Absolutely everything. the location, the views, the staff. the morning breakfast ( the Menemen!!!!!) i have travelled previously around south America and south east Asia for months at a time and I can honestly say that this hotel didn't disappoint me in any way and is definitely worth the money. the room was very clean and spacious, the staff speak really good English and the morning chef lady cooks really nice food. there are a range of different teas/coffees and typical Turkish breakfasts to choose from. if I were to go back, I wouldn't even try a different hotel. This one ticks the boxes.

there is only one thing I would say is that I got up in the middle of the night on the first night to use the bathroom and there was water all over the floor. and there was a downpipe from the aircon unit that was dripping into a big blue water container that was full and was overflowing so I changed it myself and cleaned up (v heavy). this probably needs changing more regularly.

We absolutely loved our stay. The staff were very nice and accommodating. They helped with everything from food , tours, suggestions and most importantly, went out of their way to make sure my family had everything they needed. They swang on the swing with my girls and also fed and held our baby. They treated us not like guest but friends. The hotel itself was super clean with amazing views. Breakfast was so good with full spread of food. They will even cook you something else if you want. The customer service, quality, and location make this hotel a great deal, and I'm surprised it was so cheap to book. Thank you for a great stay

Our family, which includes two adults and two children, stayed at this aparthotel from June 15 to June 18, 2024. We are delighted with our selection. The hotel, a stunning cave hotel, was traditionally furnished and immaculate, providing all the necessary amenities by a family for a comfortable stay. Additionally, the check-in process was swift. Its location is ideal, just a short walk from the city square, offering splendid views of the morning balloons from the terrace for insta-worthy photos. Complimentary parking is available in front of the hotel, with supermarkets close at hand. An array of restaurants and pubs are also within easy reach, negating the need for extensive walks to buy groceries or to dine and drink. Moreover, they provide a delightful breakfast each morning. Overall, I would endorse this hotel to any traveler looking for a comfortable stay with all the modern conveniences. Tip: Room number 106, the double arch room, is quite spacious and includes a bathtub. It is superior to the Superior Stone Room (108), which may look more appealing in pictures but is significantly smaller than 106.

The Hotel is really beautiful and clean, the room was comfortable and cozy. The highlight for us was the terrace, the view is just amazing. The breakfast is also really good, every day they have new options and everything tastes good. The staff is really nice, they helped us a lot with the airport transfers and with some tours and the balloon flight. The hotel is also really good located, there’s a lot of good restaurants around and you can walk easy from there to the city and even to some panoramas. We really enjoyed our stay there and would highly recommended.

The room was beautiful (cave) The staff was friendly and helpful (they allowed us to use the wifi and some parts of the hotel hours before check-in and leave our backpacks) The location was great The breakfast was good (buffet) From the rooftop, you can take good pictures of the hot air balloons The airport shuttle offered was cheaper than taking a taxi. 15€ per person.

The bathroom does not have good ventilation. (but it is a cave, so it is understandable)

Communication with the hotel was great since the beginning, they accommodate our need for a room with no stairs and arranged airport transfer for us. The rooms and the amenities are super clean and well mantained and the staff is very kind, reception is always open to help you with whatever you need. Our family had a great time and was impressed with the nice rooms we were given. Thanks 🙏

Location is great, the room was marvelous - just be careful with your head if you have more than 1.80m - the staff is absolutely the best. We had our ballon ride cancelled and they managed to organize a new one in another town, so just we didn’t missed it completely. We had another tour organized at the same day with a different company and they managed to talk to them to pick us up later than the original time, so we wouldn’t missed in case of a delay. They even left some delicious breakfast ready for us when we had to leave before the breakfast time.

Location: Spectacular. Unfortunately the hot air balloons were all cancelled due to the weather during my stay, but the view from this hotel was so satisfying itself even without balloons. While located in a higher ground in Goreme and offering its view, you can easily walk to the center of the city where you can find a lot of nice restaurants and shops. Rooms: Magical. You will be instantly immersed with the vibe the room has once you step in. I fell in love with every single decor, and the bathroom with a traditional Turkish atmosphere. Beds and facilities are all comfy, clean and well equipped. The hallway to the rooms is like a beautiful maze and you will enjoy it. People: I can't thank enough to the capable and sincere receptionist Ali. He has a good sense of suggestions coming from his knowledge and insight, and that enriched my exploration of the region. You will feel at home by his welcoming attitude and will see that he always tries his best to make sure that the guests have the most enjoyable and comfortable stay possible.

Cozy atmosphere, beautiful furniture. Clean room, very comfortable bed and pillows, fluffy towels. The room has a small fridge, electric kettle with tea and coffee bags and bottled water. Excellent breakfast. Very good location with a wonderful roof terrace to watch the hot air balloons or the sunrise. Wonderful roof terrace. Good location. The staff is really kind and helpful.

In my opinion, there isn't need to change the towels and make the bed for guests every day. One towel can be used for several days.

The view is stunning and the breakfast is incredible. The staff is friendly and helpful and our room was amazing. The attention to detail and creativity for breakfast really enhanced our experience.

Our only discomfort was due to cigarette smoke and smell during breakfast. It was counterproductive to an otherwise perfect moment. We are particularly sensitive to that, but we're learning to overcome it while in Türkiye. At least, we never smelled it in the room!
