraine-were all very accommodating & helpful.

Only one thing and it was a bit disingenuous & actually shocking is that when I arrived I recall there were 2 bottled waters in the room. The next morning the day after I arrived asked for another bottle & was told they would have to charge about the equivalent of 40 cents-15 Turkish Lira. Come on, man. Explained I almost never, ever go to a local ATM anywhere & get fleeced w/high fees for a local cash withdrawal & always use my credit card so I had NO local currency at all & they relented & gave me a bottle. Jeez.

Beautiful hotel in beautiful Goreme. So lovely staff, a great breakfast, beautiful view from the terrace. Rooms are so unique, cave bathroom especially, everything is clean, and there is enough space. The beds are very comfy. There are coffee and tea in the rooms. The guys from the hotel arranged a balloon flight, everything was really really great. Very cozy place. We felt like we were in our own house. Big recommendation.

It seems that the owner is a little distrustful of the guests, but that is understandable given the large number of tourists who pass by. It certainly does not affect your stay and we highly recommend this hotel.

Very welcoming and friendly hosts, they helped a lot with booking for us all the experiences we wanted to try and also got very good prices for them, the room was very clean and cleaning services during the vacation were great, breakfast always fresh and more than enough, excellent location of the guesthouse. We had a great vacation and we gladly recommend the hosts.

It is present in a central location. All the places to visit are nearby. The host is an amazing person, ready to help or guide you with anything and everything. To top of it all the breakfast each morning was fresh and excellent.

Nothing pretty much everything was excellent. However, installing fans inside the rooms can help with maintaining the temperature of the room snd ventilation.

The property is a complete gem of a find! It is full of character, unique, quirky and well located to nearby shops and restaurants. Bekir, Brit and all the staff are very hospitable and very welcoming on all accounts. We had a lovely stay, Bekir arranged all our excursions including our balloon ride which was truly breathtaking. Thank you, Bekir for making our stay so exceptionally enjoyable and for welcoming us to your beautiful place!

Bekir’s hospitality and friendly nature overlooked everything!

1. The property is in central location. 2. The room I stayed in was an actual cave house. Before coming here, I was worried about the AC. But its magical. Its cold inside where the outside temperature is high. 3. Mr. Bektir and his team treats everyone like a friend. I was overwhelmed by his hospitality. 4. Rooms was clean with all necessary facilities, toiletries, towels and everything. 5. Outside terrace and surrounding are like a nicely decorated flower garden. 6. Breakfast is rich and enough for a noce start of the day. 7. They can arrange the hotel transfer, activities and tours.

The staff made this stay, they were all so friendly and full of advice. The breakfasts were great and it was fantastic to stay in a real fairy chimney!

The hotel is a little tired and in need of a refresh, but it was very good value for money considering.

This is a quirky, cozy property. Bekir and the entire staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful and did everything they could to make sure guests had what they needed. Breakfast was exceptional, with a great selection of fresh fruits, breads, baklava, cheese, vegetables, cereal, eggs cooked to order, and more. Plus you could sit on the terrace and take in the spectacular view. I stayed in one of the fairy chimney rooms, which was a unique experience. The room was spacious and comfortable. Bekir was very helpful in booking tours, as well as trying to book a hot air balloon ride, but unfortunately unfavorable weather conditions grounded all flights during my visit.

The room was a bit dark -- yes, it's a cave, but some additional lighting would be helpful.

The hosts, Bekir and Brit, were so welcoming and helpful with providing information. They went above and beyond to look after us, more than what is normally expected of a host. We felt so comfortable and at home during our stay, and would definitely recommend Anatolia cave hotel Pension to others visiting Goreme.

Wonderful stay! Staffs are friendly and very helpful! They gave us many useful tips / suggestions during our stay. The room is huge the bathroom is big also and come with all amenities that you needs. If you don't want to walk / hike to the balloon viewpoint, just go up to the hotel rooftop...it's also one of the nice spot of balloon observation .... in the other hand, just few mins walk to the view point that you can enjoy with amazing view of many balloons launch in the early morning. Breakfast was great --- many selection of foods - cheese - fresh fruits / vegetables. Location is strategic, in the quiet area but just few mins walk you can reach to a plenty of shops / restaurants nearby.

We had a short stayed at this hotel -- It would be great if we can extend our stay to 3 - 5 nights here.
