The hotel is right in the heart of Goreme, very easy to find. The rooms are cosy, the staff were always very friendly, and they arranged the hot air balloon and ATV tour experience for us. The rooftop view is amazing, if you are looking for that picture perfect Instagram shot, this hotel is the perfect budget place for you.

Breakfast was basic, would have liked a bit of variety. More furniture in the room to place items and more sockets, we had 2 not working. Wi-Fi did not work in the room most of the time.

Our time at this hotel was truly wonderful! The cleanliness and order of the room was excellent. The staff was very kind and helpful, they helped us with everything. The hotel's location is also very central, which is a great advantage as it is close to places to visit. Also, the restaurant is great; the food was fresh and delicious. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to relax in a calm and comfortable environment. If I come again I will definitely stay here

The hotel had one of the best value for money that we ever experienced. The rooms are clean, cute and have good heating for winter. The breakfast was so nice! We did not expect that at all and the staff was super friendly and helpful, organising a ballon tour for a very fair price in the middle of the night and helping us to find nice activities without trying to sell us anything. We loved it and would 100% recommend!

Omur & staff were so incredibly helpful during our stay! They were onsite when we arrived (after midnight) to help us get set up and schedule our hot air balloon ride for the next morning. We scheduled all activities with them and it made everything so smooth - they took care of everything! The tours they scheduled were amazing. Great guides and transportation. Breakfast was free and delicious and their outdoor areas offered beautiful views including the hot air balloons from the terrace in the morning! Would definitely recommend and would stay again!!

Rooms were small (no storage for clothes) but we just kept everything in our suitcases and it was no problem!

Great stay! We loved this place, the views were amazing, staff super friendly and good location. It was also very clean, and quiet. The lady who cooks always the sweetest, she always made sure we had vegan food available for breakfast.

The toilet has an open shower which was not the best thing… but once you get used to it is fine.

This is a charming little hotel, in the heart of the historic centre of Goreme. The room was small, but perfect for a short stay. It was very clean, towels changed daily. The breakfast was basic, but good and included fresh coffee. The staff were quiet, but helpful when asked. The view from the rooftop is exceptional, it has 360 views, perfect for watching the balloons at sunrise and some of the balloons go directly above the hotel! Yes, it is on a hill, but so is the whole of Goreme, and this hotel is one of the less challenging hills. We would be happy to stay here again. Excellent value for money.

The carpets and cushions on the rooftop viewing terrace are very old, dirty and have holes in, they also smell bad. A bit of TLC would make this area so much nicer for guests who go there to watch the hot air balloons. Also a few coat hangers in the bedroom would be handy.

Really nice place to stay in Goreme. The terrace was great with beautiful views of the town and hot air balloons. The breakfast was delicious. Very close to town and bus stop (about 5 minutes walk). The hotel can help you arrange tours/trips. The room was on the smaller side but I think this is to be expected when you are staying in a cave! The only thing that bothered us was that the air-conditioning was really loud- it kind of vibrated the whole room- but it did work well to cool down the room. Highly recommend visiting Topdeck restaurant and Wooden Spoon restaurant which are both about a 30-second walk from the hotel; this was not only the best food we ate in Goreme but some of the best we ate in Turkiye.

What wasn't to like here.... Perfect location (Literally 2 minutes away from the town), the best staff, the room was great (It was my birthday so they gave us one of their favourite rooms, thank you 🙏) and the breakfast was brilliant!! The terrace was fab for watching the balloons. Highly recommend....

The terrace and breakfast area were beautiful and had great views. The location was convenient next to everything. Breakfast buffet was great and had a wide variety of foods: tea, coffee, bread, jam, cheeses, meats, pancake, olives, vegetables, tahini. The bed was very comfortable and the room was nicely decorated and clean.

I heard a lot of noise from my room while I was trying to sleep, the setup is very open air so I heard everything from people on the terrace, breakfast area, and next door hotel in the evenings and early mornings. Also there is some very loud prayer (I think) happening nearby 2 or 3 times a day. Also, the towel provided was only a hand towel not a body towel, and the Wi-Fi connection was a little bit slow.

We liked everything! It's a small hotel located in a perfect spot in Goreme. There are no public transport in Goreme so everything is on foot unless you book taxis to take you. So this hotel was walking distance to everything and not to high up the hill considering the town is sculptured on an uphill. It was high enough to have an amazing view.. perfect for 'instagram hot air balloon' pics. Breakfast was also served on the terrace so you can drink you tea or coffee and admire the town's particular landscape. The rooms were caved like effect with modern style bathrooms. The small courtyard with beautiful terracotta pots and flowers added to the warm welcoming ancient style atmosphere!

For a pension value hotel... you cannot expect more. Maybe the breakfast could have offered more fresh fruits or juices.
