Sergio, absolutely a wonderful man that you should meet once in your life time. We have seen this hotel from a YouTube video, and went through Google and red the reviews. Then decided to go a head and book it. We are so glad we had chosen this hotel as our home for few days. It was more than our expectations. The hotel is run by a wise wonderfull man named Sergio, he is the owner, manager, financial and the cook of your breakfast. A very professional, experienced educated and friendly person. The hotel is located in a perfect place located right on the main street and comfortably far enough from noses for good night sleep. We have never used our car for town walk or shopping or lunch and dinner, we always walked few minutes and everything was at our disposal. The hotel is very clean and well taken care of by the wonderful staff which made me and my wife feel like home, our at most respect to Mr. Faiq, Ms. Zulaikha and the other lady which I forgot her name. Everyone goes to cappadocia to see or experience the balloons, this hotel is located in the perfect place and looking over to the town where you see all the balloons from early morning to the end of the flight, and at least couple of balloons will come so close to the hotel that you feel you can touch it literary. We have booked the room with terrace, that we spent great time in the night looking to the town and the moon. The room is very specious and very very clean and comfortable beds. Everything you need is provided. The check in is the fastest I have ever experienced. The hotel has a very big parking for your car if you have a rental car. Thank you Sergio for making our stay very special, we feel lucky that we have meet you, we wish you all the success in life and we do really hope to see you in future. Sergio was always there helping us planning our trip and booking best hot air balloon .. also telling us stories about history of turkey which was interesting during breakfast.. And i never forget to tell you how he ran into help after i came back with injury ( my foot twisted as i fall from cappadocia hills ) called a Dr and got me medicine in matter of mins .. We will come back every time we visit cappadocia. Thank you

Sergio and his team were outstanding and went above and beyond for everything. Kind, knowledgeable, friendly, and hospitable. The best hotel I have stayed at during my 4-month Europe trip. From the moment you check in, you are greeted with kindness. Sergio is an expert with the local tourism and has all the contacts to book anything you would like to do. The hotel itself is incredibly clean, the rooms spacious and the beds so comfortable. I could not rate this hotel any higher. A True Home Away From Home.

Booking services, cleanliness, good quiet location, well managed, and above all, a caring and responsive host. Sergio manages this place well and ensures his clients are perfectly satisfied with the place and services. Very satisfied with his arrangements for airport shuttle pickup, air balloon flights, red and green valley day tour. All done at a fair price, and significantly better than what I managed to get on online platforms. The cave restaurant recommendations were spot on too. The research i did before the trip proved unnecessary!. Sergio, thanks for EVERYTHING, keep up the good work!.

The only disappointment was the recommended Turkish massage offered in the main town area. Overpriced and not very good at all.

We absolutely loved everything.It is our second time visiting and we would do it again..and again Definitely recommend it. The hotel is conveniently located, rooms and all facilities are clean and comfortable. We really liked the patio where we sat and watched the hot air balloons in the early morning and the terrace were we had an excellent breakfast What we all liked the most however was Sergio, the hotel owner, who is so kind, friendly and helpful, as were all his staff He booked trips and taxis for us and is always available to help with anything. He is definitely the best host we have ever had ..and we have had many!

Everything was exceptional about Pashahan Hotel. Before we arrived, Sergio was excellent to communicate with, answering questions quickly and with lots of information. While we were there we enjoyed the wonderful room, the great location, the amazing terrace, and most of all Sergio, who went above and beyond in his hospitality. Honestly, when we left two days later it was like saying goodbye to an old friend. It really made our stay in Cappadocia truly memorable.

The host of this property (Sergio) is very hospitable person. So kind and open men who loves his business and cares about everyone who spends time in his hotel. We had lovely breakfasts with a view trying scramble eggs and good coffee made by Sergio, traveled to beautiful must to see places of Goreme and the neighborhood recommended by him also. The whole hotel is full of kind atmosphere and is a perfect place to stay in. I highly recommend to book the room here and enjoy Goreme. Sergio, you’re a great person! Thank for everything!

If you are going to travel to Kapadokya, you should definitely stay in the Pashahan Hotel. It is located very centrally, it is super clean and the breakfast is very fresh with a big variation - everyone will find something. The host and his team are highly friendly and sympathetic people. They were welcoming us very heartwarming and were taking care of us very well. If you would like to make some excursions or tours, you can book them through the host without any hesitation. You can feel, that his intention is to make the holiday for his customer to a pleasant experience. We cannot understand the 1 point reviews. From our point of view those people must have a strange perception and stupid expectations. We can recommend this hotel to everyone who likes to have a relaxed and comfortable stay without any concerns. My wife and I stayed at Pashahan Hotel in October for 4 nights. We arrived early in the morning well before the check in time but a room was available and Sergio let us check in right away which was great as we were able to get ready for our first day in Cappadocia. Throughout our stay Sergio went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of from the great breakfast he made, booking tours for us, doing laundry, information about the area and restaurant recommendations he was always happy to help. The hotel's location is close to all the better authentic restaurants in town and was quiet while still being convenient. The view from the rooftop was wonderful and the room was modern and spotless. We left early in the morning before breakfast and Sergio packed us a breakfast for the road. If we ever make it back to Cappadocia the choice to stay here is easy thanks to Sergio's hospitality.
