We were away from downtown at the very top of the hill overlooking Pigeon Valley. It had incredible views from the rooftop lounge.

Our room wasn’t private. We could hear cars go by and could hear other guests. Our bed was a bit old but honestly it was comfortable being in a cave was a treat.

The ladies making breakfast and cleaning were the star of the show! Every morning many fresh homemade dishes. We overlooked the canyons and had a rooftop terrace too! Very clean, however there were MINOR repairs and tiny issues with lamps, lightbulbs, warming towel racks and bidets that need corrected—-otherwise it was perfect! We were off-season, my daughter joined me later in the stay and we were accommodated with three rooms so really got a feel for the place. Same breakfast ladies clean and they do an excellent job! The cave experience was a once in a lifetime for me and each room was soooo cute! Great value for the money.

The location in Goreme was great and there was an amazing view of the balloons just from the roof. The room was very comfortable (the bed was so comfortable) and sparkling clean. The staff were always friendly and helpful. The breakfast was tasty!

In summer in Türkiye it is a bit hard not to have AC and just a fan. For me the room was too hot at night. They charged €15 for laundry (after telling me €10 when I booked it), which for me is very expensive (but what do you expect in Cappadocia!). Lastly, this is not a criticism but more of a feedback for the hotel- it would be nice to have an option not to have the room cleaned everyday. Sometimes I really don’t need it and I prefer not to have it cleaned.

Location is really nice, it was priceless to wake up in the morning and see that the ballons are flying over of us. Nice view to the town and the area. Yes, you have to walk up to the hill to the accomodation but for this view we were happy to do that. The room has everything what you need. Really nice design. Breakfast is good, but be there on time, if something finish, they don't add. Even though the recepcionist informed us brf is between 8:30 and 10:30, the lady told us 10am brf is finishing. All in all we were happy to stay here.

Bad smell from the bathroom but we kept closed the door so acceptable. Even though we had a heater in the room, probably because of the highest location of the room was not warm in the night. We used AC but still little bit cold (it was zero degrees outside). We got some prices from the accomodation for transfer and programs. We felt pressure to book with them. On the internet and on the way down before the center an agency gave less than half price than them. The recepcionist behavior has changed and was ignoring us for rest of our stay.

Staff, Terrace, Breakfast

We booked that hotel as Honeymoon couple and asked for basic small decoration , fake flowers etc. but when we arrive at hotel there was nothing.. Internet connection was bad. It works %60. We used our own data. They put a bottle of water during staying.(When we asked for water second day , Mrs.Saliha informed us that they put just one during staying but They provide second bottle for second day. Thanks to Saliha..) They didn't change towel second day. We use same towels and shower gel and shampoo.

Very helpful staff, great location, good breakfast and great value for money. They helped us book another hot air balloon tour after the one we had booked got cancelled at the last minute.

The property was a bit of a climb from downtown, room was too crowded and cramped with a lot of furniture and hardly had any walking space, only 1 free bottle of water was provided for the entire stay, property did not have enough umbrellas for guests to use in the rain

the rooms were beautiful and the view as well! the ladies at the Kitchen were very nice and friendly.

The heating wasn't coming on very strong so the nights were cold, also we noticed a bit of anger from the gentleman at the front desk when we didn't book tours with him. It felt that we were obligated to do it otherwise he would get upset

The staff were very nice! They were very helpful with setting up tours/activities (i.e., hot air balloons). I was able to go to them for virtually any question or request. While Turquaz is smaller than most hotels, I really like how home-like it felt.

Turquaz was a little far and uphill from the city center, which was difficult to walk after a long day. Other than that, I have not much else to complain about.

What a beautiful place to wake up to and lay our tired heads down at night! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Turquaz Cave Hotel. We are a family of 4 adults travelling together and experiencing Türkiye to the fullest! It was in a convenient location for our need to be quiet, yet closed enough to walk into the downtown core. There were restaurants and shops along the way, so we didn’t actually need to go into the downtown area. The amazing upper deck and breakfast provided a beautiful view of the morning Balloon ride display! I would highly recommend this lovely well maintained hotel to anyone. Our host was most entertaining and helpful….and we LOVED his card tricks! Thank you for this wonderful experience.

Property was super nice! It was an amazing experience to live in a real cave. The stuff was very polite and friendly, all workers were speaking English. I loved especially to talk with the older worker, he was taking care of our stay on a high level. I would recommend to stay in this facility if you are planning to visit Cappadocia.

Unfortunately it was pretty hot inside, but we were opening the windows. Breakfast was very very simple, but I loved that they served vegetables!
