The structure is new and we can se it by the design of the rooms and of the walkable area right outside the various rooms. It was very nice to have a little walk around the place. Breakfast was very very good with a nice variety of things to eat. The breakfast place is in a common area of the hotel with a very nice view right next to a fairy chimney. We went in winter and the fact that they lit the fireplace every single morning was a magic touch to each breakfast that we did there. The staff was very helpful all the time with precious informations about the area and also they offered a very good and cheap transfer from the airport right to their hotel. They have also a nice terrace where we watched the balloons. I would definitely recommend to come here since it is within walkable distance from everything that is inside this little town. Hopefully we will have the chance to come here again in the future. Thank you for making our stay in Cappadocia this good!

Modern hotel with a lovely setting and a brilliant swimming pool. Plus tv streaming services to catch up on Netflix etc Breakfast was a very extensive buffet with a large selection of delicious food All the staff were lovely but Yusuf on reception is exceptional - he’s a star.

Fantastic location , it couldn't be better . the staff was very friendly , good rooms , giant bathroom , cool swimming pool and good breakfast. 1 minute walking from center and very close from goreme open air museum . perfect hotel for stay as many days as you want

we didnt got fresh towels every day and the cleaning ladys dont clean the rooms daily they just organice them a bit and make the beds . bathroom clean could be better but is nothing will should stop from coming to this hotel . breakfast juices are not natural which is a shame since the streets are full of people offering freshly squeezed juices

Same breakfast everyday

The hotel is open air, which we liked a lot being six in our group. We met infront of one of the bungalows and had a drink before going out. Also, the restaurant is clean and fairly good in quality and diversity of offer, both for breakfast and other meals (10% discount for hotel guests).

The cleaning personnel always came at 15,00 - 15,30, when we tried to get some rest. One day we had to refuse them cleaning the room because we were asleep. Even though the show is spectacular, in some days the balloons fly over the hotel, which means noise that wakes you up at about 4,30 -5,00 in the morning. Also, the music at the pool might be too noisy during the afternoon resting hours. In our case, the restaurant had a very loud DJ Party on a Saturday evening, that started at 18,00 but luckily ended at 23,20.

The staff were great and very helpful. The room we had was great and so glad we upgraded, we really enjoyed having the sauna in our room. The location is perfect as just off the main strip, also very close to sunset view point and has a great terrace to watch the balloons at sunrise.

There seemed to be somewhere flies were getting into the room, we were having about 15 - 20 flies a day in the room either in the bathroom or on the windows. Maybe can't be helped but could maybe be looked into. Better to book excursions separately as they are cheaper outside of the hotel. TV is also very far away if you want to watch in bed but they do provide chairs to sit on.

An absolute gem in Goreme! The room was spacious and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They cleaned the room every day. Nice pool area, and smart system to order food/drinks by the pool. Nice little rooftop terrace to watch the balloons takeoff and land. Breakfast was very nice, and the waiters were all super friendly and joyful. We can definitely recommend this place and would come back whenever we can!

We had an issue with the air conditioning unit, as it started leaking. But it got fixed really quickly. Although the system is well thought of to order food and drinks by the pool via WhatsApp, the service was a bit slow. But all minor things, we loved our stay overall!!

It is a great place with a great location. It is near Goreme's restaurants and shops, but not so near that the noise bothers. It's at a walking distance of anything you need. It has an ample and "exotic" parking space. The pool is big enough and nice to relax. The food was great, and they helped us with our hot air balloon flight. Besides, as the hotel is near the landing spots for the balloons, in the morning you can see the balloons flying in front of your room, it's beautiful. The room was cleaned daily and if we didn't want to clean it, they will leave you water at your doorstep.

The hotel is right in the centre of town, an excellent location. The pool and surroundings are really beautiful. The room was really big and clean with a great shower, good a/c and comfortable bed. The breakfast was included and was really good- one of the best breakfasts we had in Turkey! The hotel is right next to trails to go walking and has a little deck where you can watch the balloons for sunrise.

Some of the staff were not as helpful as others, perhaps this was a language barrier. It would have been good to be aware that getting a taxi from the airport is really expensive, and everybody uses shuttles. We didn't know this and ended up paying quite a lot more for a taxi. Also, you are not allowed to bring your own food/drink in to the hotel, but the prices of the drinks on site is very high.

The location is perfect, walking distance from all the restaurants and cafes, without any steep hills to drag your luggage. (Steep hills are common in Goreme) They have a viewing area to watch the hot air balloons and it was just dreamy! I woke up at sunrise and stepped out of the room to see the gorgeous view. It was 100% worth it just cause of the view! Breakfast was straight out of a dream! So many options of freshly made food, drinks and fruits. They have all the authentic Turkish dishes and really great ambience too. Hotel was even able to arrange for airport transfers smoothly, the transfers were paid of course but the pickup and drop were very comfortable. Carolene and Rabia from the hotel were super helpful, great at communication and we had a perfect time at this hotel. I would 10/10 recommend it to everyone who is planning to visit Cappadocia.
