This is the best hotel we have ever stayed in. We booked the balcony room and I couldn’t recommend it more, the view of the hot air balloons every morning was unmatched. The hotel has so many terraces for viewing the balloons aswell if you don’t have a balcony in your room. The pool was great, and always had sun beds available. The location was amazing, in the centre of goreme, the landscapes are amazing and you have a great view of these from all over the hotel. The staff were the friendliest we have ever encountered, they were so helpful, and always there to answer any questions. The breakfast was really good also, the bar had a good range of food too. This was honestly a once in a lifetime holiday in a bucket list destination, and the hotel just made the stay perfect.

Couldn’t fault anything

My stay was incredible! The staff was super attentive and helpful, always willing to help with anything I needed. The breakfast was delicious, with lots of variety and fresh options every day. The view from the hotel is breathtaking , especially at dawn! The accommodations were comfortable and well looked after. Furthermore, the location is excellent, very close to the center, which makes sightseeing very easy!

The only point that could be improved is the service at the pool bar, which was a little slow, but nothing that compromised the experience. I definitely recommend it!

The cave house sealed our Cappadocia dreamy experience. Location was perfect to take a lazy stroll to the town center of Goreme and the balcony was just right on to see the balloons in the morning. Our room gave us that cave feel but with the comforts of a hotel. Super love this cave house.

View was exceptional, hotel beautiful and staff excellent. Having a pool during the middle of the day was a saviour. Breakfast was very good. Located within walking distance to the cafes, restaurants and shops. Staff very nice.

The only room with a balcony, room 401 had a terrible mattress that needs to be replaced, not acceptable. As the hotel was full we couldn't change rooms. Pool food was not great and very expensive.

Location is amazing, very close to everything and it’s quite. We stayed at the Sultan room, which was spacious, with hamam and a big bath and shower. It was comfortable and cozy. Also, the property has a great view to the balloons so you don’t have to go to any balloon watching points. Breakfast is delicious and has a good variety of food to eat. Service is great, they are nice and honest people, they were kind and knowledgeable. Do book balloon flights through them as it is fast and reliable with fair prices. We also loved animals that lived in the hotel - they are well treated and one can tell that kind people manage the hotel.

One suggestion would be to put a blind curtain inside the Sultan room as we had to use additional sheet to close the window to make it dark in the room. Sometimes unpleasant smell can appear in the bathroom, but the hotel staff is very responsive and can take care of it quickly.

Unfortunately our stay here was a very mixed one. I would firstly like to point out that we stayed in the shoulder season, but I believe as paying guests you should experience the same accomodation experience regardless of what time of year you are staying. Our disappointment started when we checked in and were taken to our room on the top level. A room with a pool view. The pool was 1/2 empty, green with some planks of wood floating in it and the bar and various indoor / outdoor seating and wonderful viewing areas were covered in dust and grime and in disarray, not at all functional or useable. I will say however that we were perfectly happy with the room itself. Our disappointment was mentioned to the manager who assured us it would be cleaned up the next day. It wasn’t, so we were promptly upgraded to the presidential suite, which was very much appreciated as it has its own balcony ( somewhere we could enjoy the outlook from ) The suite has some amazing features such as a Turkish bath, but for the rate they would normally charge it definitely needs improvement. The bed could have been very comfortable if it had linen that actually fits. The bottom sheet being too small to tuck in, resulted in finding yourself sleeping directly on the bare mattress ( no mattress protector ) by morning which is not at all hygienic. There are a few repairs that need attention in the room too. On the plus side, the staff are wonderful, the breakfast spread is great, the location is perfect and cleanliness pretty good. I would also like to add that while we were staying there was some painting going on and the pool was emptied.

Our stay at this property was truly memorable. The location is absolutely perfect, offering stunning panoramic views overlooking the beautiful Goreme Valley — especially breathtaking at sunrise. The rooms were spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed for comfort, making our 3-night stay incredibly relaxing. The breakfast spread was impressive, featuring a wide variety of fresh, local options served on a lovely terrace with an unbeatable view. Every morning felt special! The hospitality was warm and welcoming, adding a personal touch to the entire experience. Overall, this place offers excellent value for money. We had a fantastic time and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to explore the magic of Cappadocia while enjoying a comfortable and scenic stay.

Location, very close to Cappadocia downtown. A great friendly travel agent right next to it. Uniqueness, very beautiful setting and a great rooftop spot to watch the balloons in the morning. Having a pool was amazing especially in the hot summer.

Nothing really. We love this hotel :). I guess the only thing is rooms that are built into caves at these unique cave hotels inevitably have very little ventilation. The room we stayed in only had one window so it got that damp smell the whole time, but it isn't something you can fix if you want to stay in cave rooms. If you're sensitive to smells, perhaps request a room with more than one window, which seems to be located at the very top.

We loved our stay. The manager of the place was excellent and really sorry that I didn’t remember his name! He was friendly and exceedingly helpful. Staff was on duty 24hrs for any questions. Our original room needs work done so we got upgraded to an amazing room which we very much appreciate:) The location was great with views of the fairy chimneys. The breakfast selection was amazing. There are a few dogs and cats inside the hotel and they are a very welcoming addition to the whole place it felt like a family ran hotel. On the day we left we saw someone’s flight got cancelled and they did not hesitate to help them got a flight rebooked immediately and get them airport transfer too! Overall excellent and exceed expectations.

Rooms were a bit dusty but I think it comes with being a Cave room. So no complaints.

I visited to celebrate our birthdays with my wife, and they went above and beyond to make the occasion special. The room was beautifully decorated, and the staff was incredibly kind and accommodating in making all the arrangements exactly as we requested. They ensured that our experience was memorable by being very attentive to our needs. The hotel's central location in Goreme made it convenient to access nearby restaurants, shops, and walking trails. The views from the rooftop terrace were breathtaking, especially the hot air balloons at sunrise, creating the perfect atmosphere for photography and relaxation. The cave-style rooms, with their unique rock walls and luxurious amenities, were both cozy and comfortable. The breakfast buffet offered a delightful variety. The assistance provided by the staff in booking tours made our adventure even more seamless.

There were a few aspects of the stay that could have been better. During the winter period, some amenities, like the poolside bar, the swimming pool were closed. Additionally, construction noise from renovations was a bit disruptive.
