Terrace has nice views but you can see and hear the noisy road nearby, it does take a little bit away from the experience. Overall it is a nice hotel but we found it quite impersonal. The pool is VERY cold Breakfast buffet massive and lots of choice, but food quality not great

The location was great and it was one of the few hotels with a good view and a pool. Room was large, staff were great, breakfast was nice. We waited until we arrived and they helped us book our hotel air balloon rides for a better price than I could book online.

The price of drinks at the property was outrageous. Much higher than you will pay at restaurants. 800-900 lira for a cocktail. 400 lira for a beer. Had they been priced better we would have purchased more from the hotel. I strongly suggest the hotel rethink its strategy on its pool bar pricing to be more successful,

This accomodation has been incredible, Great location and very close to town and restaurants, the views from this accommodation are incredible. If you wake up for sunrise you will enjoy the balloons and sunrise pool side as well as taking in the scenery of Cappadocia is absolutely incredible! Room was stunning, clean and spacious. The staff here have been so helpful and friendly organising transfers to and from the airport as well as any activities, balloon ride, ATV Tour, Camel Safari. The love valley is a walkable distance from the hotel if you keen on a bit of a hike. We have loved our stay here and has been one of our favourite accommodations on our 6week Europe trip.

We had an amazing stay in Doors of Cappadocia! The hotel exceeded our expectations with its excellent rooms, perfect location, and welcoming staff. The breathtaking views, especially from the infinity pool overlooking the stunning mountain caves, made our experience even more special. Breakfast was delicious, offering a great selection to start the day right. One of the highlights was the thoughtful service—they allowed us to leave our belongings after check-out, making it much easier for us to explore comfortably before our departure. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and we highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cappadocia!

Great location, really central to the town. The hotel was quiet and served a great buffet breakfast. The staff were really helpful, we booked our balloon ride through them. The terrace is amazing for watching the balloons in the morning and doesn't get too busy. I loved the huge spa bath in our room which was lovely after the chilly mornings/evenings.

I learnt after booking the hotel that the pictures where people are sat on the terrace eating breakfast, they charge 200 euros or 250 with breakfast which I thought was misleading as it wasn't until I asked after booking. The TV is quite old and could do with updating as you can't watch netflix etc on it.

Let me just tell you that this hotel is out of this world. Never have I met such kind souls at the reception and I also met the owner who went above and beyond to make our trip unforgettable. I came to Cappadocia with my mother for her birthday. The team organized decorations in the room - balloons, flower petals and also a cake. It was all for an extra cost of course but it was very great! my mother does not speak English so we requested a private russian speaking tour and a guide and the owner itself found us russian speaking guide. They also organized us the air balloon tour on our last day of the vacation because the previous days it got cancelled because of the weather. I also loved the additional bonus- a whatsapp chat for all the inquiries a 24/7. The room itself was big and spacious with a sofa, TV, amenities - towels, body lotion, soap, shower gel, shampoo and slippers! big bonus. the bed was very comfortable too.

The only minus there were *no big mirror in the room, only the small one in the bathroom so you can never check your outfit *bad lighting in the bathroom, if you plan to do your make up daily, it might be problematic *bad breakfast. you can only get like warm food - eggs, french fries at 8 am when the breakfast buffet opens, other than that it is just cold food. also just one meat option - a sausage. as a person who eats meat daily, it was a struggle for me.

The room was spacious, the bed extremely comfortable, the breakfast absolutely delicious, and the staff were all wonderfully attentive.

On Booking, where I made the reservation, there are photos showing people in the pool during the balloon experience. However, using the pool at that time is not allowed. I don’t understand why those photos are shown on Booking if it’s not possible to use the pool during that time.

The hotel is about 200m from the main street that has several restaurants, tour companies and souvenior shops. Due to its elevated posisition it has beautiful views of the hot air balloons in the morning.

A little disappointed that nothing could be done for my wifes birthady, even following a request. Be aware that there are various levels of stairs to climb to get to reception and the restuarant. These are at the highest level.

Great location. The hotel is a few minutes walk to the shops and restaurants. Excellent breakfast. Our room is clean and huge. We enjoyed the view from the swimming pool. We had great time staying at the Doors of Cappadocia Hotel.

The only thing we didn't like is non english tv shows. It would be great if they have English language TV channels.

Everything about this hotel is amazing. The pool area and terrace are the perfect spots to watch hot air balloons fly early morning. Staff are very accommodating and helpful.We had everything arranged for us- airport pickup, day tour, red dress rental+transfer and the cake for my friend's birthday. We really had a great stay!❤️ We will surely miss this place and the super adorable Maya 'the queenofpugs"! 🤗
